Physical Description: Lucifer has no basic form. He can look like and wear just about anything. His ability to shapeshift is unlimited. With the ability to become anything and everything, animate of inanimate, he has no true physical description. However, on every form he takes, he has one common element. As a humanoid, he wears a wristband, but as a nonhuman, unless he's blending in with the environment, he has the marking of that wristband. The wristband he wears is a symbol of a Nazi Member.

Abilities/Powers: He has all of Alucard's powers. His shapeshifting, however, is better then Alucard's.
Skills: He has all of Alucard's skills
Personality: Lucifer is the opposite of Alucard. Alucard is egotistical and cocky, taunting his opponents to throw them off his edge. Lucifer is a calm, collected individual. Even while his dreams involve conquering and dominating, he makes sure to give it his all in a fight in order to finish an opponent off fast. Alucard hates living and wants to die. Lucifer, unloving of anyone, loves his immortality and would not trade it in for the world. Lucifer serves the Millenium with loyalty and gratitude.
History: (This is a fanfic charrie.) Lucifer was supposed to be a clone from Alucard's super-powered energy. If he was successful, more would be made and Hellsing would have an army of invincible vampire-slayers. However, Lucifer was a failure. He betrayed Hellsing and killed many of the servents there. Encountering Alucard, they battled. Alucard truely met his match, but Lucifer had to leave at the last minute. Searching for Millenium, Lucifer swore his allegiance to them and to their long-since-deceased master, Adolf Hitler. Now he is one of Hellsing's greatest oppositions and Integra has made it known that she wants him dead.
