Leona giggled at this, "Y-yes... I suppose so..." With this in mind, the girl looked around curiously. "I... I wonder who w-we could ask?"

Rico looked around. "Anyone else here?"
After a pause, he looked back at the girl. "Um... my name's Rico, by the way," he said, sticking out his hand to offer a handshake, "Rico Johnson... what's yours?"

Leona nodded, taking the boy’s hand meekly. “M-… My name is Leona… Leona Weissheit, of the Vareth institute Weissheit’s…” She turned away, as the two shook hands. “Though, I don’t think that title means anything now…” Tearing up a little bit, she sniffled. “I… I just hope my family is alright...”

Rico smiled positively. "Just stay positive," he said. "I'm a student of a place called Snow Woods Boarding School. It's not all that special for a boarding school," he said with a shrug, "but its biggest department seems to be in science. Everyone favorite teacher there seems to be Maxwell; he is pretty cool."

With that being said, she giggled a little at what Rico had mentioned "S-sounds a bit like J-Jill... She was everyone's favorite teacher b-back at Vareth."

Rico grinned and said, "Not too long ago, Maxwell helped one student named Jeff escape the school so he could go save the world with two guys and a girl. They nearly got their butts kicked by some crazy cosmic evil... thing, but they won in the end," he added in an unusually casual tone given what he just said.

(OOC: Guess I'm jumping in after all. XD) Quite honestly, the last thing Momoko Akazutsumi could remember was lamenting that she'd never be able to eat snacks again. Buttercup had been beating on the side of the poor mecha known as Dynamo Z with her hammer. Bubbles had been worrying that she was going to miss the dress sale tomorrow. The digital dog Peach had sent them to investigate a surge in black light. The fear had been that it had been Him. They had sealed Him, but the fact that the light was focused over Mt. Fuji? It wasn't a good sign. What none of the girls had expected was for Dynamo Z to be fried as it flew over the volcano. Momoko, or "Hyper Blossom" as she had been transformed, had pulled out her yo-yo to help Buttercup beat on the side of the mecha. But she had suddenly felt a tingly sensation and blacked out. As she faded she had thought they must have crashed and she was dying. It had been a horrible feeling. But as she opened her eyes, she realized she wasn't dead. Nor was she Blossom. Here she was, Momoko, hurtling towards the ITS station. She was high enough up that the few moments it took her to catch her bearings weren't that dangerous. But panic over-rode common sense and she didn't think to pull out her compact and transform into Blossom again. As it was she saw a teenage girl and a boy around her age right in the path of where she was falling. "HELP ME!!!!!" she managed to shout, flailing her arms as gravity meant the distance between she and the two talking was quickly closing. (OOC: Any of your characters have a way to save her? XD I can abuse the power of convenience if not, but it would be better if they could save her.  ) |

Leona looked upward to see a girl falling right towards them at top speeds almost. It was a surprise in all cases, one that she had not been ready for.
So she did the only thing that made sense to her at the time.
Scream, hit her knees and cover her head, a futile attempt to brace herself for impact.

"HELP ME!!!!!" Looking up, Rico and Leona saw a girl around their age screaming as she hurtled towards them like a torpedo.
"OHMYPORK!" Rico panicked and, not two seconds too soon, threw up a cushioning psychic shield on instinct. The shield softened the new girl's landing considerably.
"What the heck...?" he mumbled aloud incredulously, looking at the girl.

Momoko squeezed her eyes shut as she prepared for the impact. She wasn't psychic, and she wasn't in her superheroine form - Both prevented her from sensing the energy that was thrown up. He eyes popped open in surprise as she hit an area of air that felt like a feather pillow before hitting the ground. It was more like she'd falling down while she was walking than from the sky.
She muttered in Japanese, something along the lines of "i-ittai" as she rubbed the rough area of her tailbone. The Island would translate it to "o-oowie" though. She climbed to her feet and looked at Leona and Rico... and then look confused.
"This isn't the bottom of Mt. Fuji.... um... right?"
Her mind would probably break if they said it was.
(OOC: If you don't know, Mt. Fuji is a huge extinct volcano in Japan (and a focal point for the final fight against Him in PPGZ, where he made it not so extinct). It's more like a mountain due to how long its been extinct. I don't know much about Earthbound Zero/Mother, Dan - If Mt. Itoi/Holyloly Mountain was an extinct volcano, its a perfect comparison. Mt. Fuji is Japanese as opposed to the American (British?) Mt. Itoi, though. The entire mountain is all but regarded as a deity in Japan in things like the Shinto faiths.)

Leona, after taking a second to realize that she was perfectly okay, quickly got back to her feet. She was blushing quite heartily at this; Rico was the one that ended up saving this girl, and what had she done? The proper answer was 'freak SMOOTH out'.
Regardless, with the book almost held up against her mouth, from lowering her head, she once again formed an interest in her boots. "I... Well, I..." She wondered if, by Fuji Mountain, that the girl had meant 'Fire Mountain' back in the country of Radiata. She looked around a second, but found no mountain in the immediate vicinity. "Um... Uh-I... I don't... I don't believe... So?" This almost came out more as a question then a statement.

Momoko nodded rather strongly, "Yeah, that's it! I'm surprised you don't know about it! When it started erupting about a month back and me and my friends sa... erm, me and my friends saw the Powerpuff Girls Z on the news, we thought everyone would know about it! I mean, it's an extint volcano!"
Out of nowhere Momoko bowed politely to both Leona and Rico, "I'm Akazutsumi Momoko! Oh, Momoko's my first name. I'm Japanese."
The following questions seemed aimed at both of them as well, "So, if this isn't Mt. Fuji, where is it? And have you seen a black haired girl dressed in a green suit or a blond with corkscrew pigtails and a really cute outfit? They'd be my age. Oh, or the Powerpuff Girls Z! I know them, you know!"
And just like that Momoko had gotten to bragging. She was obviously very hyperactive, as well, and speaking rather quickly.
