What appeared to be a ten year old human boy walked through the area. He looked from side to side every once in a while, but maintained his slow pace. He took in a breath and sighed.
The area was huge. Hades had no idea what world he had chased Chaos into, but there were just as many places to hide here as in America. And from what he could tell of the risidual energy, the entity had chosen to take the entire island as a place to hide. The only explanation Hades could come up with was that there seemed to be far more pockets of negative energy. He himself was getting a bit of a buzz by it. Back in the other world, the areas had been smaller and further stretched. A lot weaker too.
Hades jumped back everytime a floating portal passed by him. The portal he had come to this world in had closed right after he entered it and there was no guarantee other portals wouldn't do the same. The last thing he needed was to get trapped in a different dimension than his target. He looked up towards the sky. Whatever created the day and night in this place showed that dawn was approaching.
The kid would appear to most to be an easy target. Lean for his age, but he was after all only ten. About the only thing that might deter a thug or anyone that liked preying on children were the boy's eyes. They were intense and hinted that the boy was many years older than ten. Something more was going on in the kid's head that the rest of his body could have indicated.

Kanto was just wandering the park at this time since he was just thrown out of a portal which had closed behind him when he saw a little kid walking by himself. "Hey kid! Where are your parents?" he yelled as he ran to the boy.

The boy paused and whirled around. He had been so wrapped up in trying to pick up signs of Chaos that he had tuned out the rest of the environment. That had been beyond stupid. However, the person he turned to didn't seem dangerous and "felt" human.
"My older cousin's here somewhere, I'll be fine," Hades quickly said. Maybe too quickly.
Older cousin... that excuse isn't going to fly if Chris isn't here, thought Hades.

From the top of a nearby tree, Kid was lounging. The sound of activity below made him look out from the tree and notice the unfolding scene.
Something about parents needing to be there.
"Maybe his parents are dead, don't people ever think about that?" Kid mumbled to himself before yawning. "Whatever, no one's gonna need parents when I'm in control..."

Zenaku rose from a shadow cursing violently. He had been severely cheated this time, never had he failed so spectacularly, Now he needed a new plan.

Hades was about to answer when he felt the strong surge of demonic energy to the left. No... not demonic... it didn't have quite the right feeling. But it was quite dark. It wasn't Chaos but it had the potential for it to be something that could get in his way.
He took off running towards where he felt the energy. Blowing his cover in front of the person he had been talking to wasn't a good idea. He needed to find a place to hide and cause his true form to surface. He needed to summon his scythe. The place wasn't very populated, he could probably kill the other person, but it seemed an un-necessary measure.
Hades had no idea he was heading for a Darkrai, only that there was something dark in the general area he was heading. And due to being in full human form, his own power was extremely muted. It was still there, and Hades knew there was a chance the source of the demonic energy would sense it. He needed to get out of site... there were demons who weren't as shy about bystander casualties as he had found it necessary to be.

"Wha-- Great, now what?!" Kid said, and took flight, flying over to where Hades was going. Something was up, and Kid wanted in on it.

Hades cursed under his breath and dove into some bushes. He didn't have time for this. He hoped the other person wouldn't get to curious. In a flash and giant surge of demonic energy to any that could sense it, a charcoal skinned demon with wings and a six foot scythe flew out of the bushes.
The gripped the scythe and pointed the top of it just in front of Kanto. A surge of dark power that looked to be some kind of blood red energy beam shot right at Kanto's feet.
Please take the hint and get out of here... Hades turned in mid-air and flew towards where he had sensed the darkness. So many things could go badly... the other person could try and find where he had gone without realizing he and the human from before were the same person, the other person could put two and two together...
And of course there was the presence of the kid in the trees. Hades hadn't even known he was there and it was all too possible he had seen the emergence of Hades' true demon form appear over his human one.

Zenaku paused in his planning and cursing his adversary's name. Some one was coming, he wasn't concerned the sight of a living breathing shadow, that could cast them into a never ending nightmare caused many to run to opposite direction when they saw him.

"Wah!" Kanto yelled as he jumped back and he saw the person fly away he yelled "What did you do to that kid!?" and immediatly chased after the guy not knowing what he was putting himself in.

Kid, on the other hand, had seen every bit of what happened, having flown right over when Hades returned to his demon form.
"Oh. Monster kids. How nice." Kid said sarcastically. "Why isn't there a single normal kid on this stupid island?!"
"Like you?" Pollux, Kid's right shoe asked sarcastically.
"Don't you start on me, you stupid shoe," Kid ordered, and then started flying in the direction Hades was heading. "Hey! Where the heck are you going!"

Damn, kid can't take a hint...
"He's fine! I suggest you get out of here! I won't go out of my way to avoid hitting you in the crossfire!" Hades shouted.
The large Darkrai came into view, but Hades didn't flinch. It wasn't a form he was familiar with, but he had fought and destroyed many shadow demons. It still nagged on his mind that demon wasn't the right word, but it was the best he could come up with for now.
Hades landed in front of the Darkrai and held out his scythe as his wings vanished. It was an almost comical presentation. This kid sized creature, no more that 4" on the outside, holding a scythe at least 6" tall. He fixed his gaze straight on Zenaku.
"You're going to upset the balance... tell me now, are you or whoever sent you after Chaos?" Hades emphasized Chaos in a manner that meant it was more than just a concept. Hades felt something tugging at his mind, but pushed the resistance down. He didn't need Thane's distractions right now.
(OOC: Ah shoot. Okay, Hades was too focused on Zenaku to notice Kid. We need a post order now. I'll go first and then we'll go in order from the next person down until all four have posted, okay?)

Zenaku looked up not even worried. Though his interest was sparked. "Chaos? Never heard of it, sounds interesting though."
