"Kyah! Wait for me!" Luigi followed.
"....meh..." Geno soon appeared as well, standing next to Gadd. "....whuzzat?" he asked in a half-awake daze.

Gadd was completely unresponsive. He continued to stare at the mansion.
Meanwhile Fox had run up the front steps and went to open the door but just as he grabbed the door knob, the purple aura formed around him and threw him back.
"What the hell was that?" Fox stood up and brushed himself off.

"Looks like a barrier of some sort..." Luigi mused once he caught up to Fox, eyeing it cautiously.
(is there something seriously wrong with Gadd or is he just tired? XD)

Fox ran back to see Gadd and Geno standing there.
"Hehe, did we wake you guys up?" Fox asked with a sheepish grin.
Gadd was still unresponsive as he stared mindlessly past him.

"Somewhat," Geno yawned.
"Sorry about that," Luigi apologized, facinf Gadd's odd stare. "...huh? Prof? What's up?"

Fox waved his hand in front of the proffesor's face.
"Hello? Anyone home?" Fox paused for a second and then it hit him ",He's sleep walking..."
Gadd slowly started to walk forward towards the manor.
"And he's heading towards the manor..."

"Whoa... too weird..." Luigi made a face.
"Hmm... I wonder if its the force of the manor that's subconsciously drawing him towards it..." Geno mused.
"....huh??" Luigi gave his pal a weird look.
"...Come on. We should follow him."

Fox nodded and followed the group led by the sleeping professor. They paused in front of the door which still had the ghost-like aura around it, but Gadd kept walking towards it.
"Well, this should wake him up," Fox joked as Gadd continued to walk into the aura. It surrounded him but instead of throwing him back, it allowed him inside slamming the doors behind him.
"Uh...this could be a problem..."

"...could be a trap," Geno grew wary. "What now?"

"I'm not sure," Fox thought for a moment ",Maybe Gadd has something about whatever this purple thing is in one of his books. Maybe we should go back to the lab quick and check it out. For all we know, he could be in real danger."

"Sounds like a plan," Geno nodded an agreement.
"WAH! Hurry!" Luigi rushed back to the lab.

The second they returned Fox frantically searched through Gadd's books.
"You guys having any luck?" he asked Luigi and Geno.

Fox continued to flip through some old research notes until he noticed a sketch that looked a lot like what they were looking for.
"Hey I think I found it! It says it's something called a 'ghost aura' or something."

"Ghost aura?" Geno approached, leaned over to look on one side of Fox, with Luigi on the other.
"What's it say?"
