Full Name: Gabrial Quinto
Nicknames: Clockman
Age: 78
Height: 6'4''
Weight: 165 lbs.
Gender: Male
Race: Super-Human
Alliance: Supposedly Good
Home: Triangle City
Franchise: Badness (Original Story)
Physical Description: Clockman always wears a blue mask, which he believes to be his actual face. He wears an overcoat and has a golden shoulder-plate over that. He wears a smiley-face pin on his overcoat.
Weapons: Clockmanis intelligent enough to use almost anything as a weapon, except actual weapons for some reason.
Abilities/Powers: Clockman's accident has made him immuned to the affects of aging and also removed him from the timeline; he no longer experiences time linerarly, meaning he knows everything that will happen in his life. These powers can be blocked by oxygen. Clockman is able to 'affect the time things' around objects, and is almost godlike in his abilities (such as teleporting himself and others, growing to giant size, or 'undoing' someone from existance). He theoretially could be killed by a powerful enough blast of time-energy.
Skills: Clockman is a very skilled scientist and also a good clockmaker. He is very skilled in interrigation techniques, though he often wastes them. He is able to toss people up so their heads crash through the ceiling and get stuck there.
Personality: Clockman had been off-kilter and a bit crazy before the accident, but afterwards it really sent him over the edge. Clockman is paranoid and has numerous conspiracy theories, many of them ridiculous. He is quite and monotone, rarely speaking more than he has to. Though incredibly brilliant, Clockman is prone to several delusions, such as believeing a cardbord box in his cellar was a rocket-car. Clockman also seems to enjoy the violence of super-heroics very much, possibly because he's a sadist. Despite all of this, Clockman really wants to help people, even if it means beating all of them up.
History: Clockman was born as Gabrian Quinto. The son of a poor watchmaker, he dreamed of having more and of beating up every person on the block. He never thought that was weird. When some rich kids at his school mocked him for his poor lifestyle, Gabrial flew into a fit of rage and attacked the boys.
After World War 2, Gabrial's father was inspired by the bomb at Hiroshima and sent his son to work for the government at Bizzare Accidents Lab. There, they were experimenting with using time as a weapon; Gabrial was caught in the explosion, blown apart, and reformed seconds later.
At that moment, Gabrial closed his eyes and Clockman opened them.
All of Gabrial's minor insanities became dominant in Clockman's psyche, making the goverment hesitant to hire him. He was fired from the labs and began working as a vigilante, ruthlessly capturing, beating, and trapping-in-the-ceilinging numerous criminals. He only met his match at the hands of Badness, who temproarily stopped him by blasting him with time. Since then, he has forged a sort of friendship with the criminal mastermind.
