Zenaku was hidden by the explosion. when it settled there he was hunched over and unmoving, yet standing.

Kid and Yui slowly approached Zenaku.
"Hang on, Yui," Kid said. This was strange. He never called people by their own names. "I don't think you should get close right now... If anything, Chaos will want an empty shell, and you're the closest thing to it."
"Okay then!" Yui said almost too cheerily. Though it was hard to notice, there was an almost fanatical light in Kid's eyes. He was so close!

Gantz quickly grabbed Yui and yanked him away upon hearing that. "Wait... CHAOS? What are you talking about?!"
Misty was sitting on the floor, the explosion succeeding in knocking her on her butt. "And what do you mean he'll want an empty shell? Do you mean this guy will want a new body or something?"
Gantz looked even more panicky then ever, "But..!! If you know that... Then why are you still-?!?!?"
It was then Gantz figured it out.
"YOU'RE NUTS!!! MISTY STOP HIM!!!!"
Misty would have done just that, if she had figured it out as Gantz had, "Wha-?!? Why?! What's he doing?!?"

Spyro and moon leaped at kid. Both knowing, or at least suspected, what was about to happen.

Kid jumped out of the way of the attack, or rather, flew out of the way.
"Oh, look, the reject's attack's not hurting me anymore," Kid said. "And this is my only chance to become just as great as my old man! I, Kidrus Caesar, will rise to greatness!"
"You're insane!" Yui said, stating the obvious. He pointed his key at Kid.

Gantz quickly let go of Yui and something that likely shocked the members of the group happened...
"Is THAT so?"
A female voice echoed out of Gantz's being...
Before a bright light suddenly encompassed him, making his eyes and a strange mark on his wrist glow pure white. If anyone could sense energy and aura, they'd feel a gigantic increase in Gantz's power and strength, holy energy flowing out of him like a fountain. Along with this, another being suddenly became apparent in Gantz's body, alongside his own soul.
Soul Calibur glared at Kid dangerously. "Take not one more step, or you shall surely regret it."
Misty, whom had got back to her feet, was shocked senseless at what was going on... "Gantz?"
Soul Calibur ignored her and continued, a powerful energy ball of pure holy energy in her palm. "It has been my duty since beginningless time, so many years ago, to slay evil energies and destroy them at their source..." She growled vindictively "BE FOREWARNED... If you merge yourself with that demon you will gain not only the entire world as an enemy... But also ME. The very bane of Evil's existance."
Though it was likely Kid wouldn't listen to her, you had to admit... She made for a convincing arguement.

"Torch him!" Moon shoutted as he and spyro unloaded their flame breaths on Kid.

Kid "tsk"ed and flew out of the way of the flame breaths.
"The whole world's already my enemy... so I'm just giving them back the favor," Kid said. He looked around at the house. "By the way, nice job burning your own house down."
The combination of Yui's attacks and the attacks of the dragons had set quite a few fires throughout Gantz's house. Though it had only been a few minutes, the fire had grown rather strong, and it was looking rather bad for the house.

"GODDAMMIT!!!!!! And I just got finished paying mortgage for this dumb place!!!!!" Suddenly Gantz's voice echoed out, with a fury. "Come on Soul, we're putting this fire out!!"
"And what of Kid?"
"Don't think I haven't thought of that. Misty!!! FOR CRYING OUT LOUD STOP HIM!!!!!!! IF HE ABSORBS CHAOS, THE ENTIRE WORLD COULD BE AT STAKE!!!!"
WHIFFF!!!!!!!!!!!
Misty was already two steps ahead of Gantz throwing punch after punch after kick at Kid, "Nothing personal, I just can't let you do it. I'm sure you understa- oh who am I kidding of course you do."
Gantz quickly went to work using a continuing stream of Blizzaga energy to put out the fires around the place. "Gantz, I don't wish to put you under any added pressure, but... The one known as Kid? Aren't we going to stop him?!?"
"Misty will stop him." Gantz reitterated as he put out the fires slowly but surely. "She's pretty tough, I'm sure she can handle him."
WHAAAAAAAAAAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Misty was sent flying clean over Gantz and landed with a thud on the floor. She quickly got up, and flew back over to Kid however, not giving up.
"It would appear she's having a bit of trouble..."

"Ancestors." Spyro growled forgetting that he was in a flammable place. "Sorry!"
"So we can use our flame we have other powers." Moon baretted him before launching a light blast.
"Let's try our combo!" Spyro called unleashing lightning.
"But.... aw screw it, Ancestors help up." Moon smiled as he and spyro charged froward. even as a black shapeless mass started to emerge from Zenaku, looking for a new host. as spyro spring boarded off of Moon launching himself as a very large boulder covered him and said boulder had many deadly looking spikes on it.

