Physical Description: Reaper resembles a floating skeleton in a black cloak. His face is typically hidden by the hood and two red dots burn in his empty eye-sockets. He occasionally takes the human form of Jacob Treecarsign, where he wears dark, gothic clothing and has red hair.
Weapons: Reaper wields a mystic scythe as his primary weapon but, as a Death, he can make almost anything potentially fatal.
Abilities/Powers: Reaper is almost god-like in his abilities, and can only be killed by non-physical means (psychic attacks, magical powers, super novas). He is able to tell anyone's name, age, and predetermined date of death by simply looking at them (a la Shinigami). As the Death by Immortality, he is able to find ways (often violent) of killing the unkillable. He can also give people extra life, though it is frowned upon.
Skills: Reaper can find a way to kill almost anything.
Personality: Reaper is easily bored, uncaring, and a bit on the sadistic side. He often kills his 'clients' in the most painful, bloody way possible, sometimes without even intending to. He doesn't seem to care much about humans, though he will occasionally help them. The only thing he truly fears is Unemployment, which would happen if he ran out of things in his jurisdiction to kill. Like all Deaths, he will play a game with a client to see if they'll come back.
History: Reaper is one of the countless Deaths in the universe of EVH. Each Death is assigned a different type of deceased to reap; killed by murder, killed by suicide, or killed by insane barber. Reaper was assigned 'Death by T-Rex', and was quite busy for a time. However, after a while, the T-Rexes died out and Reaper was 'Unemployed', ie: sent to Limbo. He was returned when scientists cloned dinosaurs on a remote island.
During his time reaping T-Rex'd souls, Reaper came up with the idea to kill the immortals. It would stop him from being unemployed and deal with that pesky not-dying problem the Underplace had. Reassigned, he began his new job with an immortal samurai. He lured the samurai into a chandelier factory and dropped them all on him.
