History: Raz was born and raised in the circus. His father supposedly hates psychics, and upon discovering his son was a psychic, trained him as an acrobat to distract him from his powers. In truth, he was only trying to protect Raz, but Raz only took the treatment with spite. Upon recieving a pamphlet for the Whispering Rock Psychic Summer Camp, he ran away to join up. He helped stopped the plundering of psychics' brains to make deadly weapons.
Other: A curse was placed on Raz and his family that they are to die in water, so when he steps into water more than a few inches deep, the Hand of Galochio (the name of the family that cursed the Aquatoses) will gran him and attempt to pull him under.
