William for a moment looked vastly relieved. In actuality, Sam would know that expression. Both Dean and himself were not unknown for it. It was clear by that expression alone that William considered the safety of the boy in Sam's vision his responsibility. He gave a worried look towards Egon's room. This group seemed to find some dire need to leave, quite likely a result of that quake from before. As that odd device seemed to have indicated, it seemed to be of more than natural causes. It was a pained moment, but Daniel won out.
"I beg of you, I fear that Daniel's condition is of my own foolish mistakes. I can not begin to express what it would do to me if he were to be killed as result of them. If there is any possible way for me to accompany you and redeem myself of these actions, there is quite little I would refuse to do in exchange if it were within my power."
"Cas, would you mind explaining to me what the hell's going on?" Dean let out another series of coughs. Damn his lungs fucking hurt, "What's got you this scared?"

He'd avoided actually elaborating on the situation for as long as he could. He didn't need to worry the Winchesters, true, but that wasn't his main concern. His main concern was, right now, Dean. He couldn't heal him. He could probably teleport him, but it would be unsafe. And that thing from before, it would feed on Dean's seemingly endless rage. But he had to tell them. They deserved at least that much, no matter how hopeless the situation was.
"That thing, back there, in the lobby. That demon. It's not an ordinary demon. It's hard to explain. It's... powerful. Like the demon that killed your mother. Maybe even moreso. Likely even moreso. It's known as a Sin. I've heard of them, but never seen one in person until now. Essentially it will feed on your anger as it goads you on, getting stronger the more you give it. It is perhaps one of the most dangerous demons you will ever encounter, and if you don't get out of here, it will kill you." Castiel responded. Yes... his plan of teleporting the three away wouldn't work. It was obvious at this point. They'd have to... what was that Dean had said... 'hoof it'.
"Don't you mean 'we', Cas?" Sam asked, noting that never once during his speech had Cas used the term. Always 'you', referring to the two.
"I can't go with you. My senses may be slightly congested, but I know that Dean's too sick for me to heal in my current state, and it's too dangerous to teleport him. I don't know if that thing's going to follow you. It may not even care enough, but I got the impression that I angered it and it wants to kill me. The longer I'm with you the more danger you're in. I've already failed Heaven. I've already failed God. I'm not going to fail you as well." Castiel responded, looking away from Sam.

Dean forced himself to his feet. His head was swimming by this point and passing out for a weak seemed like an absolutely wonderful idea. It was too bad some entity out there, probably past a couple or so walls, really seemed to enjoy torturing their group. He gave a pained swallow as Castiel gave his explanation.
"Hold the phone. Sin? As in Seven Deadly?! Those fucking things have personifications?!"
Castiel seemed to ignore him for the time being, moving on to why he couldn't go with them. And then he went and implied that Dean's sickness was why the shit had hit the oversized fan. He glared at Castiel. The guy seemed to jump position a hell of a lot. Work with him, let him kill himself for the group, he doesn't serve man, he's got no one but man! Dean scowled and put a hand into a fist. He then worked up all his energy and punched Castiel in the jaw.
"Look, I am sick and tired of your bullshit! Jesus fuck, did we walk into some god damned emo teenage chick flick? I'm not gonna have any of this god damned heroic sacrifice bullshit! If that thing kills you, it'll follow us anyways! So let's get the hell out of here, cause if you stay we are all going to stay!"
William blinked at where the conversation had gone. He hadn't had such an assault on his ears in... well, ever. If he had said even half the things the man had said there, his father would have made him eat soap. Beyond that, however, the man looked like he was staying on his feet by sheer willpower. Dean finally broke down into coughs, hoping Sam would pick up any slack of Castiel tried to object again.

As Castiel felt Dean's fist slam into his face, he realized that even if he came to understand humanity, he would never understand Dean Winchester. Castiel was in the position that many of his brethren in the past had been put in. Always they moved on, doing what was better for the many than for the one. Sure, the left were honored in time, but they were always left. But as Dean verbally chewed the angel out, he realized unless he agreed to leave as well, they were actually going to stay. It was... odd, really.
"I suppose neither of us is really in any position to argue, at this point. Especially not with how angry you are right now. While Wrath's in the building." Castiel responded, getting to his feet. They had to run. But was Dean in any position to leave the hospital?
"Sam. I promise that after we investigate your vision I will do everything I can to heal you and your brother." Castiel stated, turning towards a door that would lead to the exit.
Things were bad then, they were, they really were. John was still missing, Castiel was losing power, fast, and Daniel was in danger. But at the same time, they now had hope. There they were, Team Unimportance. An angel with weakening powers, a man that could see the future, Mr. Pneumonia, and a ghost that had lost almost everything.
"Let's go."

Dean looked towards William. He wasn't sure who the kid was or why he talked so damn stuffy, or why he had a friggin sword being that he hadn't even really been involved in the situation until that bright as hell blue light. But it looked like he was tagging along. He gave a scowl and forced himself over to the teenager.
"Think you can keep up?"
"I am able to move far faster than I think you are capable of realizing. My name is William."
"We can do introductions later. Sam, let's get out of this hellhole."
