Physical Description
Jordan is roughly average height, with pallor skin, green eyes, lank blonde hair that covers a good chunk of his face, notches in his ears, and a somewhat stocky build. His outfits all tend to maintain a dull palette; upon arrival, Jordan has on a long tealish-grey cloak with a hood, a dark green bandana covering his lower face, a red sash, dark green pants, and dark teal knee-high boots. He additionally wraps his lower torso and arms up with bandages, and conceals a variety of weapons within his cloak.
When tapping into his inner demon, his eyes turn red, and a variety of red runes and markings appear on his face and upper torso.
Weapons and Accessories
As mentioned, Jordan conceals his weapons within his cloak. Upon arrival, he has on him five kunai, seven shuriken, a small bottle of poison, and a katana as weaponry. His cloak has hammerspace properties, as he needs to reach into the cloak to retrieve any of them, but they do not appear to provide excess weight.
While not a weapon in the traditional sense, Jordan also carries a tiny sack of hot spices, and he is not above throwing it into his opponent's face.
Abilities/Powers
While Jordan appears to have hammerspace powers, this is due to the cloak. Instead, he can tap into his inner demon for bursts of power. In addition to red-coloured bursts of energy, Jordan can absorb the very lifeforce of people through his palms. This power can end lives if enough energy is drained.
Weaknesses
Jordan's weapons do not regenerate within hammerspace; if he runs out of kunai or shuriken, he has to retrieve them manually or replenish them. As a part-demon, he is vulnerable to anti-demon weaponry, although not to the extent of a full demon.
While the lifeforce-draining ability is a potent power, the more power Jordan absorbs through this, the more he runs the risk of losing control to the inner beast. This is especially true if the energy comes from a supernatural being, at which even a drop of their lifeforce could result in the total loss of control.
Skills
Jordan is trained in espionage, infiltration, and assassination. He additionally knows how to steal, whether from somebody's pockets or from a building. While preferring to fight at a distance, Jordan can also wield a katana in self-defence or in close quarters. Finally, he has a near-encyclopedic knowledge of poisons and their antidotes.
Personality
Jordan is a rather... prickly individual, putting it nicely. He communicates almost exclusively through one-word sentences, and tends to not emote even when everybody else around him does. He does not have any hesitations about taking a life should it be ordered, and combined with his generally cold nature, makes him come off as unapproachable. ... When the cloak and bandana come off, however, he's more sociable and personable, in addition to frighteningly overprotective of his younger sister, Leanne. His sense of humour is extremely dry and dark. Better get used to teasing too.
The inner demon is a megalomaniacal being that cares for nothing but to expand its own life, even (or rather especially) at the cost of others. This other persona takes joy in the suffering of others, and rather enjoys breaking down his victims with the power of words alone.
History
Jordan is the younger brother of William Lowe and the older brother of Leanne Lowe, the middle child of Herr Lowe and his half-demon wife, Lilith. The family lived a relatively quiet life in Linber... At least, for a few years. At the age of seven, he and William witnessed a tall, dark-haired figure kill Lilith. Both brothers were traumatized from the event, and they vowed to make sure their younger sister never had to see such things. Herr Lowe moved the family to Saia, and in the interest of ensuring his children could defend themselves, sent them to the Ode guild for training.
Jordan, who took to sneaking around the building, was trained as a modern-day ninja. His targets were typically low-profile, but after his disturbingly cold nature on the jobs came to light, his targets grew higher-profile. Still, he carried them out without hesitation... He also kept a good eye on Mort Isaac's adopted son, Percy, who he suspected of having feelings towards Leanne.
One day, Mort Isaac had called Jordan, his siblings, Percy, and some others to his office, and commanded them to jump into it...