Kid was putting up quite the fight, giving his Freudian excuse as he spoke.
"I've always been living in dad's shadow! Never able to do anything!"
He jumped out of the way of another fireball from Yui before knocking Misty away again.
"And since stupid Rome got sacked, I don't have an empire to rule anymore!"
He was rather aware of something coming out of Zenaku now, but he couldn't go to absorb Chaos until these people weren't attacking him anymore.
"So everyone always said, 'don't be an emperor, go be a doctor!' Well what if I don't want to be a doctor!? What if I want to be an emperor!"
He jumped out of the way of the boulder Spyro launched at him, which instead his Yui, snapping off the doll's arm.
"So I compromised. I decided to be an alchemist! And then, using the power of the Philosopher's Stone, I'd become an emperor! But now I've found something even better than the Philosopher's Stone! I've found Chaos!" He held his arms out wide. "Chaos! I've been waiting for you!"
"He's insane!" Yui said in disbelief. Kid chuckled. Insanity was a requirement to get into alchemy academies worldwide anyways.

The formless entity seemed to be going for Kid, seeing the human's blind lust for power as proving useful. But it missed. Not because of bad aim, the air of dark energy that would send chills down the completely spirtually insensitive actually swarmed right where Kid had been standing.
Had. Key word. For Kid had been tackled by an entity that could only be described as an angel. She stood over the human, a gold staff held to his throat. But battle wasn't her forte, and it wouldn't be hard for Kid to throw her off. For entities like Soul, it was clear the new arrival was indeed made of almost pure light. Almost, for there was an aura of humanity around her that would feel out of place...
And it wasn't like the angel was the only new arrival. A humanoid entity about as tall as a ten year old human child had also arrived on the scene. And he reeked of dark demonic energy. It didn't help that he had a rather nasty looking scythe which appeared twice his height. He wielded it with skill that would seem odd for his size. He flapped his draconic wings and put himself between the angel and Chaos.
"You are not getting away this time!" he hissed. Those paying close attention would see he had almost vampiric like fangs. He sensed the holy energy that was Soul, but chose to focus on Chaos. This place was crowded... "The rest of you get the hell out of here, I don't care how holy you are!" he shouted. A strange energy was emanating from his body, and those with high spirtual sense would realize that this energy had the potential to seal the formless energy known as Chaos.
(OOC: Basically, the angel/Hermia's got Kid pinned but he could easily throw her off with his skills. The draconic winged entity/Hades' is about to try to seal Chaos. Both Hermia and Hades sense Soul's power, Soul would most definently sense Hermia's weak angelic energy and Hades extremely strong but somehow muted demonic. Both Hades and Hermia have an out of place human energy to them.
FF (no noe else!) has permission to take control of Chaos as an NPC/Dual controlled PC - It wants to grant Kid's request to fuse with it and I see the two fighting to make that happen.
Also, if anyone wants to notice, there is a seemingly abandoned red cotton zipper hoodie in a tree far enough from the house to make it safe from fire. XD It belongs to the "human form" of the two characters I introduced here - I suggest checking out the profile for Hades and Thane as well as Chris and Hermia if you're confused. X3)

Soul stared at the two sources of energy looking completely and utterly bewildered. She had heard of beings such as these before... But she never actually thought they were real; I mean, Half-angels, half-demons... Who would be dumb enough to believe that?
Cough.
(Yes I just stole that from Jilak, but I'm sure he won't mind.)
"What?"
Gantz on the other hand was more then willing to take their advice. "You guys must be nuts thinking you can handle something as ancient and evil as Chaos... But it appears you know what your doing... So..."
He grabbed Misty's right arm, and Yui by wrapping his arm around his center, with the doll grabbing his severed arm with his remaining arm.
"EXIT; STAGE LEFT!!!!!!" Gantz yelled as he ran at fast speeds, Misty and Yui getting dragged along for the ride.
"HEEEEY!!!!!!! TURN BACK AROUND!!!!! I ALMOST HAD THAT @#$#%@$!!!!!!!! GIVE ME ANOTHER SHOT AT HIM!!!! I'M GONNA KICK HIS @$$!!!!!!" Misty yelled this and various other obscenities as they disappeared out the door.

"No it's exit stage down." Moon called after him as he latched on to spyro, launched one last light beam while spyro let lose a lightning bolt and the two vanished into a shadow.

Kid knocked Hermia off of him just in time to dodge the attacks the dragons had shot at him before taking up a battle stance again. He had to hurry. If Hades managed to seal Chaos, then...
Once again, Kid took flight and zoomed into the space where Chaos was.
"Join with me, Chaos!" Kid yelled as he zoomed through. "I need your power!"
For a moment, anyone who had substantial spiritual senses would have seen the black shape shudder, and then merge with the boy, giving him a black aura. Only someone who could see Kid as he moved would have seen it though, considering how fast the boy was going. Once he stopped, though, it was very much clear he had merged with Chaos.
"...This feels great," Kid said, and held up his hand to examine it. "The black aura's a bit much, but if it makes me look more menacing, it works."
