The baby dragon grinned, giving them a thumbs up. "Sounds great. Man, I can wait to see more of this stuff from you for myself!"
As the two came in, Spike followed behind, passing by the other pegasus. Was it just him, or did she look a little uncomfortable? "Hey, Fluttershy, you don't look so good. Is something wrong?"

Fluttershy didn't seem at all offended by Rainbow's comment. "Um, yes, I am. It feels nice to stretch them once in a while..." She put her wings back down, now that her flustered feelings were put away. At Spike's comment, she took him into an aside. Despite his go-getter attitude, he was a really good confidant, and Fluttershy knew that.
"Spike, I..." Her wings started to creep up again and it took her consciously trying to keep them down to avoid whapping Spike in the face with them. "I think I... have really strong feelings for... R-Rainbow Dash..." She looked away, finding it impossible to maintain eye contact anymore. She let out an involuntary squeak.

Marisa put her arm around Alice, the two of them sharing a memory from a while back in their Gensokyo. The two had been together for a while now, but they both remember very clearly what led to their relationship...
Michael had closed his eyes and was muttering silent prayers in his head 'C'mon, 'Shy... you can do this.' He was broken out of his state when his sensitive ears heard a very faint noise. "Help!" His eyes widened, the only outward clue that anyone would've had that he had heard something. Using his power to whisper to Fluttershy, "There's a candied apple in the fridge still; I'm sure Rainbow will love it.", he walked outside and flew off towards the deeper part of the forest, trying to find the source of the sound.
A few minute previous, back in Equestria, the Wonderbolts were performing for a packed stadium in Cloudsdale. The group went into their final trick of the night, with Soarin' going into a sharp dive, which he would've looped back up out of. ...Unfortunately, fate just so happened to intervene with a portal right in front of him.
His vision, which had previously been filled with clouds and sky, was suddenly filled with thick branches and leaves. "Gah! Ouch! Augh!" His left wing was caught by a particularly large branch and he was certain that he had heard something snap. Soarin' ended up crashing to the ground, hard; he had a rather deep gash in his left side, his left wing was splayed at an odd angle, his right foreleg felt weird from the crash, and, upon pulling back the hood, he felt blood running down the left side of his head. As his vision started to haze over, he desperately called out, "Spitfire?! Somepony! Anypony! HELP!"

Satori heard the thoughts in Michael's head. He heard someone calling for help? It seemed like no one else had heard it, but he certainly did. Shrugging lightly, she figured she wouldn't let him go alone and thus decided to follow. If he looked, he'd see she wasn't exactly trying to hide the fact that she was following him. Then again, she didn't need to. He knew she'd know because she could see through his thoughts. And thus nothing needed to be worried about. Damn mind reading powers.
Meanwhile, back at the house, Rainbow didn't know what to quite do. Meiling looked open, but she wasn't sure how to approach the Chinese-looking youkai. Fluttershy was talking to Spike in private, so it wasn't something she wanted Rainbow to hear. And Patchouli... dear lord Patchouli. She looked so neutral, yet something was bugging Rainbow anyway. Those eyes didn't look natural. While she looked to be as apathetic as ever, there was some kind of envy in there. She recognized it all too well. She'd seen it in Rarity's eyes before and sometimes experienced it.

Spike really didn't understand what the fuss was about and gave her a funny look. "What exactly do you mean 'strong feelings'; good or bad?" he asked, keeping his own voice down as well out of courtesy despite his confusion. "I mean, you, Rainbow, and the girls are really close friends and all, so I know you really care for each other..."
Despite often talking big, Spike was still very young and quite naive. By dragon longevity, he was only a baby. And even by pony or human years, he would still be considered a little kid. At this point, his juvenile mind still want quite grasping the idea of Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy's relationship heading in the direction it appeared to be headed.

Fluttershy heard the thought. A candy apple in the fridge? She smiled. That would be something nice to do for Rainbow Dash. It relaxed her a little. Offering the apple, and when Rainbow took it, she would feel so happy...
She blinked. Oh right, Spike. His youth occurred to her, and she felt a little bad for introducing that kind of topic to him. Oops. Still, once he grasped it he should be able to talk about it. "Well... We are very close friends, of course, and I would never want to change that... But... I think..." She took a moment to gather her words. "With Rainbow Dash, I think I... ... ... even more so." She avoided saying the key words, too embarrassed to say them. She prayed silently that Spike would understand.

