Weapons and Accessories
She has what is essentially a set of greaves that have chakram attached, connected with a wire on each so that they can be flung without being lost. They can be charged with dust to make more versatile projectiles. She also carries her pith hat, a khaki vest, and a saddlebag, filled with several types of dust crystals and powders, though mostly fire and ice.
Abilities/Powers
Aura, unlocked by Taiyang, and the ability to freely manipulate any air that has been in contact with her body recently.
Weaknesses
She is pretty weak without her weapons, having grown a bit too dependent on them. If you avoid her air for four seconds, then the attack will disperse into nothing. She also has an intense dislike for people who manipulate others for their own gain, and can get herself in trouble with how much she snoops around.
She also has a tendency to injure her wings.
Skills
Flight, agility, reflexes, and an analytical mind.
Personality
Inquisitive to a fault, she wants to know how everything around her works, and to follow in her adoptive father's footsteps as a hunter. She's brave and kind, and will do whatever she can for her friends and family.
History
She was found by Taiyang in a bush in Patch, and raised alongside Ruby and Yang as the youngest sister. Trained by their father alongside Yang, she shares her enthusiasm, but not quite the amount of love she has for puns. She was able to get into Beacon with Ruby, even though she ended up on a completely different team, DNGR.
When Blake ran away, Daring was able to find her by following what she could pick up of her trail, especially since she was able to tail both her and Sun. She wasn't quite able to convince her to come back, but she did help during the fight with Roman Torchwick. When Penny showed up, she did her best to get out of her way.
She didn't get to join Ruby and her team on the expedition to Mountain Glenn, instead getting pulled into another mission, after convincing Ozpin to make another one available. She was able to help out with the Breach incident since her team was nearby, keeping the damage done by both Grimm and hunters to a minimum, though she got knocked out before Glenda showed up.
In the tournament, she only got to the semifinals before Penny beat her and her partner. While a little upset, she did get the chance to poke around Cinder, finding her to be a bit suspicious.
She prevented Pyrrha from cutting Penny in half, but was unable to get there in time to stop Cinder from shooting that arrow into Pyrrha's chest. Determined not to let this happen again, she tries to help her older sister. She got there just in time to see Yang rushing Adam...

She is brought to DC right after Yang loses her arm.
