"It's better then being used by this monkey, now hurry up and get bought before Leon sets the monkey straight," Masahiro barked at Eddy.
"Mojo... Were you not going to use those dogs as part of your plan... and yet you're going to sell them... Isn't that contradictory to your intentions?" Leon asked, trying to get some sense into the villains head."

Wally was more then willing to accept the sudden friendliness of the dogs. "AWWW!!!" He was grinning ear to ear at their behavior, before he picked them up as well, almost unrealistically holding every last one of them. "Thanks mate, that's mighty gracious of ya!" He reached into his pocket before pulling out yet another bag of gold and dropping it to the ground. "There! Somethin' for your trouble."
Before anyone, including Leon, could give his generosity second thought, Wally was trotting down the road, all of his new dogs in tow; apparently he had the same thoughts on mind as Felix, which was saying something considering this boy acted like he hadn't a brain at all. "Man, talk about a deal! 20,000 yen for five cute little dogs! That's cheap! I KNEW it would be smart to wait till I browsed around before buying anything! Cheaper deals are worth looking for!" He turned his gaze to Dog Double D, and gave him a wide serene smile. "Always wanted my own dog back when I was a monk at the Temple, too bad I could never get one."
Double D could've sworn a sad frown passed Wally's face at the mention of the word 'temple', but it went away quickly, as the boy smiled widely once more. "Just wait'll Otto see's you! I defy that guy to smile when he he does!"

Leon uttered those words of common sense just as the bag of money plopped in Mojo's hands. The monkey stared at the bag, then at the youth walking away with his dogs, then back at the bag.
"...on the contrary..." he began, grinning with his known maliciousness. "...he just saved me the trouble of keeping them in line. Now I can BUY a simple power generator with the cash he gave me, which I will use to buy the power generator, which I will use in my new laboratory, which I will build with all the parts my minions have brought me, which I will then use to TAKE OVER THIS PATHETIC LITTLE ISLAND!!!"
Back in his groove, Mojo cackled most delightfully. He certainly knew how to adapt to a situation.
Meanwhile, Double D ventured a smile of his own to Wally as they all trotted beside their new owner. He cast a glance back at Mojo breifly. "...seems that statue has a limited range of control. The farther away we get from it, the easier it is to move, is it not?"
"Guess so," Eddy shrugged. "So what's the plan now?"
"We'll discuss it later once we've settled in wherever this young man is staying." He glanced up at Wally, unknowing that he was wagging his own tail. "We're safe in this one's hands for now."
"I hope his beds are comfy..." Ed yawned, stretching a bit in a stride of his walk.
(don't worry, we'll return to Mojo at some point. We'll need to break the Anubis Dog head curse, after all! Do we want to move to a new location, wherever Wally's going?)

(OOC: Nah. Let's keep this thread going. Wally's heading to an abandoned Inn in the Industrial Park, where he and Otto have currently set up shop. Let's just put in that. Also, just so Wally's transformation is assured you might really like what I put in as this goes on, for now, don't play Mojo for a bit, I have a little surprise.)
The group kept on walking, as Wally took turned another corner, and walked down the street, his new posse of puppies following beside and close behind him. He was smiling up a storm at the anxiousness of the pups, before he turned to what appeared to be a run down, ramshackle inn that probably hadn't seen business in an EXTREMELY long while. Wally opened the door, and motioned in, "Inside! Inside you little rascals!" He said with a babyish and playful tone.
Once the dogs were inside, they soon saw the brooding figure of Otto Shinryu, sitting on a mat in the middle of the room, meditating. He was so deep in his trance he did not notice Wally's presence.
The rest of the room carried what appeared to be furniture that was quite old, though they looked like they had been fixed up very recently. Wally closed the door behind the dogs and approached Otto, the dogs watching curiously.
"Hey Otto-mate! Back!"
Otto opened his eyes, revealing intimidating crimson red eyes. "Yes hello Wally." He barely greeted Wally, before his eyes rounded on Wally's new pets. "What are they doing here?"
"Ah, they're just some cute little dogs I bought." He answered with a wide grin. "Cheepest darn deal I'd ever seen." He turned back to the dogs, and smiling widely motioned around. "Go on you cute little dogs, you! You make yourselves at home!"

(gotcha! ^_^ That makes things a lot easier and convenient XD)
Ed complied right away, finding a slightly moldy carpet and rolling around on it happily before collapsing into an instant snore.
".....Right," Eddy sweatdropped at Ed's antics, then yawned himself. "Dangit... actually, sleep doesn't sound so bad at this point."
Double D nodded, catching the contagious yawn. "Yes... let's rest here for now. Knowing Mojo, it'll be some time before his oh-so-devilish plan will kick into gear." Stretching, he curled up next to Felix, nuzzling him with his wet nose. "Is that alright?"

