Bark, meanwhile, had set up a small tea kettle over the fire place, and was slowly heating up a kind of liquid. Having lived in the Arctic for so long DOES give one lessons in how to warm oneself in an unforgiving winter wasteland. Moving on though...
With that done, he turned to Cindy, taking her in. "Heck if I know... By the looks of it though she seems to be doing okay, and..." His stare turned right at Bean, whom had been fondling over the Turtle Dove Pendant Bean had. "Bean..." His eyes narrowed. "Where did you get that?"

Bean snapped out of his stupor, saying, "This? It fell out a second ago from the bundles of blankets. Ain't it shiny?!" Bean was completely oblivious to the unusual power radiating from the pendant.
Looking more closely, he saw a name on the pendant. "Cindy" was etched in on the underside of one of the bird's wings. "I think this is the girl's name guys." Bean said as he looked at the name.

Slash took a look at the pendant. "Cindy, huh?" He said. "Let's hope she doesn't freak out when she wakes up."

Their attention was averted when they heard the girl, Cindy, cough heavily. Due to her coughing fit, she awoke to see the people before her. Suprisingly enough, she didn't seem too suprised by Bark and Bean's presence.
"H-h-hi...." Cindy said weakly. Studying her surroundings, she gathered she had been rescued from her unpleasent trip on the mountaintop. "I-I see y-you saved me...th-thanks..."

Bark, somewhat surprised by the girl's words, raised an eyebrow. 'Hmmm... This girl must've been around...' "Well... No problem, I suppose." He leaned down to get a better look at her. "The name's Bark. You're pretty lucky me and my friends found you, otherwise you'd be frozen to death right now."

Cindy got a good look at Bark as well as Bean. She then said, "H-hey, don't I-I know you guys from s-somewhere?" Thinking, she smiles and says "Oh yeah, B-ark the Polar Bear and B-bean the Dynamite! My boyfriend and his f-freind have t-talked about you g-guys. T-they're good friends of S-sonic the H-hedgehog."

Cindy coughed again and said, "I'll t-tell you m,ore another time... I need some tea, please."
"Comin' up!" Bean said as he grabbed the tea pot. He graqbbed it by the sides as opposed to the handle, and ended up burning his hands. "YEEEOOOWWW!!!!"
Bean threw the pot high up in the air as he quickly set about trying to col his hands off.

Bark, however, whom was wearing his oven mitts, quickly caught the tea kettle. "Tea coming up." He gave a small look to Bean, before pulling out a tea cup, and pouring the liquid into it. "Anyways, you were right about our names." He motioned his gloved hand at himself. "The name's Bark, that's Bean." He motioned to the duck that was trying his best to cool down his burnt hand. He then motioned to Slash, "And this is Slash, he happened to be at the top of the mountain when we found you."

"Thanks." Cindy said as she sipped her tea. She felt a lot better as soon as she had that one sip and continued to drink up.
"Anyway have any of you seen my boyfriend by chance? He's a young man with crazy hair who wears an unbuckled straightjacket."
Bean looked at Cindy and said, "He has a straightjacket?! Bark, you said there weren't any places where one could buy a straightjacket!!!"

"Uh, I think we'd notice a guy in a straightjacket." Slash said, not really knowing what else to say in response. Though looking at Bean, he was the real one that could use a straightjacket.
