When in civilian clothes, he prefers jeans, converses, and tee-shirts, particularly with ironic designs.

His belt carries his Glock 22, spare magazines, radio, handcuffs and key, mace, taser, baton, flashlight, and multi-tool.

When it hits the fan, he's quick to take action and formulate an effective game plan, and he's notably tougher than average when it comes to physicality and endurance. He has also gone to great lengths to research supernatural creatures and phenomena, so much so that he could almost be considered an expert on the subject.
Personality
Scott is, above all else, driven. Once he's set his mind to something, good luck persuading him otherwise. He's compassionate and empathetic towards those he trusts or who need his help, downright diplomatic when the situation calls for it, and he's certainly not above kicking back or having fun. When he's on the field, however, he is a committed, hard worker who will do anything and everything he can to set things right. He notoriously has a short temper, but in recent years he has learned to restrain himself and not act impulsively when he gets angry, recognizing when his aggression is constructive or harmful. When you get down to it, Scott is a man compelled to do right for right's sake, not just for others, but for his own sake.
History
Scott grew up the eldest in a family of four kids. When they were young, the second eldest child, Paul, started to develop draconic attributes; by the time he was twelve and Scott was fourteen, Paul had been completely transformed into half-dragon state. Like the rest of his family, Scott was unnerved and concerned by Paul's metamorphosis, which he expressed in the form of aggression and harassment almost exclusively directed at Paul, acting as a longtime bully to his younger brother. It wasn't until sometime after Paul was offered sanctuary at PHASE –an organization built upon cooperation between humans and mythological races– that Scott started to regret the abuse he directed at Paul and began researching supernatural creatures to develop a better understanding of his estranged brother.
After high school, Scott enrolled in the Police Academy; after graduating, he joined the Tacoma Police Department. During his years of service, while he has never admitted this to his fellow officers, Scott has applied his knowledge of the supernatural to his work, using it to successfully identify demons and other such creatures at work in the city. Recently, Scott found himself chasing down one such demon that he had witnessed committing a murder, pursuing him to a cemetery and following him into a mysterious tunnel...