Meanwhile, back in the deeper part of the forest, Soarin' had collapsed completely on the ground. His thoughts were '...So...this is it, I guess... I never got to tell Spitfire... how I felt about her...' A tear ran down his cheek.
Michael had noticed Satori flying behind him, but he didn't mind. He was too preoccupied with trying to find the one who he had heard. His eyes, while nowhere near as good as most Youkai's, were still pretty perceptive. As he scanned the forest floor, he saw a shock of dark blue hair. "Huh?" As he flew closer down, he said, "...Oh, shit! Satori!" He had seen Soarin' on the ground. "Read my thoughts, borrow one of Aya's Spellcards; Sarutahiko's Guidance, Illusionary Dominance, whatever! Get back to the house and have them get what medical supplies we have ready!"
Michael flew down and carefully picked Soarin' up. He was also a lot lighter than Michael thought he'd be. '...That's a lot of red... his wing doesn't look good, either. ...I just hope I'm not too late!'
As he started to fly back, he thought, 'Now I'm really glad Satori decided to follow me...'

Satori noticed the pony in Michael's mind. His name was Soarin' of the Wonderbolts. Unfortunately she knew this would have to be treated with the utmost of seriousness. Thus she flew back to the house, using Aya's speed, and opened the door. "Everyone, we need to gather medical supplies right away. Michael is coming back with someone injured. Don't know what got to him, but..."
"Who is it? It'd be better to figure out who it..." Patchouli began.
"Soarin' of the Wonderbolts," Satori replied, getting a gasp out of the rainbow colored pony.
"Soarin's here?! Oh my gosh oh my... wait... injured?"
"Yes... and it looks to be fatal. If we don't hurry, he could very well end up like Michael... without the benefits of immortality."
Rainbow was often considered the bravest of the group. She was the strongest, the one who went to the fight and who would do anything for those she loves. And she still was that same pony, but you'd barely be able to tell it through the tears forming in her eyes at the thought of one of her idols dying. However, that motivated her to pretty much go searching as a rainbow blur through the house. Patchouli could hear things crashing and falling as assuredly there was a panicked pegasus searching fervently for medical supplies that would save Soarin's life.

The young dragon waved his hand in a circular motion as he mulled over Fluttershy's words. Close friends... but even more so? Spike thought her words carefully over; perhaps now he would realize what was happening.
"You mean... like sisters?" Or not.
Before Fluttershy could try to elaborate further, Satori burst in at top speed with news of a gravely injured Wonderbolt in the woods. Rainbow reacted no differently than what Spike would have expected from her, and he was tempted to go help her search for medical supplies, feeling concerned himself.

Fluttershy had taken a breath to go on, but rainbow blurs whizzed past her and Spike, the air pressure actually enough to knock her over. With a light grunt she got herself back up. "Soarin' is hurt...?" No wonder Rainbow Dash was so panicked. As calmly as she could, though, she trotted over to a medicine cabinet, taking out bandages and salves with her mouth, gently setting them on the counter. She closed the cabinet and took them over to Satori. "Here. I think these are what you are looking for... Please make sure he is all right."
Her feelings would have to wait.

Michael was flying as fast as he could back towards the house; the strain was starting to overpower him. Using too much Chi in too short a period of time was dangerous, but he didn't care. He muttered, "I'll be damned if I let any of you guys die on my watch..." He touched down right outside, and staggered in. Michael set Soarin' down on a couch, with his left side facing up. He said, "All... all of his external injuries... that I could see, anyway... are on his left side." Michael took Soarin's goggles off of his head and set them on a table, before going into the kitchen to rest a little.
Marisa had, upon hearing Satori, went into her room, grazing the rainbow blur dashing frantically around, and grabbed a potion out of her cabinet. While most of her potions were mixtures designed to explode or to enchant objects, she did have a few antivenins and the like. Her potion she had grabbed was one that helped restore lost blood and helped one's body heal itself more quickly.
Alice, on the other hand, sent for several dolls to grab some other bandages. Watching Rainbow dashing around, Alice figured out her "pattern" and grabbed her out of it, looking directly into her tearing magenta eyes. Alice said, gently but firmly, "Rainbow, I know this is trying for you, but please calm down, you will not help him by panicking." She sent some dolls to get Soarin' out of his flight suit and said, "Please apply these salves to his wounds; my dolls will bandage him up after that."
Marisa opened Soarin's mouth and poured the bitter mixture down his throat. He coughed weakly at that, prompting the witch to say, "Well... he's alive, at least..." Looking at his oddly-splayed wing, she said, "...That doesn't look good. Like, at all. ...Do we have a proper splint here?" She also winced, looking over the male Pegasus' body. He had several nasty bruises higher up, by his ribs.

