The seven kids of the Westley school's music program had seen some serious shit in the past, including the devil himself. This would not prepare them for the rift opening under their feet as they readied for Halloween, sucking them from their world, and spitting them out into a new and unfamiliar land.
They all fell different ways, separated as the void seemed to attract different types into different portals.
Kim and Kam fell together, screaming until they landed in the middle of an unfamiliar forest, the moon shining brightly through the trees.

Li'l D also fell into the same forest, though close to the clearing, the constellations visible in the night sky.

They barely had the time to wonder just what happened when a thick black fog came rolling in, entering their bodies...

Kim felt a strange tingly sensation ripple through her body, staring in shock as her arms vanished from sight.
Kam experienced a searing pain under the half-mask he wore as part of his costume, his sister's makeup job turning into an actual, horrible injury.

Li'l D clenched his chest, feeling ill as he felt his heart stop, the feeling of the fake teeth merge with his real ones, his body growing cold.
--
The three fell to the ground, but got up not too long after.
Two knew something was wrong.
"K-Kim?! Where are you?!"
"I'm right here cheesemunch! What happened to your face?!"
--
"A'ight, what we got here?"
And one had awakened as a new entity.

A haunting melody seemed to fill the air as it's producer stayed out of the sight of the three.

"H-Hey! Maybe Madison's here! That sounds like a violin!" said the newly-invisible woman to her twin, who shook his head. "Why not?"
"Madison didn't have her fiddle on her when we fell..." Kam responded. He paused. "W-Well, at least I don't think she did..."
"Since when were you always right bro? C'mon, we gotta find some clues, and maybe our friends if they're close..."
"W-Wait up Kim!"
The mini-phantom trailed after the walking pile of clothes and bandages. It would have been a very bizarre sight had the pair been out in the open.

It's close to midnight and something evil's lurking
In the dark,
The newly-risen "Count Li'l D" chose to ignore the fiddle for now. First, he needed to get to a town, to find a place to hide when the wretched sunlight came in...
Under the moonlight you see a sight that almost stops
Your heart
"Cool costume, mister- ah!"
One child, who had strayed too far from the city, took just one look to Li'l D before she ran. He didn't care. There would be more where that came from.
"So... where am I?!"

The song seemed to continue after a few beats of rest. The player seemed to be of a pale complexion and vibrant auburn hair in a well tailored dark suit. The instrument in his hands looked to be of burnt wood with a skeletal grin as a miniature scythe in his hands played the strings.

....... There appeared to be... Humming accompanying the song. A voice pure and passionate. Almost innocent sounding... Somewhere in the shadows of the woods, it was clear some kind of humanoid shape was dancing along to the music, deeply enjoying the riffs from the instrument, almost hypnotized by it...
Still, as the children drew closer, they either would, or would not become aware at the very much GROWING numbers and frequency of spider webs. Thousands of spiders were making their way about in their home seemingly minding their own business...

"Whoa."
Kam was aware of the invisible woman grabbing his write, both coming to an abrupt stop. Why did the duo make this stop you may ask?
"I don't like spiders Kam... And it looks like they're multiplying that way too."
"Sure looks like it."
Kam was then aware of a sudden burst of pressure on his shoulders as several of the little beasts crawled right by the twins. Removing Kim's hands from his shoulders, the mini-phantom noticed something... Something that belonged to a friend.
"I recognize that boot. C'mon, this way!"
The mini-ohantom and, reluctantly, the invisible woman ran the same way the spiders had gone, following the cute left behind of a very familiar brown boot...

The sounds of screaming mixed with ripping clothing in a bush created a discordant noise. The spiders had a curious interest in the bush.

And no one's gonna save you from the beast about to strike
A clawed hand, growing dark auburn fur, lashed out from the bush, scattering several of the spiders. The screams grew quieter... and were replaced by growling...

You're fighting for your life inside a killer, thriller tonight
A howl pierced the air. It was oddly human at first, but became truly bestial near the end...

As the children followed the spiders with the boot deeper into the forest, they suddenly noted that... Well, every step seemed to be getting stickier and stickier then the next, almost like they were walking through some kind of glue...
[THE REVEAL IS NEXT TURN I SWEAR. For now, Kim and Kam have walked into a webbing floor and get more and more entangled in it with each step.]

