Full Name: Aaron ‘Alex’ ‘Alexander’ Colvard
Nickname(s): Al, Big Bro, Former Thief of Void, that one guy at the local Gamestop, GG,
Age: 21
Height: 5’11
Weight: 200 lbs
Gender: Male
Race: Undeniably human now
Alliance: Lawful neutral (does his best to do good by himself and by others.)
Home: Formerly Oklahoma, then formerly LOAAC (The Land of Alloy and Cadavers which is a massive planet filled to the brim with craggy cliffs, sheer mountainous rock faces, with crystal collumns litering the landscape. The Landscape was also formerly inhabited by zombies, albeit helpful zombies that related to Aaron's player quest.) Now it is his apartment in the DCstucker portion of the apartment complex.
Franchise: Transitioning from ‘DCstuck’ to an interesting new take on the character archetype based on Alex from my personal projects titled Codex Multiverse
Physical Description
When he first began his game in DCstuck, he was a normal looking young man with black hair, slicked down in the front yet spikey in the back, wearing a light blue shirt with a dark blue 'Star' symbol on the front (Symbolic of his fandom for Steven Universe), black shorts with a red belt, and black shoes, topped with a cross necklace...
As we transition into the present however, he has lost the means of accessing his god-tier robes due to losing the God-Tier status in itself. Seeing a need for a change due to this, he changes his hair style as well, going for an undercut style, heavily shaved down at the sides, and somewhat messy at the top. Along with that, he also tends to wear any number of geek shirts both to work and around in casual company and accompanying it with jeans and simple white tennis shoes. The Thief could be reasonably called plain in his current state, though he doesn’t appear to care.
Weapons and Accessories
When he lost his Thief of Void abilities, Alex lost all but one of his RACKETkind weapons, the rest being lost in the void seemingly forever.
Dream Catcher; a celtic looking silver and goldish racket with a moon insignia in the center. While not Alex’s first weapon, the Dreamcatcher was created by taking that first weapon and reforging it with other rare metals from around his planet. Due to this, the Dream Catcher is his go to weapon more often then not. He often dual wields Dreamcatcher and the Ultima Maul, but if he should pick between the two for a single weapon, Dreamcatcher is the one he'd go with. This is actually why this is his only remaining weapon as he was wielding it seconds before his powers were taken from him.
He will likely pick up a number of other weapons as time goes on so future edits can be expected.

However, there is an accessory he gained in recent months that needs noting, a bead bracelet decorated with a red triangle, a reference to the Legend of Zelda’s Triforce of Power. The accessory was initially three pieces before he shared the green triangle (The Triforce of Courage) with his sister, former genderbend!Thief of Void Erin and the blue triangle (The Triforce of Wisdom) with the two’s precious sprite sister Lizzie.
Abilities/Powers
Not really much. Due to a mysterious confrontation with a being of untold power, Aaron and Erin are robbed of their Thief of Void powers under mysterious circumstances. Since then, the two former thieves spend an amount of time moping to find a way to cope with the loss… However, they come out of their funk when the idea of visiting a recently opened dojo is suggested to them by friends. Thanks to the two’s muscle memory and refined battle instincts, they have a slight head start over most beginning students, which is taken as amazing potential by the master of the dojo.

Weaknesses
Skills
Alex is a moderately skilled video gamer, and back when he had nothing but money to burn, he indulged in his love of gaming to consistently fill his life with new stories and experiences. Being a fan of the RPG genre and a consistent player of games like Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest and others, Alex had a lot of foresight into his previous situation in Sburb (Or so he thought), treating it like one of his RPG's and excelled due to it; level grinding, collecting everything he came across and making sure to store the items in his house for potential future use in his world’s many puzzles. Puzzles of which sharpened Alex’s mind overtime alongside his experience with the puzzles in the Legend of Zelda series and war tactics in the Fire Emblem and Final Fantasy Tactics series. It’s due to this experience that he was among the first in his party to solve many of the puzzles on his world and discover his Quest Bed, and thus, was the first to God-Tier.
Before losing his powers as the Thief of Void, Alex has picked up basic cooking abilities, being able to make some standard simple meals as well as how to make the more energy based ‘monster food,’ which monsters can process into their more energy based bodies and humans can process into their bodies as health and a boost in stamina. A skill he can use in the present as a means of acting as support for both his friends and himself in tough times, still, how effective he is in this regard depends on the range of ingredients available to him.

