"I DIDN'T MEAN TO!! I THOUGHT MY POWERS WERE STILL TURNED OFF!!!" Undyne shouted back at Papyrus.
As that was happening Erin let out a groan at Forsaken's theory. "Yeaaaah... The little troll did that to me too, Papyrus as well... Would've probably had my head on a pike if Pieter hadn't shown up and saved our hides... Though these two DEFINITELY did a lot in saving the day until he arrived~." she nudges Undyne in the shoulder with a fist. "You two deserve quite a lot of credi-"
That was about when Forsaken came clean about the video.

".... OH SNAP."
.... ALEX LOOKED FURIOUS AS HE STOOD UP. ".... REALLY BETH. REALLY. DO YOU EVEN REALIZE HOW MUCH TROUBLE ME AND YANG COULD GET IN IF SOMEONE EVER FOUND OUT THAT WE WERE THE TWO MONSTERS IN THE VIDEO. DO YOU EVEN HAVE THE SLIGHTEST IDEA. THE REPAIR COSTS ON THE CITY WOULD DECIMATE MY BOONDOLLAR CACHE IN AN INSTANT AND I WOULD BE COMPLETELY INCAPABLE OF PAYING FOR THIS PLACE..!!"

Forsaken's fearful look turned to a glare. "I SAID I OWNED THE ACCOUNT!! I JUST LEARNED IT WAS POSTED ON THE FLIGHT OVER HERE. AND NO I DIDN'T FILM THE DAMN THING. I WAS CLEAR ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FREAKING ISLAND BEING THE SOLE OBJECT IN A DRAGON'S HOARD!!!" She quickly returned back to her angered brother.
A breath was taken. "I'll remove it after this get together is over. One of my hedrons must be on auto-post or something..." she offered in a calmer tone.
Yang nodded. "That seems fair."
Todd just quietly sat back and stayed out of the argument.

And then looked at Forsaken. "WHAT'S A HEDRON?" he asked.

"LET'S JUST HOPE NOT TOO MANY PEOPLE SAW IT........." Alex muttered under his breath as he facepalmed simply... "Honestly though, who sets a sentry camera to AUTOPOST? That sounds like that just causes MORE problems then it actually solves...." It was clear the thief was deciding to move past it now that everything was solved... Still.....
That only solved one of the many problems now prevalent.
There was still the matter of someone having seen the video and, maybe, one day, linking it to him and Yang... That problem was far away though... HOPEFULLY.
Then there was the source of the Fog... He still believed there was a number of things he needed to do to properly prepare for it. Finding the Witch Princess Tabitha would still be an important step in the process he felt. And even more then that... His curious and slightly worrying ability to cancel out all attacks aimed at him.... That part would be difficult to plan around...
And.... That didn't even go into the biggest issue... Or at least the biggest issue for him...
He turned to look at Yang, expression awkward and unsure. A lot of things ended up happening during the fog...
Where did they even begin sorting through it all-?
"Well, that's just what happens I guess big guy..." Erin stated simply "Though... Now that all of this has finally been solved.... It occurs to me I only just arrived on this island two days ago... And during the fog too..." Alex turned to her, expression curious. "It's the same story with you and Papyrus isn't it Undyne-?"
"Well... YEAH, but... We aren't planning to stay here OBVIOUSLY. We have to get back home. I know Alphys is likely worried sick about me." Undyne started, letting out a sigh and crossing her arms. "And that's not even counting Frisk, the poor kid, and the others..."
"I uh... Hate to burst your bubble Undyne... But leaving here might be difficult." Alex stated, hands on his temples.
............. Undyne's expression was wide-eyed, with a confused smile on her face. "..... wut."

Todd nodded. "That sadly is true. Yang's been trying to go home for the past year and a half. You can't leave unless you Iopen a portal or pray to whatever deity you follow for a way home," the silent member of the party offered.
"I mostly want to see my team and family again...." the blonde brawler offered weakly.