"Ugh!" Came a voice from next to Kam.
"What is it now?" the mini-phantom asked somewhat irritably, pulling his leg out from a mass of webs.
"I just bought these new shoes, and now they're getting covered in spiderwebs!"
"... Really?"
"These shoes were supposed to be in style this season!"
You hear the door slam and realize there's nowhere
Left to run
"We're in the middle of the woods, trapped in our own costumes, and that's what you're concerned about?!"
...
The twins looked down, noticing that...
"Hey, Kam, is it me, or are these webs getting thicker and stickier the further we go?"
You feel the cold hand and wonder if you'll ever see
The sun
"It's not just you..."
True, the deeper the twins went, the more effort it seemed to take to move...
You close your eyes and hope that this is just
Imagination
"Look, Kam, that boot could have belonged to anyone, there's no guarantee that it's- ... Okay, fine, you win, just stop giving me that look!"
"C'mon, this isn't gonna get any easier!"
Unbeknownst to the twins, the owner of that boot was nearby...
But all the while you hear the creature creepin' up behind
He just wasn't really himself anymore.
The wolfman formerly known as Philly Phil did admit that the two tender morsels in front of him did look vaguely familiar though...

Cuz this is thriller~! Thriller night!
Out of the shadows dancing to the jazzy tune that seemed to be playing in the background. The mutated kids were likely surprised to find the being was a female in form, pale grey skin swaying like a belly dancer, face covered partially by a veil, wearing something resembling a top with a webbing design with long purple hair decorated with a pink bow... The most notable portions of the creature however started with it's mandible hands clacking in rhythm to the song, along with her bottom half...
"There ain't no second chance against the thing with 40 eyes girl~.
Thriller~..!
Thriller night~...!"
The girl's bottom half was where things got interesting... The bottom half was a massive spider bottom all eight legs swaying in motion to the song as the creature danced almost majestically into the scene, smiling as it did.
"You're fighting for your life inside a killer!
Thriller
tonight!!"
The Spider centaur proceeded to grin as she shot out webbing at the children, intent on wrapping them up nice and tight so they don't go anywhere.
"Night creatures calling the dead start to walk in their Masquerade~..."
She dances over to the children, grinning at them, giving them an evil eye that was very much Carnivorous.
"There's no escaping the jaws of the alien this time~...
THIS IS THE END OF YOU'RE LIIIIIIIIIIFE~!"
Her vampiric teeth were in full display as she sung and danced along mystically, almost like a siren, both having fun and teasing her food.

"K-Kim...?" Kam managed to chip out, frozen to the spot, both from the fear and the webbing.
"Y-Yeah bro...?" came Kim's voice to the right of the mini-phantom, secretly glad to be invisible at the moment.
"I don't think we're gonna make it..."
"Don't s-s-say that! We're gonna make it out! We always do..." her voice trailed off.
They will possess you unless you change the number on

For a moment, the fog went into the nostrils of the twins, only to be quickly expelled with a synchronized sneeze. They weren't gonna let this fog get to them...
Even if the spider creature in front of them was...
Now is the time for you and I to cuddle close

Kim and Kam held hands, preparing to try and make a break for it if they could find the opening...
All through the night I'll save you from the terrors on
The screen
I'll make you see
A bloodcurdling howl burst through the night as a reddish-brown figure lunged through the opening at the spider creature. Philly Phil had found better prey than the two meatbags he saw before.

The Spider Queen was momentarily caught by surprise with the sudden intruder, wide-eyed and unsure of the scruffy were-wolf before her-. At least until the Vampire freed himself from her webs and started playing another hypnotic melody on his violin. The wolf watched as the spider became entranced in the music, all 8 legs agilely moving about naturally flowing to the music, dancing freely and gleefully... Before he could be too confused by the dancing, a spat out webbing shot at his face prompting him to dodge-
ONLY FOR A SPIDER LEG TO NAIL HIM UPSIDE THE SNOUT.
"This is what you get for thinking you can interrupt OUR meal, puppy~." Leaving the wolf to stumble about a bit from the surprisingly tough kick, the girl turned back to her meal-
Only to find them gone.
.......
".............. -_-....... WHY THOSE LITTLE..!!"

A small distance away, the twins were busy running for their lives. Leading the way was a man in red armor with brown hair. "Quick!! This way!"

... That is what the wolf's brain managed to concieve, bringing a paw-like hand to his snout, whimpering slightly in pain. He growled, glaring at the delicious spider demon in front of him before turning his gaze to the vampire next to her...
It growled again and lunged at the vampire this time, fangs dripping with saliva and claws fully extended.

The twins ran behind the red-clad man for dear life. Or more rather, the floating pile of clothes and sunglasses dragged the phantom along behind her.
"Thanks for getting us outta there! What's your name?" Kim asked, ignoring Kam's occasional "ow" behind her.