Personality
When the story of DCstuck first began, Alex was a shy and unsure person, with very little confidence in his own capabilities outside of gaming and general genre-savvy. When in his comfort zone, he is snarky, sarcastic, and generally something of a smart-ass... But despite that, he likes treating things with kindness, and is often considered one of the nicer and more approachable members among the DCstuckers.
In battle, Alex tends to be serious, calculating and even somewhat manipulative, depending on his opponent, which fits his previous title of the Thief of Void. Being a stealth based class it only made sense to play things in a more tricky fashion and take advantage of his agility more then any strength he may have had.
In many ways, the snarky, sarcastic and smart-ass persona is still very much in check… However there is a new weight to him now. Something within himself that he refuses to share with anyone. At some points, his nihilism seems at an all time low, at others, it’s at an all time high. One other notable big change is that this man lacks any of his previous persona’s shyness or bashfulness, seemingly enjoying more getting involved with life in general and getting active…
In all basics, Alex is a generally normal seeming person, a bit of an asshole but someone who genuinely wants to do right by others and be helpful when possible. He may be quiet and reserved at times, but he's really grown into his own in the present… Now if only some of his past mistakes would just, one way or another, ‘stop haunting him…’
History
Pre SBURB – Alex, then known as Aaron, was a simple video game nerd who liked writing and talking to a bunch of equally dorky friends on the internet. His family life was… Rough but not unmanageable, with a grumpy younger teenage sister, a caring Doctor mother and an energetic dog that liked thinking himself the guardian of the house. It was many days spent in peace, between gaming, writing, working a job and attending his last remaining classes at college… Then he overheard something about a new game coming out from his friends called SBURB.
Post SBURB – While initially in his element, and simply enjoying playing a game, Aaron was also juggling a number of other stressing issues concerning starting the game. The destruction of Earth, the uprooting of his family at home, the deaths of basically everyone else… And even worse than that, continually making mistakes throughout the game that end up costing the team dearly. The biggest mistake however, was entrusting a powerful ring to a seeming friend on Derse in the hopes that he can help out with the game itself. Instead, the ring mutated the man and transformed him into a beastly piece of work that many came to know as the ‘Raven’, whom was good at killing; mostly other SBURB players.
While Raven was eventually dealt with, the damage had been dealt and other damages only continued to crop up; the attempted uprising of cursed Tricksters (Started in a moment of rage by his good friend Kisa much to his shock), the arrival of the King of Derse upon the game and even the arrival of a Alternate future version of one of the Sessions trolls, Orcana.
Aaron and his friends triggered the scratch, causing the entire game to be completely reset so that another version of them could take up their mantles and win the game where they failed… Effectively wrenched from any form of hopeful reality however, the gamers fled to the stars, eventually finding the Dream Bubbles…
And it was there that Aaron found Dimensional Island…
Landing – Landing on Dimensional Island with one of the guides in the game, as well as a sort of unofficial member of his family, Emilysprite AKA Lizzie, Aaron is quickly met up with by other alternate versions of his friends that are either dead in his home session thanks to Rendface or have fates that are, as of yet still unclear. The only other person from his session that survived and managed to arrive on the island along with him was the Knight of Light, real name Dante M. Arti, a co-conspirator in how Rendface inadvertently came to be. Aaron and Lizzie eventually settle into the island, finding an apartment complex eager to take them in, which becomes the complex that one can typically find the other DCstuckers regardless of timeline.
Taking up the new name Alex, as he felt Aaron is the moniker of a person who had died in his session, Alex used both his God-tier powers, as well as his almost bottomless cache of Boondollars (the in-game currency of Sburb) earned through completing the puzzles of his Land and level grinding, to practically ensure a fairly comfortable and even somewhat cushy lifestyle for himself and Lizzie. They seemed to have it all; a large outlet mall to where Alex could rebuild his collection of games, movies, novels and comic books, plenty of eateries if the two wished to eat out (though Lizzie maintains she only really eats because she *wants* to, not because she has to), and even a world of new possibilities to which the two could meet and make friends both old and new, with Alex even attaining a love interest (A notion that STILL makes him double take since the old him would not have gotten far enough to even ask someone on a date)…
However, as things so often go, the good times did not last long.
DCstuck Expanded Universe – Putting it in all simplistics, it was revealed that Dimensional Island in itself was another potential DCstuck session that had been partially destroyed and restructured thanks to the efforts of Pieter Majeske, the Mage of Space and another fellow DCstucker. Though when his work in creating the island out of the parts of the destroyed worlds was done, that version of Pieter used the last of his power to create what essentially counted as a Pause button and used it to Pause the session, freezing the tragedies currently ongoing on Derse, Prospit and Skaia, including the Agents of Derse, the two armies warring on Skaia and even the Black King himself, who is typically the final boss of any Homestuck Session.
