Physical Description
Lobo, by default, appears as a rather short but muscled teenager with greyish-yellow skin, sharp-looking teal eyes, and a mass of black hair kept in a high, messy ponytail. A large portion of his hair in the middle is died a jade colour, and extending from his back is a pair of eagle wings, dark mustard yellow on top, and a dull yellow below. His typical garb consists of a short-sleeved dark indigo jacket, a green scarf, a pair of dark green cuffs with fur trim, bandages around his stomach and lower legs, a pair of dark blue pants, and a bronze belt with a green loincloth. He additionally wears a white wolf mask with red markings on the side of his head.
While Lobo can transform, he will maintain his greyish-yellow and black colouring and his eye colour regardless. His mask and some sign of his wings (such as a pattern on the back) will also carry over. Nobody's quite sure where his clothes vanish to, or why they suddenly reappear after. Cosmic powers ftw.
Weapons and Accessories
By focusing, Lobo can summon a spear for combat, whether it be a singular solid one, or a multitude of smaller ones made of wind. In the case of the latter, they can be summoned as homing missiles, trapping needles, or lighting-infused rockets.
Abilities/Powers
Lobo possesses the standard angel abilities: Flight, biological immortality, the ability to regenerate from otherwise-fatal wounds if his wings are intact, super toughness and strength, weapon generation, shapeshifting, and access to angel magic. He also possesses the power of aerokinesis, allowing him to bend air and even the local weather. He also possesses a high tolerance to opposing wind attacks, as well as to water-based magic. His pride manifests in the form of his personal spell, Superior Gale, which does more damage against opposing wind attacks.
He also has the rather unique ability to store items into 'hammerspace' and retrieve them later. Like his sister, he can use "Blessing" type magic.
Weaknesses
Lobo is, to be frank, not all that bright, and thus is somewhat vulnerable to psychic attacks, although he does have a high resistance to mind control. In airtight locations, his wind powers will not work or be greatly weakened. Finally, like all angels, his lifeforce is tied to his wings; should they be damaged beyond any hope of repair or removed altogether, he will permanently die with no hope of resurrection.
It should be noted that his wings are already damaged beyond physical (but not magical) repair, which causes him great pain when he flies, so he prefers to stay on the ground whenever possible. As a result, his flying capabilities are considerably below average.
Skills
As the main bartender at Club Lobazotah, Lobo has above-average senses of smell and taste, and can easily detect small differences. He has a natural talent for fighting and improvising, whether it be in an actual fight or a more mundane situation. Despite his lack of perceived intelligence, Lobo has a near-photographic memory.
He can also read the ancient Angellician script perfectly. Not like it will mean anything.
Personality
Lobo presents himself as a stern, unapproachable individual, or so he would like to think. In reality, he's actually rather moody with no indoor voice and a tendency to overreact to just about anything bad, such as summoning a spear to impale someone in response to the mere act of breaking a glass. Despite being a rather sarcastic person himself, Lobo doesn't really get any form of irony when it comes out of anyone else's mouth.
That being said, his temper episodes go fast, and he can be quite laid-back and easy to get along with.
History
Lobo and his twin sister, Loba, were hatched out of wedlock, before their mother was due to marry the Serapis, Caladrius. The Serapis spared their father by claiming to be the father of the twins, and eventually, their mother, pigeon, bore a third child, Liderc. However, Loba, even at her young age, quickly became disenchanted with royal life, and with Loba, they left for Purgatorio.
Discarding their original names, he became Lobozotoh, Lobo for short. The twins spent several thousand years in Purgatorio, mostly traveling from one rogue angel settlement to the next, before they stumbled across a portal. Lobo was dragged by his curious sister through it.
The pair had arrived on Dimensional Island, and spent about a century exploring all the nooks and crannies they could find, putting it down in a map. Fifty years from the present, they opened a bar...