[WARNING! This could be a tad bit long.]
Wally couldn't help but smile at Double D and Felix, before turning to Otto, who was giving him a stern glare. "Aw let em stay Otto, they're the sweetest little things I've ever seen. I'm sure Rachel would love to have them around."
Otto shook his head, "That wasn't what I was going to say." ("Though it is High-up in my list..." He thought aside.) He crossed his arms at Wally, giving him a curious look. "What in Madeen's name are you doing on this world, Wally?" A frown crossed his features. "I thought I told you to wait at Arcadia Valley till I returned."
The once-been monk simply waved him off. "Oh pish posh! Details, details. Who needs em, I say." He smiled widely. "You know I'd never leave you to go to some unknown land on your own." Scratching the back of his head, he went on. "We've been partners since the good old days of monk hood. Side's I've been bored since old King Cole's dethronin'. Figured a new world was what I needed to finally get back into the action!"
Otto shook his head pitiably. "Same old Wally..." This was immediately followed by a dark glare. "But what about looking out for Kijin Kain and his army? You know that they'd want nothing better then to tear the Valley apart. Not only that, but we're both peacekeepers there. With both of us gone, who's gonna pick up the slack?"
Wally shrugged indifferently, "No worries, mate! I have Scribe and Sarah-Lee keeping a look out. Should something go wrong, they'll find a way to get in contact with us. Scribe's a smart kid after all."
Otto nodded, pleased with Wally's choice, "Yes indeed he is."
Wally couldn't help but snicker. "Not only that, but it'll give those two the perfect amount of time to uh... Get to KNOW each other." He couldn't help but break down laughing, much to Otto's chagrin.
[Now that we have THAT randomness out of the way, time to get down to business.]
The conversation had not went unnoticed by the dogs in the house, as Wally suddenly stopped laughing. "But seriously mate, what was so important that you had to leave for this world and not tell anybody? You even kept it from your sensei 'Old Man Kahn', and that's not like you."
Otto turned his head away. "It's classified."
"Who says?"
"I SAYS!" Otto groaned, before turning back to Wally. "Look I'm sorry Wally, but what I'm talking about must be kept under the strictest confidence. People here already know about the problem, but nobody in Arcadia Valley does, and I think it's better that way."
"If it's so secret then tell me! I can keep a secret!" Wally said with a frown.
"So say's one of the biggest gossips in the Valley." Otto retorted. "You're a good friend Wally, but you can be a little too... loose with those lips at times."
Wally looked hurt, but knew this was true; he HAD, one time, let slip Otto was having secret meetings with Cyntelia, the princess of Arcadia Valley, back when she was available and not the queen. The two are great friends these days, but it never went beyond that. Nor would it ever. Wally frowned. "Yeah... Your right..." After a second of a sad frown, Wally gave him a small smile, "But come on, mate... That's water under the bridge right?"
Otto gave him a small look, which was borderline annoyed and angry. However, after a moment, he couldn't help but smile helplessly; truely truely Wally was the most stubborn guy he had ever met, but he would trust the boy with his life. "Fine... I'll tell you..."
Wally smiled widely, but it was quickly extinguished when Otto lifted an index finger quickly, "BUT, only on two conditions." Wally nodded, figuring as such. "One; you DON'T... TELL... ANYONE at the valley about what I'm about to say... And I MEAN IT, this time."
Wally held up a thumb in a thumbs up. "Got it!"
"And secondly..." Wally listened humorously, as Otto pointed to the dogs. Somehow, he KNEW that it would come to the canines he had bought. "Where the heck did you buy those dogs?"
Mischievousness was apparent on Wally's face, as he quickly recounted his earlier excursion with the strange monkey man Mojo Jojo, and the masterfully played trick he had pulled. Otto listened to the explanation and barely spoke a word, as he went on and on emphasizing every moment, as best he could... And trying not to burst out laughing all the while.
"And here I thought MY meetings were strange..." Otto muttered with the explanation complete, a small mischievous smirk, equal to Wally's on his face.
Wally chuckled humorously. "Yeah, from what you told me, you've definately had a rough time."
However, something else caught Otto's attention. "Hey hold up." With a curious face being the response he continued. "But how did you pay for the dogs?"
Grinning ear to ear, The boy of Chestnut hair, pulled out yet ANOTHER bag of gold. "With Yen of course! You shoulda seen his face light up when he saw what was in the bag."
To say this startled Otto would be an understatement. "You do realize that that money, while here on Dimensional Island is-" And it clicked with the boy just what was so funny about this little excursion. "Oh ULTIMA!" He was grinning so widely now, (Though his eyes were still slanted down as if angry) one would think he would burst out laughing. "Did he deserve it, at least?"
Wally was also trying to keep from laughing loudly, and failing immensely. "Dude was a bad guy from what I could tell. I mean, he even had an 'Evil laugh'-" He finally lost it and fell to the floor. "How corny is that?!? I mean, I would've loved to see the look on his face when he finds out that money is completely WORTHLESS here!!"
[XD SURPRISE!!!!
But of course, if you read mrsaturn123's 'Pirate Attack' RP, you would've figured this out sooner. Plus, if Wally's so loaded, how come they don't have a nicer place? It certainly would strike a few as odd. I hope you enjoyed you guys enjoyed this, cause I put a lot of time and effort into it.]

