Physical Description
Like all of its race, Sparky is an inherently formless being of pure energy. On a physical plane, i.e. the island, it appears as a small, glowing cloud, displaying properties of both gas and light. Typically, it looks like a swirling mist about two to three feet in diameter, but it can subtly alter the wavelengths of the light it emits to change its colors, as well as morph into recognizable shapes, such as a human child or small animals. It'll often do this to convey certain emotions.
Weapons and Accessories
None. Can't really carry a weapon if you can't touch anything.
Abilities/Powers
As stated above, Sparky can alter its colors and shape at will (or subconsciously), enhance or reduce the brightness of its light, and phase through solid matter due to its lack of a physical form. On top of that, it can also emit a wide range of noises, from low, vibrating hums to loud, high-pitched squeals and almost everything in between. Perhaps its most powerful ability is to produce a light so intense that it can blind and even burn a physical being; going even further, it can enter a person's body and emit this light to cook them from the inside out or... make anything from the climax of Raiders of the Lost Ark happen to them.
Weaknesses
Sparky's lack of physicality makes it impossible for it pick up or move solid matter. The only way it can truly interact with physical beings is through its aforementioned ability to hurt/kill people with its light, which can easily affect innocent bystanders if not properly contained. Also, despite its audio range, it can't mimic human speech.
What's worse? It seems to be sick...
Skills
One thing's for sure... if it's dark and you need a source of light to guide you, Sparky's the one for the job. Other than that, there's isn't anything particularly useful that Sparky knows how to do.
Personality
At heart, Sparky seems very childlike and innocent, confused yet curious about the world around it. It's fairly obvious that Sparky is lost and scared, acting on impulsive, fight-or-flight instinct whenever it's presented with adversity. It'll typically react with fear if it believes it's in danger, but will also form attachments to those who show it kindness, perhaps out of hope that they will help them. But if it feels especially threatened, it won't hesitate to attack in self-defense. It doesn't seem to want to hurt anyone; it just doesn't want to be hurt.
History
Sparky comes from a plane of pure light, where time and space do not exist. Its people do not age or die, nor do they seem to really be "born" in any familiar sense; they just... exist. As such, Sparky once existed in an eternal state of bliss, simply going about its business when a rift was suddenly opened by a magic user who had tapped into Sparky's realm to use its light in a spell, causing the poor soul to be caught in its pull and transported to Dimensional Island. Since then, the hapless creature has been wandering aimlessly, searching for some way to get home. Unfortunately, the longer it stays in a realm that experiences the flow of time, the weaker Sparky grows...

Sparky's means of communication is a series of bizarre blips, squeaks, drones and other such incoherent noises. In text, this appears as symbols, like so... "☁☼☢ ☹?"
