Physical Description
Selena is a small, slightly pale-skinned young woman with red hair in knee-length pigtails, and red eyes. Her outfit consists of a brown padded tunic, a thick long-sleeved white shirt underneath, black leggings, knee-high boots, and short brown gloves. She additionally has a lone red pauldron on her left shoulder.
Weapons and Accessories
Upon arrival, Selena is equipped with an Iron Sword and an Armourslayer. The Iron Sword is a fairly unimpressive weapon, although it does not affect her speed or ability to critical or trigger offensive skills. The Armourslayer is stronger than the Iron Sword on paper, although against a non-armoured target, it will actually be weaker than the Iron Sword, but it does extra damage to heavily armoured targets.
Abilities/Powers
Selena is a normal human. Anything she can do is more of a skill.

As mentioned, Selena is just a normal human. She lacks raw physical power compared to other attackers, and is reliant on speed for damage.

Selena, being a mercenary, knows how to maintain weapons and how to care for them.
She also has a number of skills that can manifest in combat. Her competitive streak manifests through her personal skill, “Fierce Rival”, which, if she is the supporting unit in an attack, if her partner gets a critical attack, she will follow up with one of her own, provided she hits. Her unwillingness to be outdone causes her to inflect a critical attack when her partner does.
“Good Fortune” channels her resolve, and at a chance equal to her Luck, Selena will regenerate up to 20% of her HP at the start of all turns. Her biorhythm gives her more energy on certain intervals, letting her heal.
“Strong Riposte” adds +3 damage to her counterattacks. Selena’s technique allows her to counter stronger.
Finally, while she doesn’t remember learning the skill, Selena also has “Air Superiority,” which gives her added combat expertise against flying enemies, granting her +30 Hit and Avoid.
She is additionally a passable cook, although more than one person has commented that her cooking is often “prickly.”
Personality
Severa is, by her own admission, a snarky individual. She has a rather sharp tongue and lacks much in the way of a brain-to-mouth filter, which can, at her worst, make her come off as condescending and harsh. This, however, is done to protect her more vulnerable aspects, and does such to avoid being hurt again.
Severa is intensely competitive, displaying her strength through duels and other friendly challenges towards allies. She also has a strong work ethic. While not as severe as it had been when she had first arrived from her future, Severa holds on to a bit of an inferiority complex in regards to her mother, which is partially the reason she strives to be the best.
History
Selena’s history is, for the most part, unknown.
A few years in the past, she showed up at the Nohrian court alongside Laslow and Odin, and impressed the elder princess, Camilla, and was named as one of her retainers. At her liege’s request, she kept an eye on the royal in the fortress from the shadows.
When the Yato stayed in Hoshido, Selena stayed in Nohr, and fought alongside Camilla and Beruka both times, once in Cheve, and once more in Windmire sewers. She was defeated by Corrin’s forces both times, but survived. The second time, she placed her trust in the Hoshidan prince, before taking a defeated Camilla back to her quarters to rest. However, the first time… Selena was struck with a great sadness, as her friend Laslow had been killed defending Xander. Together with Odin, they took their friend’s body back to their homeland to be buried…
When the Yato left for Nohr, Selena, alongside Camilla and Beruka, arrived in the port town of Dia in Nohr, in time to fight back a Hoshidan invasion led by Prince Takumi. She stayed with Corrinne’s army for the rest of the campaign, aiding in the invasion of Hoshido, and eventually help restore peace to the world, but at a great price…
When neither twin chose a side, however, Camilla and Flora were dispatched by Garon to kill Corrin and Corrinne, Selena and Beruka along. While they were defeated, they survived the battle, and when Camilla joined the twins, Selena came along with her liege.
When the party arrived in Cyrkensia… It was in ruins. As Hoshidan and Nohrian forces fought in the destroyed city, Selena ran into Laslow and tried to persuade him to come with Corrin and Corrinne’s team, but he refused, before being subsequently knocked out by Selena.
When it came time to jump into the Bottomless Canyon, Selena followed her liege, jumping alongside Beruka, Setsuna, and Azama… But when they arrived in another land, she knew something wasn’t right...
