Lloyd was wandering into Canopy City until realising a couple things...
"Didn't I have Gonard with me," he asked himself.
Gonard was in the middle of the town, on his knees.
"CURSE YOU NO SANDWICHES," Gonard shouted.
"And I'm lost," he said.
He noticed something shiny on a random bum's stomach.

Ed happily trotted along the planks and bridges of Canopy City, when his eyes caught the glint too. "Ooooohh..."

Gonard eventually found his way back and tapped Lloyd's shoulder.
"Hey, can I have 20 more dollars," he said.
Lloyd gave him the money and Gonard ran off. Lloyd then went for the jewel. The bum was waking up.

Zelos Wilder makes his way into the City, before stopping and sighing. "Man, I miss my Hunnies...I need someone to snuggle!" He says rather loudly.

He noticed Lloyd with his hand out near the bum's rather plump stomach. The bum then got up and started screaming, running away.

In his run, the jewel went flying. Right into Ed's hand.
"oooh..." He gave it a funny look. "...weeeeeeeeird."

Zelos looks over at Black Mage, "You are missing the finer points of life man, Hunnies, gifts, hunnies, and did I mention Hunnies?" He says with hearts in his eyes.

Out of nowhere, Gonard came behind Ed and went to take the jewel until...
"Did I hear honey," he asked.
Lloyd then quickly swiped the jewel and switched it with a fake, actually a rock painted like the jewel. Ed'll never know.