While this knowledge POSSIBLY would have gone undiscovered by the Thief and his friends, it was dug up by a woman that calls herself Forsaken, whom is actually DCstucker Elizabeth Christine Snider, or Beth the Witch of Blood. A version of his direct Ecto-sister from another session, Forsaken was a version of Beth that was DESPERATE to find some way to redeem herself, and she felt that the only way to do so was to restart the paused session and finish what it started, a notion that she found others willing to agree to it, though Alex was violently against the notion at first. However, it is through Forsaken that Alex meets Evan, Swift and their large extended family. A version of Evan technically existed in DCstuck as the session’s Rogue of Hope, but this Evan was clearly not from any version of their session in any way, shape or form and instead lived a happy life amongst the strangest of supernatural oddities, from the lupine Half-wolf demon Swift Watanabe, to the literal alien that is Andromeda and Aether. Thanks to their help and general warmth, Alex realized the session should be completed otherwise it would hang over them forever if they continued to live on the island…
Helping nothing in the matter however is a mysterious evil that wore a scarf made from the scraps of other god-tier robes, brazenly showing his deadly proficiency in fighting and killing God-Tier characters. Even more mysteriously, he seemed to have the power to assimilate the powers of these god-tiers, allowing himself to not only be hard to kill, but also to have all of the God-tier’s utility and attack abilities. Known only as Clockwork, little is known about the sick bastard other then that he has been to many sessions before this one and has destroyed most of them, desperately searching for the powers that could be given to him by a version of Evan that had god-tiered and now had the Rogue of Hope’s powers…
Thus where one final session in the story comes into play. As it turns out, within the DCstuck multiverse, there exists at LEAST one session where everything is about the same, except the characters are the opposite genders of their original selves and this is seen as normal. In this session, there existed a female version of Evan, named Evelyn, that had managed to God-tier and was considered an important asset in the session. A session that came to an abrupt, bloody and highly explosive end as Clockwork arrived, destroyed everything and proceeded to attack Evelyn in an attempt to steal her powers, an attempt that was only stopped thanks to one of the session’s resident trolls.
Back in the present, the Thief of Void of this genderbend session, regarded as Erin the Kunoichi of Void, arrives on Dimensional Island, though less out of necessity and more out of explorer’s curiosity, getting lost in the Dream Bubbles and soon finding herself in a very familiar place. A few stressful situations come to pass with her landing, but she eventually moves into the apartment of her male counterpart, falling in love with Lizzie as an older sister, and regarding said male counterpart as an amazingly sympathetic and loving older brother. Not too long after, Evelyn lands in the session and, as she is among the few survivors, another being Todd, a male counterpart to Beth, Erin becomes determined to ensure Evelyn remains alive, happy and comfortable, in the hopes of helping her forget not only the obliteration of their session but also the exact nature of Clockwork’s attack on her. While Evelyn appreciates the attempts however, she vanishes from Alex’s apartment not too long after the events of a Christmas Gathering (Where she is now can be followed in the ongoing story SSoDI, or Starless Skies over Dimensional Island).
Present – As everyone prepares for a potential battle to go down on the island, Alex and Erin prep up to visit the nearby Incipisphere and search for the pause button that had been created by the island’s version of Pieter Majeske. Together? They fly towards the local Incipisphere, set to restart the session and see what happens next…
……………
Oh if only things could be that easy…

There is more to this story then meets the eye…
Whenever Alex talks to someone long distance on Pesterchum, his Chumhandle is 'gantzGun' and 'he types with light blue text, with proper pronounciation. Though he is prone to use elipses and emoticons, he usually only does this with close friends, choosing to be proper with others.'
Alex has a special keyboard which is an entire computer built in. The keyboard can display a holographic screen that works just as well as a computer moniter, which has built in Wi-Fi, Pesterchum, and a few computer games from his old home... Though one can tell they are only there because they were installed by Alex during his early days in the game, to serve as a reminder of his old home. He initially had two of these, one he always carried with him in his pocket void space and one he kept at home hidden in his desk for home browsing. While one is likely lost forever, the other remains at home ready for use.

Weaknesses
Having to start back from the very beginning, Alex is all the way back to square one. His Health bar is back to it’s most base setting, his endurance is about that of an average human, and he’ll have to work hard if he wants to regain the strength to which he’s previously grown accustomed. Along with all of this, he has also lost the God-tier’s ability to be incapable of dying unless the deaths are ‘Just’ or ‘Heroic’, if he dies once, it’s all over.
