Physical Description
Starling is short but elegant in build, with a pale, human-like skintone, faded grey-brown hair, and purple eyes accentuated by green eyeshadow. Her typical outfit consists of a black armoured vest, pauldrons, hip guards, and armoured boots with tall heels. Underneath the armour, Starling wears a long-sleeved blue shirt, a dark blue slit skirt, and faded blue gloves and leggings. Most prominently is a black circlet with an attachment in the back resembling stylized antlers, one side having a blue-green-pink gradient, while the other has a red-yellow-purple gradient. Coming from her back is a pair of starling wings that tend to change colour with her mood or the light.

When Starling fights, she can summon an ornate staff. When she feels the need to get physical, that is.
Abilities/Powers
Starling possesses the standard angel abilities: Flight, biological immortality, the ability to regenerate from otherwise-fatal wounds if her wings are intact, super toughness and strength, weapon generation, shapeshifting, and access to angel magic. As a starling, she can mimic any noise without having to transform into the object/person in question. As a Theikos, she can utilize multiple types of elemental manipulation, namely light and shadow, and has even conducted some research into null magic. As a cosmic angel, she has an infinite immunity to cold and ice.
From her age and expertise, Starling has crafted two personal spells: Hypernova, which channels the force of a dying star into a powerful blast of light that randomly burns, makes dizzy, stuns, or poisons on successful hit; and Black Hole, which traps the victim in a miniature black hole, randomly inflicting silence, sulking, mind control, blight, or energy overload on release.
Weaknesses
Starling is more on the squishy side for a Plasmis, and can be taken down by a few solid physical strikes. Like all angels, her life force is tied to her wings; removing or damaging them beyond repair will kill her with no chance of revival; likewise, electricity will stun and damage her more than most beings.
Skills
Starling is multilingual, fluent in the languages of Paradiso and Purgatorio, as well as most Old Earth languages. She is a magical genius, having crafted some spells, and is recognized as the foremost scholar into null magic, although she's still doing a lot of research into that. Judging by her status as a drifter, one can assume she's also good at surviving.
Personality
Starling has a rather stoic and distant personality, the product of always being out of place with her peers. She doesn't talk much, and would rather not be seen as approachable or friendly. She's very icy, and while capable of being polite and cooperating with others, it's all done purely for the purpose of getting what she wants. Unless it involves the Paradiso army. She really doesn't like Paradiso for some reason.
