Physical Description
Loba, by default, appears as a teenaged-looking girl with greyish-yellow skin, fuchsia eyes, and black hair in a distinctive messy bob. She has a small mole below her lip, and applies dark indigo mascara. Extending from her back is a pair of mustard yellow crane wings. Her typical wear consists of a wide-necked dark violet shirt with a red broken heart, dark blue leggings, thigh-high fuchsia stockings, crimson armwarmers, and a silver collar.
While Loba can transform, she will maintain her greyish-yellow and black colouring and her eye colour regardless. Her mole and some sign of her wings (such as a pattern on the back) will also carry over. Nobody's quite sure where her clothes vanish to, or why they suddenly reappear after. Cosmic powers ftw.
Weapons and Accessories
By concentrating, Loba can summon a short sword for combat. However, she prefers to use her hydrokinesis in battle, creating water constructs such as giant hands or beasts.
Abilities/Powers
Loba possesses the standard angel abilities: Loba possesses the standard angel abilities: Flight, biological immortality, the ability to regenerate from otherwise-fatal wounds if her wings are intact, super toughness and strength, weapon generation, shapeshifting, and access to angel magic. She also possesses the power of hydrokinesis, and can bend water and most liquids to her whim. She also possesses a high tolerance to opposing water attacks, as well as to earth-based magic. A combination of her water powers and natural aptitude for performing is the basis of her personal spell, the Oceanic Opera, which summons water figures of performers as an attack.
She also has the rather unique ability to store items into 'hammerspace' and retrieve them later.
Curiously, despite not being a part of the Original Bloodline, Loba can cast the magic known as Blessing of the Sea. By invoking the ancient power of water, Loba can purge most impurities from a person or substance, as well as clear their minds.
Weaknesses
Due to relying on her water constructs, Loba is more than a little on the squishy side and relies on quick maneuvers rather than durability. She also doesn't take wind attacks very well, either. The Blessing of the Sea magic, while potent, also takes its price from her lifespan, removing 30% of her calculated maximum lifespan each time. Finally, like all angels, her lifeforce is tied to her wings; should they be damaged beyond any hope of repair or removed altogether, she will permanently die with no hope of resurrection.
Skills
As the main DJ at Club Lobazotah, Loba has above-average senses of hearing and sight, and can more easily detect small disturbances. She's also a bit of a musician herself, specializing in the turntables and synths. She also has a natural sense of rhythm, which she incorporates into her fighting style (if she must fight with a weapon).
She can also read the ancient Angellician script perfectly. Not like it will mean anything.
Personality
Loba is a laid-back, fun-loving prankster, who enjoys tormenting people for kicks, typically her perpetually-angry twin brother. She can be rather insensitive and doesn't particularly care if she crosses a few lines in the process. That being said, between her and Lobo, Loba generally possesses the calmer head and better common sense, and is less likely to flip out or start screaming.
History
Loba and her twin brother, Lobo, were hatched out of wedlock, before their mother was due to marry the Serapis, Caladrius. The Serapis spared their father by claiming to be the father of the twins, and eventually, their mother, pigeon, bore a third child, Liderc. However, Loba, even at her young age, quickly became bored with royal life, and with Lobo, they left for Purgatorio.
Discarding their original names, she became Lobazotah, Loba for short. The twins spent several thousand years in Purgatorio, mostly traveling from one rogue angel settlement to the next, before they stumbled across a poral. Loba, curious, dragged her brother through it.
The pair had arrived on Dimensional Island, and spent about a century exploring all the nooks and crannies they could find, putting it down in a map. Fifty years from the present, they opened a bar...
