Wally looked delighted to see Double D on the move again so soon. "Aw! You feelin' better little mate? Guess that Gem getting taken away helped ya." Wally was still utterly clueless but reasonably so...
However, confusion mounted when he saw the dog jump up to the desk. "Huh?" He walked over to where Double D was, and looked at the dog curiously. "What's with you mate? Are you okay?"
[Just a little thing, though. I'd like if the Gem stayed out of being back in it's true owners hands at least for one more thread. What I had in mind was that Mojo reappears before Wally can learn the truth. Thus leading to Otto, after being turned into a dog like Wally, managing to run off with the gem, using what's left of his dark power before it fully leaves to get away from Mojo. If that's too much, I understand, I'm just letting you in on the original idea. The idea was to have my first big time fight between Otto and whomever runs after him to claim the gem. Though it would mostly be fair to use Double D, so as to prove himself the worthier gem bearer.
[So why not switch perspective to Mojo before we get too far ahead?
What do you think?]
[If the answer is you think it's good, then here's the next part of my post. If you don't agree, then feel free to COMPLETELY ignore this.]
... ... ... ... ...
Meanwhile out on the streets of the Industrial Park...
A tiny creature solemnly makes his way down the street, his head hanging low, causing a red ball like pompom, hanging from an antennae coming from the head underneath an orange cap to almost graze the ground.
Marco had reason to be upset. Ever since those strange insects appeared in Moorabella, a snowy city in the continent of Loar in the world of Ivalice, he had not seen his good friends and fellow clan members of Clan Highwind since. "Kupo-po..." He said all depressed. "Where am I, Kupo? Where is everyone? It's a ghost town..."
He cared about very little these days. The Clan was like his family, thinking they were lost had caused him to sink further and further into depression. After a moment, his small butt hit the ground, and Marco had ceased walking, now sitting down on the cold pavement. "Kupo... I wish Issac were here... Or even Roland... Kupo, I'd even settle for Lukino..." He sighed sadly.
Wait... What was he so sad for?!? Marco suddenly stood back up and thought a moment. "Wait a minute... What am I being so sad for?! All of those guys, they're tough, they can handle themselves!" Smiling widely, he suddenly patted at his waist. "They're alive! I know they are! I can't give up now!" He crossed his arms, and, smiling, held his head up high. "And I'm the 'Co-leader' of the clan, for crying out loud, kupo! I shouldn't lose faith in them! They're my partners and friends! I'd trust them with my life, kupo-kupo!"
He was smiling broadly, as, with a spring in his step, he continued on down the road. "Just keep going! They wouldn't stop if the situation got rough! They'd just keep moving right along! Why should I be any different, kupo?"
