Rico cocked his head. He barely registered half of what the crazy Japanese girl said. "...what?"
He suddenly thought he recognized one of the things she said. "Wait... Powerpuff Girls? You mean the TV show about the superpowered little girls from the city of Townsville?"
((Oops, wrong PPG. XD))

Leona could only stare at Momoko in a confused fashion, that is before she turned to Rico. "P-Powerpuff Girls?" She tilted her head, looking quite curious. "W-what's that?"

Momoko seemed confused by Rico's comments, but turned towards Leona. Her face lit up at the opportunity to brag, "They're three really awesome teenage superheroines that protect Tokyo City from monsters! There's Blossom, she's the coolest and the leader! Bubbles uses a giant bubble wand and is cute, and Buttercup is kind of violent but she's really the muscle of the group!"
The teenage girl was getting really animated by this point, waving her arms around, "They can fly and stuff and really kick butt! Haven't you ever seen magical girl anime? They're like that, only cooler! Buttercup uses this heavy hammer, and Bubbles has this really long bubble wand. But Blossom is definently the coolest! She fights with a yo-yo!" By this point she had gotten so animated that her hand swung backwards and she managed to hit Rico. She jumped at the shock of the impact and whirled around.
"I'm sorry!"
To be truthful, it was probably a good think Momoko had been forced to stop. She was the only member of her friends who seemed to constantly come close to spilling her identity.

"Ow!" Rico stumbled back and rubbed his nose. He waved his hand in a forget-about-it motion when she apologised then said, "Hammers, bubbles, and yo-yos...? I'm not sure we're talking about the same show." He smiled and added, "I know a guy who sometimes uses a yo-yo as a weapon, though, but I think some fat, pig-like jerk has it now."
He'd heard quite a bit about the one named Pokey Minch from Jeff, Ness, Paula, and Poo, though he never met him personally.

Leona stared at Momoko strangely, as if something about her hyper personality and the way she described the so called Powerpuff Girls Z, raised some kind of mental alarm. One could easily put it off as just being too plain hyper, but Leona WAS the little sister of a genius. "The Powerpuff Girls Z, you say? Is that some sort of exclusive club?"

Momoko blinked at Rico's comment? Fat pig-like jerk? She couldn't think of any black light monsters like that. She had a split second of looking like she was in thought when Leona asked her question. Momoko looked a bit miffed and crossed her arms.
"No, they're super heroines! Weren't you listening? They're kind of like the Super Sentai. Although their outfits are really cute like Sailor Moon-tachi or Nanoha!"
Momoko definently seemed the type who would get distracted by shiny.
(OOC: Super Sentai is the Japanese name of Power Rangers. "-tachi" roughly means and the others, so Momoko was referencing all the Sailor Senshi/Soldiers. Nanoha is a reference to the anime Lyrical Nanoha.)

Rico cocked an eyebrow... "Sailor Moon...? Now that anime I've heard of..." Still, he wasn't sure what to make of this girl or what she was talking about.

Not to mention Momoko's explanations was doing NOTHING to help Leona. Since TV didn't exist in Radiata (The closest thing to such entertainment coming in the form of comic books, which of course, Leona never read), Leona could only stare at Momoko blankly.
"Super... S-sentai? ... S-sailor M-moon?" She thought a second... "Does S-sailor moon have anything to do with s-sea travel or s-somthing?" The reason for the stuttering was because Momoko intimidated her just a bit. Her bouncy personality just seemed a bit... Much.

Momoko stopped mid flail. Sea travel? She could get not knowing Super Sentai. Most places outside of Japan knew it was Power Rangers. But not Sailor Moon? For that matter, who had never heard of the real life super heroines Powerpuff Girls Z? Even the boy had heard of them, although he seemed to have things mixed up.
She let her arms lower, "So you've never heard of Sailor Moon, Super Sentai or Powerpuff Girls Z?" And now she seemed depressed, "I thought for sure they were more famous than that..." She sighed and returned to focusing on both Leona and Rico, "Uh, so where are we, anyhow? Since we're not at Mt. Fuji."

Rico shrugged widely. "That's just what we were trying to figure out. ...it's a train station of some kind, that much I've got figured out," he added, looking around and scratching his head.