Masahiro, the dog, was laughing with him. He, too, had forgotten how little the conversion rate between actual money and yen was. Felix sweatdropped at Masahiro's stupidity; dogs weren't supposed to be able to laugh... or understand laughing noises at that.

(Niiiiiiiiiiiice. XD That's gonna be fun. Good lead-in to bring Mojo back too. Not right away, though, don't worry But yes, well-written indeed. ^^)
"YES! Awesome!!" Eddy would've cackled if he could.
"Didn't seem as funny when Rolf and Jimmy did the same thing to you," Double D muttered, to which Eddy gave him a deadpan look.
"Well, yeah... but it's funnier when it happens to someone else."
Double D sighed. "Of course, my mistake."

(OOC: Aw, thanks guys, you're too kind! However, things will get a bit serious in this next post.]
After a few minutes or so of laughing up a storm at the mischievousness played on their newly made, unsuspecting, enemy, Wally finally calmed himself down, and started catching his breath. "PHEW!! Man that was priceless!" Otto also calmed down a little, though a small smirk was taking up his features.
However, it disappeared the second the next words came out of Wally's mouth. "Okay, mate... I'll hold up my end of the bargain, so tell me yours..." He gave the black haired boy a look of clear patience. "Why did you leave Arcadia Valley without tellin' anybody?"
Otto lowered his head, looked like the moment had come. "Okay, but you have to SWEAR, you won't tell anyone, got it?" Wally nodded in understanding, before Otto continued. "What do you know about the Nest Jewel Shards?"
If there were any of the dogs that hadn't been paying attention to the conversation before... Well, that DEFINATELY caught their attention.
"The Nest Jewel Shards?" Wally asked, confused. He thought about this a moment, really thinking back to everything he had experienced in his short time on Dimensional Island. "Yeah, I think I've heard of em'. Though the details are a tad bit sketchy... Some say they're able to control these strange creatures called Dark Insects, while some say these jewels are those creatures very Life Force. It isn't clear which story is true though, and I've always thought it was just some bed-time story meant to scare kids to sleep." Wally suddenly looked at Otto, realization dawning. "You mean-"
"Yes, those insects are very real, Wally." He pointed to the window, to emphasize 'Out there'. "I saw them, and they're so dangerous they could give the Zinterou's back on our world a run for their money."
Wally grinned, "If Kijin Kain overheard you saying that-"
"He'd agree with me." Otto muttered, cutting off Wally's attempted joke to lighten the mood. "If he knew how dangerous they are. And trust me, I'm not exagerating. I've seen them at work, and their power is staggering. Their dark energy overwhelms my senses, and could very easily overwhelm yours."
Wally flinched, that did sound serious. "Wow... That's bad..." However, a thought struck him. "But, if nobody in Arcadia Valley knows about this threat, how did you learn about it?"
Otto took a deep breath and allowed memories to return. "It was merely four days ago, when it happened... I was taking a casual walk around 'Gateway Town' near the Dojo, when I happened across a Bar-room Brawl going on in a nearby tavern. After breaking up the fight, I was greeted by this... Very strange foreigner...
"His form was completely covered in a cloak, so I couldn't make him out at all. Near as I can figure, he stood about 8 foot 5 and his cloak easily reached his feet... And no, he didn't smell like any Zinterou. His scent was completely unfamiliar to me." Otto added in, seeing Wally's surprised face. "He took me completely by surprise.
"He wanted to have a word with me, and that's just what he got. During our little chat, he told me... Some things... He weaved stories of the Dark Insects, the Nest Jewels, figures from beyond this world, and more stuff that would sound like complete utter garbage to any normal person. However, he provided proof of his claim, and I had no choice but to believe him.
"I wanted to help with this infestation, so he told me exactly where to go to get to this place, Dimensional Island. I can only guess you followed me, as I left." Otto slapped his forehead.
A nod was his response. "Yeah, I did, mate. You really worried old man Kahn, so he asked me, (Whilst I was on a date with Rachel to this romantic restaurant I had found) to track you down and figure out what you were up to." He smile was filled with guilt. "I didn't want to leave Rachel, but she told me, that if I had to, then I had to." He turned his head to the dogs. "Though I figure getting her some suiveneirs will help her feel better." He turned back to Otto. "What was the proof that wacko man showed you anyways?"
A small smirk came onto Otto's face, he almost looked victorious and rather pleased with himself. "The same piece of evidence that I've found only just today."
He reached into his pocket and pulled out...
Every last dog in the compound felt their eyes widen in horror at the sight of what was in Otto's palm.
It was a Nest Jewel Piece.
Wally looked at it in wide-eyed awe. "Is that-?"
Otto merely nodded, "Yeah, it is. Checked it's energy signature already. It has the same element about it, when I had sensed one being held onto by this weird, and somewhat intimidating girl named Latanya, as well as from that wacko old man that cornered me in the Tavern." He held the stone closer to his face. "I've been meditating on what we should do with this stone, given it's evil power."
"And?" Came Wally once more, "What'd you decide on?"
"Nothing yet." Was Otto's response. "But the plan if all else fails would be to destroy it. Evil energy like this must not be allowed to roam freely."
(OOC: I know it's against the rules to destroy a Nest Jewel Piece [If, in fact, that is even possible.], but Otto will never have the chance to go through with the plan, so no worries there.)