Patchouli began to examine Soarin's body and nodded. "From what I can make out, he appears to have been wounded by the trees. A portal probably took him out of some high speed flight and sent him into the forest. The resulting collisions with the foliage might be what caused his injuries. Still, we've seen worse things happen in the show... perhaps the rules of reality are starting to intermingle with the chaotic nature of this place."
"Is there anything you can do for him?" Rainbow asked, sniffling lightly. She was deathly worried. Could you blame her for being upset? Alice did have the right idea in stopping her panicked state though.
"Trust me, Rainbow." Meiling put her hand on the Pegasus' "shoulder" and smiled. "He won't die on my watch. We need to fix his wing, though. I can't focus my new trick on that until it gets popped back into place." With that, Meiling went over to Soarin's body and placed her hands over the pegasus' body. "I'm kinda thankful for that stupid labyrinth now. I never would have felt the need to learn this otherwise." Her chi began to flow from her body through Soarin's, helping to regenerate him and fix up his wounds.

Spike walked cautiously over to the lying pegasus and shivered. Soarin' appeared to be bleeding terribly and was bent badly out of shape. "Man... My landing was nothing compared to this..." he mused anxiously.

Fluttershy slowly approached the scene, setting the bandages and salves down. She stood beside Rainbow, who she could tell was absolutely wracked with fear. She stepped up close to her, lifting her right wing and draping it around Rainbow's back, letting their bodies rub softly.
"Rainbow... I'm sure he'll be okay. I know it looks bad, but I'm sure he'll pull through." She smiled, hoping Rainbow Dash felt it and picked up on the relief feeling. "He's a Wonderbolt! He wouldn't be one unless he was a fast, tough flyer, right? Give him a little credit."
She let her wing stroke across Rainbow Dash's back. "It'll be okay," she assured one last time.

From his position in the kitchen, Michael smiled to himself. 'I'm certain that will work out. ...Haah... I feel a bit better now. We really don't have much in the way of medical supplies... I should probably head to the City and get more. ...Maybe in a little bit.'
Alice took a cloth and, after wetting it, wiped away the blood from the gash on Soarin's side and his head. Then, Marisa applied a salve; it smelled of mint and other herbs. Alice then bandaged him up.
Soarin' started to stir a bit. His eyes opened partly and he muttered groggily, "...Huh?"
Marisa said, "Oh, good; you're awake... that means we can do this now..." Running her fingers over his left wing, she said "...I'm no expert on this sort of thing, but it only seems fractured at worst... just need to pop it back in place. Alice?"
Alice nodded; she had her dolls grab a rubber piece from her workshop and, opening Soarin's mouth, said, "Bite down on this, please." Though Soarin' had no idea what she was going to do, he did so. "Thank you. This will, hopefully, only hurt for a little bit."
Alice nodded at Marisa; wincing slightly, Marisa popped Soarin's wing back into its proper place.
...Soarin' was only half-aware of his surroundings... until that moment. At that time, his world exploded to full awareness. Through the mouthpiece, he screamed a muffled scream "GYAAAAAH!" He shot bolt upright for a few moments, then collapsed on the couch, awake but slightly stunned.
After a few minutes, he rose slightly, saying to the non-equines present (As he hadn't noticed Rainbow or Fluttershy), "W-who are you?! Where am I?!" His stomach growled, having not eaten much before his show prior to entering the Island (and Marisa's potion speeding his body's healing up). He blushed slightly and then added, "And... do you have anything to eat? I'm kinda hungry..."
Michael chuckled from the kitchen and said, "Here." He tossed Soarin' an apple from the bowl there. ...The apple didn't stand a chance; Soarin' practically inhaled it whole. ...He then winced, having aggravated his sore side in his food-induced fervor; he then lay back down on the couch, looking around a little.
