Momoko jumped when she heard Repeat growling. She glared back at the dog for a moment before sitting down, her back facing Cody. She squeezed her eyes shut, and if either Cody or Repeat were paying any attention they'd see she was fighting back tears. The conflict between her personalites was weighting very heavily on her mind.
Thing is, if they pointed it out, she'd probably rage at them. Its one thing to go from human to converted Doppelganger. Its another to go from Doppelganger to not quite one. Especially with her serious core personality.

The dog continued barking, while Cody continued to stare at the window.
"...It's a nice day, huh?" Cody asked. He was shivering, and suddenly, started coughing very badly, like he was having an asthma attack. It was more likely he was having either a violent reaction to the presence of a canary... Or his doppelganger genes weren't merging as well as Ms. Mirror had thought.
---------------------
On the news, there wasn't much at the moment. Not even anything on the explosion earlier. That figured. The facility was off the beaten path, after all. Mr. Copycat switched off the TV.
"I wasn't talking about her feelings," Mr. Copycat warned. "I was talking about how she's still a doppelganger through and through and won't hesitate to kill you if you get on her nerves."

Aria just smirked while she finished swallowing. "Don't belittle me. I am no pushover myself, or a stranger to battle. So she could just try, and rest assured if she doesn't kill me, I will kill her." Her eyes were really cold, and expressionless at that moment. She really didn't enjoy being underestimated, but her face was still calm. With that she continued eating her sandwich.

Of course, the thought of a canary was the first thing that occured to Momoko, but she quickly put it aside. Mr. Copycat wasn't having an allergy. She wiped the tears, belittling herself in her mind and stood up. She paused in front of Repeat, knowing he might bite her if she trie to get close to Cody. She quickly went through thoughts in her mind. It was a good thing she had been a scientist, she came upon an alternate conclusion in seconds. She yanked open the door and shouted out to Mr. Copycat.
"I think we've got issues with the genes!" she shouted, keeping the door open for the man to come in. She made sure she stepped to the side, as it was possible Mr. Copycat would go flying in.
As far as Aria, she didn't really care what the wolf did. This was more important than Aria's self-absorbed tendencies.

Mr. Copycat stood up. "What do you mean, Ms. Tachi?" he called, dropping Momoko's assumed name. Then he heard Cody coughing, and limped as fast as he could down to his bedroom, walking without his cane, since it would take too long to grab it.
Cody was starting to cough even worse now. "Can't you do something, Ms. Tachi?! This... I don't think this has happened before... not that I've seen..."
It was possible, though, that the real reason Cody had been staying at the facility was because of something they were giving him to not have this happen...

Mr. Copycat was called to the back room, and he went limping out the front room, and out of Aria's sight. The moment he went into the back room, Aria instantly concentrated her hearing to that room even though her posture hadn't changed. Better to learn more about a situation than being in the dark comepletely.

Momoko looked dead serious for a few moments before talking in a flat voice, "I'd need some kind of lab with access to chemicals, and your permission to put his life in danger," she stated.
The thing was, she had been put on the allergy medication research to the exclusion of everything else. But data crossed, her eyes would wander to files she wasn't supposed to read. And her memory meant she never forgot the information. Her brain had allowed her to piece things together, but she wasn't sure about this.
And without the high tech facilities at the headquarters, anything that went wrong wouldn't be easily fixed. If a problem occured, it would probably kill Cody. And she'd need at least half an hour, providing she didn't have to go out for chemicals. As he was right now, Cody would probably pass out and be safe for a while. But without treatment...
It was a case of try or die. But she couldn't do it without Mr. Copycat's permission. If for no other reason, she needed his help getting access to the tools she needed.
If Aria had heard her, which was likely with how focused she was, Momoko's words weren't the safest sounding thing in the world.
(OOC: I'm taking your canon into my own hands here, I'm sorry. Lemme know if anything needs changing)

((OOC: It looks fine.))
Mr. Copycat looked panicked. "Fine, fine, just do whatever you can!"
He sat down next to Cody on the bed. "It'll be alright..." It didn't seem that way, though.
((OOC: Short post. D:))

Chemicals? What Aria was hearing didn't sound like they were just surprised. They, at least according to Mr.Copycat's tone of voice sounded very panicked. Aria didn't move however, and just continued to listen to what was happening.

Momoko's voice was a mixture of concern and annoyance, and it was unclear which was more dominant, "I can't without a lab! Some of the components aren't very stable."
She had been fairly sheltered at the lab. Thinking back, she'd realized there was some hesitance to let her out once her ability with science and her eidetic memory had been discovered. Had they expected her to become defective? She didn't have the allergy, so there was no reason she could come up with as to why. Her stance made it clear she'd head out if she was only given some direction.

"The only two I know are the one at HQ and the one that 'Susan' boy has..." Mr. Copycat said. Cody was still coughing badly when he suddenly passed out.
"Cody? Hey, Cody!" Mr. Copycat lightly shook his son before turning back to Ms. Tachi. "I think he just got worse."

Things seem to be turning for the worse to that boy, but what does it matter to Aria? She does posess healing abilities, but she doubts that it would help according to what she is hearing. She had already finished her sandwich and was now just listening in.

Momoko was clearly worried, it was straining her voice. But she also knew one couldn't panic in situations like this. She'd done a fair amount of research on the more well known worlds. Unfortunately, she'd tended to focus on things of the Japanese varieties, which her preferred form implied.
"The HQs are too dangerous. I can threaten this 'Susan' into cooperation. Do you know where he keeps his lab," which was really an odd question when you thought about it. Mandark's system took quite a bit of power, something the doppelgangers shouldn't have missed. It could probably be chalked up to how exclusively Ms. Tachi had been forced to work on the canary allergy.
What she didn't say, but was thinking, was that with full access to a lab she could also get a dose or two of the prototype allergy medication made. It would take longer, but she had forms that could fly. A fairly common thing in Japanese franchises, after all, even for bipedal entities.

Mr. Copycat nodded. "The Industrial Park. He deals more with the robotics type, or so I've heard, but he should have the necissary materials... hopefully..." That last part was whispered. "We should hurry. I'll carry Cody."
Despite the fact that he knew he couldn't walk well, he was still offering to carry his son. With some effort, he picked up Cody, and got him in a piggyback position.

Well Aria had no idea why she is about to do this, but something in her mind told her to offer her help. After hearing about relocating him something told her to offer some sort of assistance. She tried blocking those thoughts, but something about this particular situation just made her want to help. She growled to herself as she approached the room. She slightly knocked on the door despite it being open. "Hey, can I come in?" Without an answer she walked in the room anyway. Aria had a bad feeling about doing this though, she usually had a sixth sense about these things.