(no prob)
Listening in, Double D grew uneasy. "...we shouldn't be listening to this. It's none of our business."
"What's the harm?" Eddy shrugged. "We don't even know these guys."
"Well, still, it doesn't feel ri...!!!" Both of them leaped up (remember, Ed's asleep XD) as Otto showed off his jewel piece. It hung from a familiar string in a necklace-like fashion...
"...Double D... ain't that yours?"
"I-I... I must've dropped it when Mojo transformed us!" Quickly, he leaped to his feet, jumping up and down, trying to grab the jewel and convince him against his plan, even if all that would come out would be erratic barks.
"No! You can't destroy it! It's meant to seal them up, not give them power! Wait...!!"

Otto gave the dog a curious, yet piercing glare of his crimson red eyes. "What the heck's up with you?"
Wally immediately took Double D in his arm, and pet him in a comforting fashion. "Hey mate, calm down, I don't know what's got ya so worked up, but I can assure you everything's okay!"

Double D whined desperately, motioning his head towards the jewel piece. He had so many things to tell them, how he and his friends weren't canine-born, the plans of the monkey-man, how that was HIS jewel piece, what their purpose truly was...
...but all that came out were whines and barks. Disheartened, he whimpered, shaking slightly.

Wally was starting to get exceedingly concerned at this point. "What's the matter boy?"
Otto got up from his seat on the floor, looking between the dog and the jewel curiously. "Maybe the energy of the jewel shard was responsible? Animals are more intuned with nature then people are, maybe it sensed it's evil energy and became overwhelmed by it." He pocketed the gem, upon thinking that. "Maybe I'd better not bring this gem back out in the company of these dogs. It'll probably make the others restless too."
Holding Double D close, like the caring animal lover he was, Wally tried to stop Double D's shaking. "Aw poor little mate... That Jewel's somethin' else if it makes a dog react like this... It's horrible."
"Either way, I'm gonna continue to meditate on what we should do with the jewel." He walked over to the stairs. "Call me when you get lunch, got it? Starting to get hungry."
That was the last word said before the intimidating visage of Darkness traversed up the shadowy staircase and out of sight. Darkness was his element, and he took to it like a fish to water.

"No! It's not that! It's...ARGH!" Double D was becoming increasingly frustrated.
"Give it up, Sockhead," Eddy grumbled. "You're not gonna get through to them."
"I have to! It's the only way we're going to get out of this mess!" Swiftly, Double D leaped from Wally's arms, poking his nose around for something, anything, that he could use to get his message across. Catching the scent of lead, he jumped on a small table to find a pencil and paper. "That's it!!"