Leona bowed her head, thinking Momoko's sudden depression had something to do with what she said. How was she supposed to know what Sailor Moon was? Or even the Power Rangers for that matter? Even if they existed on comic books in Radiata (Which was VERY unlikely), she had never read one herself. She was more a withdrawn bookworm, then an avid comic book reader.
She decided to try another approach. "Well... I-I've never seen a train s-station before now... M-maybe, I-I've never heard of t-them because I-I'm from R-Radiata." It would've made sense... If Radiata and the place this train station existed in were on two different planes of existence. She couldn't necessarily count out the fact that she couldn't find her school friends anywhere, either; given the fact that she had no real memory of traveling anywhere previous to waking up this morning. But... Another world?
Honestly that theory was starting to make more and more sense, the more she thought about it...
Huh, not half bad for the little sister of a genius.
The only question was... 'How'?
If anybody was paying Leona any mind, they would've seen her looking a bit distressed, as she held her head in one hand while the other kept the book plastered to her chest, her mouth almost covered, since her head was bowed slightly.

Momoko looked at Leona as she began to speak. She saw her looking depressed and it was her turn to feel bad. A lightbulb seemed to go off over her head and she was suddenly grinning. She swung one arm over the closet shoulder of Rico and Leona.
"Hey, you know what we need? Snacks! I don't know where Radiata is but we need snacks to feel better! Come on!"
Momoko had actually already spotted a vendor. An ice cream one, to be specific. She still hadn't really thought of another dimension. Radiata was surely just some distant country. She also hadn't thought of currency conversion - Which thankfully wasn't much the issue on the Island as yen (and dollars) were a commonly carried currency by those drawn to the island.
A little voice in the back of her head said she really needed to try and get in contact with Professor Utonium or her team mates. It had been a rather unexpected occurance at Mt. Fuji. But she ignored it for the time being.

Never even heard of Radiata, thought Rico. When Momoko wrapped an arm around his and Leona's shoulders and suggested a snack, he figured a treat wouldn't hurt and shrugged casually.
...still... what country were they even in if it was drawing people from all over the globe? Rico felt the vendor Momoko was eying probably didn't take Foggylander Pounds or Canadian Dollars.

Like Rico before her, Leona had a good feeling that the vendor wouldn't take 'dagols', the native currency of Radiata (Which basically looked like dollar bills with a mugshot of Radiata City's King in the center). Even then though, she barely had more then 50 dagols on her person, which, in Radiata, would barely be enough for ONE snack. So therein raised a problem, even if they DID get snacks, how would they be able to pay for it?
When they arrived at the stand, Leona looked at it unsure. Ice Cream existed on Radiata sure... But about the only flavor that was available was vanilla and Chocolate. She had NEVER heard of these other hundred flavors before... Frankly, it was beyond her understanding.
If Momoko had turned to look at her, or Rico for that matter, they would've seen Leona staring at the wide list of ice cream flavors on the stand, looking in both curiosity and bewilderment. "S-Sea-salt Ice-C-Cream?"
Sounded salty AND sweet, something that sounded both impossible and ridiculous. Such an ice-cream didn't even sound like it tasted all that good...
[But of course, those who play Kingdom Hearts enough know it's actually really good. The main characters like it well enough. XD]

(OOC: Its actually implied that the Island takes all currency. I guess for the same reason it magically translates for people. XD)
Momoko pulled a wallet out of her pocket. She always carried money around for things like this. And as luck would have it, she had just gotten her allowance. She lifted up three fingers. Leona seemed intimidated by the flavor choice, Momoko just figured she came from a small town. Still, it would probably be better to go generic here.
"Three chocolate cones, please!" she said with the gusto that seemed to define her. She pulled out a bunch of coins. Rico might recognize it as yen. Leona probably stood no chance.
The vendor smiled and nodded, "That'll be," he looked at the coins Momoko had, "300 yen, please."
Momoko pulled out three silver coins. One one side was a flower pattern and the other had "100". Both sides had "funny" symbols on them. Again, Rico might know it to be kanji, but Leona stood little chance. Momoko took the cones as they were handed to her and gave one each to Leona and Rico.
She really was rather pushy...
