While things around the mall aren't exactly what a normal world would call normal, the scene everyone witnesses is rather unusual. Exiting the library is a curious trio of newly-made friends - a blonde girl dressed for adventure, a happy white pony who couldn't be wearing less if she tried, and a anthropomorphic pony that seems to be a mix of the other two, looking around and clutching her bag to her chest, extremely uncertain about leaving what had been familiar territory.
This last one looks to the other blonde girl, biting her lip a little. "S-so... where did you want to start, again?"
"Yeah!" The tiny pony bounces around her legs, beaming up at the tallest amongst them. "I want to know, too!"

Yang smiled to the pair. "I figured we could start with the mall and lunch. I'll buy," she offered as her teammate had retreated into a part of library that Yang dared not to go.

Sweetie gently pokes her hand with her muzzle as they walk. "Hey, where did she go? Your friend?" She tilts her head to the side, looking adorably confused. "She said something about ninjas, too..."

"She was seeing if the library had any new books for a series she had collected at home.... They're not exactly appropriate for a filly like you, Sweetie," Yang answered honestly as she petted Sweetie's muzzle. "Though I would recommend the Soul Bound series."

"Soul Bound series?" She tilts her head to one side. "What's that?"
"I think it might be the series about the man with two souls." Skye's eye twitches slightly. "Or... four souls, if that one book really was its sequel..."

"Actually the sequel is not A Man with Four Souls, it's Duality's Pressence and pretty much picks up where the first leaves off. Both are by the same author if anything," she offered.

About at that moment, the group found themselves passing by the local gaming outlet, sounds echoing out from within where a number of kids and adults were busily taking in everything available from all of the popular brands and companies currently in the craft.
As Yang passed it however, she felt a familiar sensation of both emptiness and presence. And when she looked in the shop, she found Alex looking over a number of the displays in the back of the shop. It looked like he was checking out a display for a new system and a number of new games both currently out and soon to be out.
The thief reaches up to take a display box, hovering to gain extra height, and started looking it over.

Skye stops when Yang does, an eyebrow raised. "What's up? Did something in the store catch your eye?"
"Oh! I bet it was that new Legend of Zelda game!" Sweetie giggles brightly, trying to hide it behind a hoof like she saw her sister do once. "I heard it's really good!"

Yang chuckled. "Actually my boyfriend is in there. You girls up for meeting him?" she offered as she smiled softly. "I've only gotten through Majora's Mask... And that took most of my patience..."
The blonde brawler smiled as she headed into the game shop. "All work and no play makes for a very long and boring day," she added.

As Yang walked into the store, Alex put the first display box down and started checking out another one... After a second, he pulled out his phone, apparently deciding to look up the title on the internet for some sort of review or second opinion on the title.
A gamer through and through. He may have been a god tier, and a powerful being at that, but he had gotten his title by being a gamer, by starting a game and surviving it up until this point in his life. He wasn't expecting another life changing experience, but for all of the trauma, he still loved gaming, it was a part of him. And one could tell by seeing him going through each display, often looking up the games in question on his phone when curious...
As Yang drew closer, she saw that he was taking a look at the ratings for Super Bomberman R on his phone, holding the display box in the other hand.

Sweetie immediately bounces over to him, standing on her hindlegs as she strains to look at the box. "What is that? Is it good? As good as the Special Edition of Skyrim?"
The pony girl blinks, stunned for a second before she slowly turns to Yang, an eyebrow twitching. "...they actually have that here, too?"

The young man's head shot upwards seemingly surprised at being addressed. He had been so wrapped up in looking over the numerous titles available that he had been putting aside any chatter he heard, believing it to not be directed at him anyway... But now that he heard his name?
He turned around and Yang likely momentarily giggled at his wide-eyed expression of surprise... Which vanished into an expression of giddy glee upon seeing who had addressed him. "Oh hey~! Yang!" He pulled the girl into a hug then picked her up giving her a small spin before setting her back down, kissing her on the lips tenderly. "So here you are~! I'd wondered where you went off too today~."
He smiled simply, turning back around to put the Display box back where he found it. He also pocketed his cell-phone. "So you went to the mall huh? Nice to see you here~. I was plotting out my next purchase you see."
He then took notice of the people with her, not really batting an eye at Sweetie (Though smiling at her cuteness), though seeming a bit thrown off upon seeing Skylar... Perhaps because of the sheer contrast of seeing an MLP pony and a humanoid pony so close to each other... Well at the very least he shook it off fairly quickly.
"Who's your friends~? And where's Blake?"

The tiniest pony there jumps up onto a display to try and get closer to eye level. "I'm Sweetie Belle, and this is Skylar Ryan." She looks up, tapping her chin with a hoof. "And Miss Yang said that Miss Blake was looking for books about ninjas that aren't appropriate?"
Skye looks at the filly, frowning a bit. "How come I don't get an honorific?"

"Miss Skylar here just arrived while I was studying in the Library. Let's just say the rest of the team wanted me to catch up on missed lessons," Yang answered with a smile. "Sweetie and Skylar, meet the only man that can go toe to toe with and keep up with me." Yang seemed proud with this fact.