"Well... That's the way it is, unfortunately..." Alex said with an air of finality. "Dimensional Island is a bit like a sinkhole in that way. Once you've been sucked in, it's really hard getting back out again."
Undyne meanwhile had finally broke free of her frozen state, and the following shout echoed throughout the house. "W-WHAT-?!?!?"
"A-ARE YOU BEING-...." She stomps her foot as she gets up, looking absolutely outraged. "COMPLETELY SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!?!? NO! I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THAT!" The energetic warrior then jumped back-
Papyrus was momentarily caught by surprise when the couch he was sitting on was suddenly PICKED UP CLEAN OFF THE GROUND. THE LIFTER CONTINUED HER OVERYLY EXAGGERATED RAGE ALL THE WHILE. "WE ONLY JUST GOT BACK TO THE FREAKING SURFACE AFTER SPENDING YEARS UNDERGROUND!! I AM NOT GOING TO JUST ACCEPT THAT WE MOVED TO SUCH A GREAT PLACE ONLY TO FIND WE'VE BEEN MOVED HERE FORCIBLY!! IT'S ASININE!!!! YOU SAY THERE'S NO WAY BACK??? NO!! I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THAT!!! WE WILL FIND A WAY BACK, WE'LL-!!!!"
"Undyne." (The music stops with a record scratch)
She looks to Erin whom had spoken up. "I know it's frustrating, really. But look, you've got nothing to worry about. If it IS possible for you to get back home, we'll help you find it. No worries.... Now uh... Could you please put the couch down?"
"Y-YEAH!! That couch was there when me and Lizzie moved in!! I don't know how expensive it is, but I'm in no hurry to buy a replacement and find out!!!"

Undyne puts down the couch and slouches over the back edge, her chin placed where she had been sitting earlier.
"This is COMPLETE BULLSHIT........"

Todd and Forsaken both moved away from Undyne.
"Hey. Technically you're on the Surface still. Just a different one from your intended but you're still free to do as you wish with in reason. Heck. I wouldn't mind being your sparring partner some time, Undyne," Yang offered after the couch she had been seated on with Papyrus was lifted and set back down.

Papyrus was a very sweaty skeleton the whole time the couch was lifted up. When it came back down, his eyes were bulging. After a few deep breaths, he finally looked at Yang.
"JUST... BE CAREFUL ABOUT FIGHTING MONSTERS. WE'RE KIND OF FRAGILE," he informed her. "THEN AGAIN... UNDYNE IS PRETTY POWERFUL... EH, MAYBE I'M BEING PARANOID!"

"The fragile thing is very right...." Undyne grumbled... "It did not take too many hits to put me down when I took on Erin in that dark form of hers-"
Yes, Alex remembered hearing that tale. These two were definitely fairly impressive for lasting as long as they had against a power of that magnitude... However, at that point in time, the monster's fragility came to mind for him as well... "Actually, that's an interesting topic to bring up in light of recent events." Undyne and Papyrus looked at him strangely. "You say you're fragile and yet you lasted an extended period of time against Erin in her grimdark form... Remember that in my OWN grim Dark form, I was able to level several city blocks." .............. The realization dawns on Undyne. "If you WERE fragile before.... That seems to be becoming less and less apparent... At least... I think so."
.......... Undyne looked herself over, pushing herself back over the back side of the couch and touching her muscles....
..... Maybe it was just her imagination... But they did feel slightly more solid then they were before... ".... Hmmmmm....." She grinned a little bit. "If this is true.... Maybe I could grow ta like it here~."

Yang gave a slightly guilty look. "I was part of the wrecking crew hijinx.... so half that damage was mine...." she admitted.

Erin laughed at the two monsters as they checked themselves over. Though it certainly looked like Alex's words had caught their attention... Undyne had lasted much longer against her then she had any previously believed capability to... Did that... MEAN they were growing stronger? "We'll have to keep an eye on that over the next few days, see what happens." Still, it seemed fairly promising. A fair fight against Undyne that didn't lead to her dying immediately sounded like quite the fun prospect. "Still... If they are then... What does that mean? What's changed?"
Alex considered this. "I'm not sure.... I may have to do some reading on the island itself when I find the time... I know there's a Library at the mall that I can reference from." That made sense. Good thing the Thief of Void was keeping his head in this situation. "In the meantime, Undyne, Papyrus. Maybe you can help us keep track of this as well. Maybe have some sparring matches and note if anything seems to be gradually changing over time."
