Weight: Approx. 100 lbs.
Gender: Female
Race: Human

Franchise: NESverse/Legacy of the Popcorn Fairy
Physical Description
Natalie is a somewhat tall, fairly average-looking human, bearing pale skin, long brown hair with blonde highlights, and ocean blue eyes. She typically wears a plain blue shirt, jeans, black tennis shoes, an aqua watch, and dark blue-rimmed glasses. When in her fairy form, her eyes turn a glowing sky blue and she acquires butterfly-like wings made of blue energy, which appear to flow like flames. In her Blue Super Giant form, her entire body turns into blue flames.
Weapons and Accessories
Other than the stellar energy constructs she creates herself, she doesn't use weapons to fight, but she's pretty handy with a flyswatter!
Abilities/Powers
As the host of the Blue Star, the literal heart of her universe which is bonded to her spirit, Natalie possesses remarkable cosmic power. When she calls upon this power, she can fly, sense energy, manipulate gravity, survive in total vacuums, heal from most damage, manipulate her astral body, and create blue starlight to be utilized as energy blasts and/or temporary stellar constructs. When she binds the Blue Star to her physical body, entering her Blue Super Giant form, she transforms into a living star, increasing her power while also granting her near invulnerability and a flame-like physiology.
It's also worth noting that the Blue Star itself has the power to absorb outside energies to make itself stronger. Currently, the only things bonded with it are Natalie's spirit and the essence of common corn crops, the latter of which causes her starlight blasts to also produce popcorn. This function does have the potential to grant Natalie new powers, but...
Weaknesses
...while this isn't a weakness per se, the Blue Star's ability to absorb energy does come with the caveat of potentially transforming Natalie into bizarre alternate forms (which HAS happened in the past); as such, she utilizes this function very infrequently. On top of that, her Blue Super Giant form drains her energy at a rapid rate, to the point where she can typically maintain it for only fifteen minutes tops.
Skills
Natalie is a self-taught artist and cartoonist, well experienced in drawing both with pencils and digitally, though she admittedly prefers the latter. She's also an avid storyteller, writer, and graphic designer. She's also good at planning, organizing and cleaning, and possesses a rather impressive photographic memory.
Personality
At first glance, Natalie may seem like a socially awkward introvert with pretty much nothing to say. While this is largely true, this outer appearance hides a kind soul who genuinely cares about people and wants to do the right thing, even if she doesn't always know how to express it. She may be one to keep quiet, actively avoid the spotlight, and express severe doubt in her own capabilities, but once you get to know her and present her with something she can truly set her heart to, she'll prove that she has a strong sense of loyalty, steadfast determination, and a plethora of great ideas... not to mention an incredibly dry, sarcastic sense of humor.
History
Natalie had a fairly average childhood in the small town of Peach Creek. ...Well, average save for her notable lack of friends, thanks largely in part to her crippling lack of social skills. For the longest time, she simply kept to herself, living in her own little world without much interest in what the other kids thought. Then she met Mutt Kanker, the new kid in town who felt inclined to give this quiet girl a chance, quickly striking up a friendship with her and giving her at least a smidgen of confidence.
Shortly afterwards, Natalie received a mysterious package of Blue Star energy-infused popcorn, which awakened the dormant Blue Star within her. With Mutt's help (after the panic died down), she learned how to harness her new powers and later helped Mutt adapt to his newly-awakened abilities as a wolf skin-walker. Together, the duo used their powers to combat creatures made of a similar gold energy that had started to appear around town. Eventually, they learned from the popcorn plant Natalie received the package from that the creatures were spawned from the Gold Star, a similar cosmic entity that had absorbed the soul of its initial human host; every couple of generations, the Gold Star would awaken, seeking to destroy the Blue Star and replace it as the heart of the universe, and it was the duty of each successor of the Blue Star to defeat the Gold Star and lay it back to rest.
To achieve this, Natalie and Mutt assembled Team Popcorn from various empowered beings they came across in their subsequent adventures: Shane Masterson, another wolf skin-walker; Chris and Cole Mitchell, twin superhumans with electrical powers; Sora, Oliver, and Dr. Alexander Hayashi, a family of vampires; James Delacruz, another vampire and master marksman; Miranda Reyes, a superhuman of light; Eric Lovewell, a human with demonic, reality-bending powers; and Chibifox Reynard, a fox consort who acted as Natalie's personal advisor and assistant. Together, they combated the forces of the Gold Star, depowering it to the point where Natalie could separate it from the soul it was bound to and expel it from the universe.
In the years that followed, Team Popcorn continued to combat malevolent forces that plagued their world. Along the way, Natalie befriended Evan and Swift –as well as their respective teammates– upon accidentally assisting them in a battle and subsequently discovering a mutual love of fiction and storytelling in the two. Since then, Team Popcorn has affiliated themselves with the Summer Snow Valley citizens and the Watanabe Lakehouse residents, forming a group they referred to as the NES. But in recent months, Natalie has mostly stuck to her own little group while Evan and Swift ventured out to explore a strange island at the center of the multiverse; curious as Natalie admittedly was, she knew that the Blue Star could not leave her universe, considering it was its heart.
And yet...
Other
Natalie has, by her own admission, extreme mysophobia and OCD; she can't stand being dirty, actively avoids any potential contaminants, and is almost never without a bottle of hand sanitizer on her person. She's also a Christian, a teetotaler, and a high-functioning autistic.
