Hamson woke up. "Even me?!" He asked excitedly. A freak earthquake knocked him off the edge of the island.
"I'MMMMMMMMM OOOOOOOOOOOOOKAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY!"
Unfotunately, he didn't die.

"Fudgebuckets," Tree said before grabbing Hamson and pulling him into the cockpit of the Albiore. "Just be glad I figured out how to work this thing, because otherwise you'd be dead right about now." She pressed a button, and the hoverdrive in the machine started whirring. Tree pressed on the gas and the fontech airplane broke free. She turned the wheel and steered the ship above the island, and jumped out of the cockpit, letting the Albiore fly into the glass tree.
"It only had enough gas for five minutes anyways." Tree said before she grabbed Ark by the collar and started running. Ark was asleep, tuckered out from two consecutive Doom Waves.

Geno had hoped onto the ship in time, watching the show from a safe distance. He sighed in relief. "Whew... that was way too close for comfort."

"AGH. Fine, but you better get us out of here, pronto." Tree said. She jumped out of the seat, and ran to the back, watching meteors and fire rain down from the sky. "Those guys are really odd."
"Must be related to you then, Tree." Snowy said.
