Physical Description
Vutezoth is a gigantic, terrible monster of a dragon. His hide is black as night and tougher than stone, with a dark golden underbelly, a finned crest atop his head and neck, and jagged spikes lining his skull-like face, legs, wings and tail. His eyes blaze with a sickly yellow hue, glowing like hellfire in the dark. His segmented horns curve forward, bone-white at the base and turning black at the tips. His teeth are like daggers. His claws like swords. His mighty wings can eclipse the sun, worn and tattered though their membranes might be. Not a sight many walk away from the same... if at all.
He is capable of entering a human form. In said form, he resembles a man in his early twenties, with pale, gaunt skin, withering black hair, yellow eyes, and varying kinds of black formal wear.
Weapons and Accessories
While he is more than capable of slaying his prey with merely his teeth and claws, Vutezoth did possess a number of artifacts with magical properties. Of course, he doesn't have access to those anymore, so he is on the lookout for more.
Abilities/Powers
On top of his superior strength, speed, senses, durability, flight capabilities, and longevity, Vutezoth's greatest ability is breathing a powerful stream of acid, potent enough to corrode even the toughest metals and burn away his victims' flesh entirely in one blow. His blood and saliva are likewise highly acidic, all of these characteristics making him completely invulnerable to outside toxins and acids. He is also able to breathe both air and water, not to mention a powerful swimmer, and as stated above, he can enter a human form if he so choses. Which he does infrequently, to be fair.
Weaknesses
His greatest physical vulnerability is electricity, but even though it will easily weaken him, it would take an especially powerful and hazardous amount of it to be lethal. Other than that, the best way to outwit him is to exploit his ego; if you stroke it hard enough or give him a reason to underestimate you, he can very easily become complacent enough not to try TOO hard to kill you.
Skills
Across the land, Vutezoth is known as one of the greatest and most feared collector of treasures. He has accumulated a mighty horde of wealth, wreckage and artifacts stolen from fallen peoples and kingdoms. He is also a highly accomplished fighter, hunter and manipulator, more than capable of holding his own no matter how formidable his puny foes may claim to be.
Personality
Vutezoth is a vile, vicious, cruel and sadistic beast who will take any opportunity to flaunt his power over everyone and steal everything they hold dear. He takes great pleasure in toying with the weak and reveling in the collapse of lesser forces. While he will resort to every dirty trick in the book to strike fear into even the strongest hearts, there's nothing he loves more than torturing his victims, prolonging their deaths just to hear them beg for mercy. He is also ruthlessly cunning, seemingly always knowing how best to intimidate his foes, break them down both physically and mentally, and ensure a quick and brutal victory, each one only serving to bolster his already enormous ego. While he is generally a solitary being, he will on occasion welcome the company of minions and worshipers, though he is just as likely to kill them at the slightest provocation, and he's not above making allies if they truly pique his interest, but only if he sees their allegiance as an opportunity for personal gain.
History
In ancient times, for many centuries, Vutezoth terrorized the land of Ocrain. He was well renowned for striking kingdoms at their most vulnerable, tearing them down entirely and taking the remaining riches for his own. His lair, the ruins of a castle that had long been submerged in a swamp, was absolutely teeming with the stolen treasures of innumerable fallen kingdoms, and though many attempted to raid the dragon's keep for even a small portion of his wealth, few escaped his clutches with little more than their lives. Of all the dragons in this world, Vutezoth was among the richest, most callous, and certainly the most feared.
Then came his encounter with Ulharryrth, a blue dragon whose wealth and reputation rivaled his own. Both dragons had encountered the ruins of a long-gone kingdom simultaneously, squabbling over who would claim its treasures. Though Vutezoth was victorious, Ulharryrth gained his vengeance by tracking Vutezoth to his lair, decimating it and absconding with a large portion of his riches. Thus began a rivalry between the black and blue dragons that would span many years, bringing ruin to the lands they trampled upon in their ongoing war for supremacy.
Many kingdoms soon united in an effort to bring down the two dragons and bring an end to the destruction their competition wrought. Though these attempts did little to deter the dragons, in the midst of the all conflict, Ulharryrth began to display affections for one of his aggressors, a half-demon mage woman who had been sent to kill him. Upon discovering this, Vutezoth kidnapped the mage as bait for Ulharryrth. When the blue dragon confronted him, Vutezoth mocked Ulharryrth for his weakness and growing fondness for lesser beings, taking advantage of his feelings for the half-demon and ultimately managing to slay his foe. Angered, the half-demon managed to escape her bondage, albeit with grievous injuries, and used the last of her magic to banish Vutezoth to another plane of existence and grant Ulharryrth's soul an opportunity for reincarnation before succumbing to her wounds.
There has since been no trace of either dragon anywhere in any known realm of existence. The fate of Ulharryrth's wayward soul is currently unknown, as is Vutezoth's location in space and time. But soon... very soon... the Dark Destroyer will return to finish what he started, as destiny seem compelled to bring these two together once again.
Other
Now that he has been separated from his home and his horde, it's time for Vutezoth to start reaccumulating his wealth. He has a long way to go, but he has to start somewhere...
