Eddy gagged and kicked, falling to the ground when the Wizard released him. Once he recovered, he listened to the Wizard's cold words roll off his tongue like poison. While Double D visibly trembled, caught in a terrible standstill, Eddy glared darkly.
"WHAT are you talking about!?! Leave us alone!!"

"He'll never leave you alone!" Michael called. "He'll manipulate you and use you until he's had his fun. Then he'll kill you, Felix, Marion, and everyone you hold dear! He's a malevolent being of great power! Something like that would never stop until all of existance is destroyed! Your only hope is to throw morality to the wind and find a way to kill him!"
"Understand this, Double D! I represent a balance of powers! The future is only partly mine to command! The rest of it is divided up and spread between the other puppetmasters, no matter whether they call themselves authors, writers, or what not! It's made and shaped by the interactions between those whose fates we control! As a result, if the balance gets out of hand... every universe in existance is doomed!"

Of course, the blast deflected off of a barrier the Wizard put around himself, but it was an impressive blow none the less, as it didn't bounce off immediately. 'Zin-berserk oversoul' Otto was seething like the devil at the twisted psychic. "I take back what I said about you earlier. You're not an @$$-#ole, your a GOD-DAMN FREAK!!!"
He rolled up his sleeves as he stomped forward, looking ready to scrap with the Wizard right there. Tarosuke meanwhile, kept his 'Rei-Gun' finger pointed right at Trump, though he knew who the real villain in this equation was. "Gears in the works... WHAT KIND OF GoddamnED EXCUSE IS THAT?!?!?!?!?!? You think your above it all, but guess what? YOUR NOT."
It wasn't clear if anyone noticed but more shadows seemed to appear from out of nowhere, and Otto absorbed them with no effort. "If you wanna kill my friends, you're going to have to go through ME first." He clamped his claws into fists. "If you think that's amusing, then you haven't even seen me TRY to fight."
[I'd like to introduce a slight plot twist at this point, just to keep things interesting. That is, if that's okay with everyone.]

"... Malevolent?" The Wizard repeated, anger creeping into his voice for the first time in centuries. Spinning around, the Wizard flung Eddy's struggling body at Otto.
"I've seen you fight, Otto. Don't try to kid yourself."
Then his hat fell off.
The head was a skinless lump of bleeding flesh; his eyes glowed like two bright, purple lamps. Teeth had fallen out of the rotting, jawless mouth leaving the tongue to hang limp and black with various molds.
"Look into my face, Otto! Do I look like someone you can defeat?!"

Double D was fixed in place. He stared at his fallen friends, his lover. He stared at Micheal, his words echoing in his head. He stared at the Wizard's horrid face. The sheer horror never left his eyes.
The lad slumped gently to his knees, leaning over and clutching his head with his trembling hands. His cranium was pounding in confusion, anger, and despair. This was a nightmare. This was a terrible nightmare he wanted to just wake up from already.
"......" He was whimpering something just under his breath, so soft the others couldn't hear.

"Getting so close." The Wizard mused calmly, somehow noticing Edd's collapse without turning around. "I suppose I'll have to drive the point home, however..."
The Wizard thrusted his hands forward, and the air moved with an incredible force in Otto's direction. The church wall behind Otto crumbled away completely, leaving an outline like the shadows at Hiroshima.

"DON'T GIVE UP YOU FOOL!" Michael yelled at Double D. Then the Wizard launched his attack. "SHIT!" He quickly used the strings to pull Felix and Kefka out of harm's way before the Wizard could launch his attack and freed the bindings on Kefka. "Kefka, strike him down now!"
"And why should I listen to you?" Kefka asked, acting like the total dick he was. Michael smirked.
"If you don't, you won't be God of anything. By the time I'm done with you, you'll be Barney's punching bag," Michael threatened.
"... Nnnnnnnnnnn, I WILL KILL YOU WHEN I BREAK FREE FROM THESE CHAINS!" Kefka yelled at Michael, but then turned to face the Wizard. "Oh well pal! Looks like I really don't have a choice... besides, death is death no matter who dies, so... DIE!" With that, the Ultima spell was fired at the Wizard faster then the eyes could see.

In the depths of the attack the Wizard had launched he failed to notice something. Thinking Otto dead or something along that effect, he really didn't notice that more and more shadows were sinking into the wreckage where the boy had been burried.
It was a suspenseful few minutes as the Wizard and Kefka's duel continued in the background... ... ...
Before an inhuman growl came from the wreckage, a growl that possibly could scare Lucifer himself.
Tarosuke was the first to notice it, being he's controled by the same author as Otto. "What was that?" He turned to look at the wreckage... ... ...

The Wizard's body crumbled into dust, gowns and all falling to the floor in a smoldering pile. It was actually impressive that his rotting body had held itself together for so long, but it seemed like Felix's spell was just the push it needed to finally die.
"Ugh... where'd my boss go...?" a voice asked; it was obviously Shifter, only now coming out of his daze. "Damn... I'm dizzy... oh, God, Trump's here?!"

"... Impossible. That was too easy," Michael muttered.
"So that was the great big scary Wizard, oh wow!" Kefka said in a humerous manner. "What a joke! I thought he'd be fun, but NOOOOOOOO!"

Double D didn't want to look up. He didn't want to see the aftermath of all those attacks he heard. He only listened... Felix spoke, thank god... Micheal, Shifter... other people he didn't recognize...
Otto... oh god, where was Otto?
The terrible growling finally lifted his gaze. The shadow across the wall terrified him senseless.

If any attention was off of him, there was really attention there now.
BOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!
Out of the wreckage of the Wizard's attack a new form appeared. It was a huge creature, maybe around 9 foot 4, that towered over the gang. The good news was, it wore Otto's clothes, thus meaning the beast was Otto himself...
The bad news? Was that the beast didn't look like Otto at all. The huge creature was covered head to toe in dark silver scales, the tail that Otto normally grew in Zin-Berserk Oversoul, was now at full length, short at around 2 feet but deadly looking with bone like protusions sticking out, that could put a Hungarian Horntail Dragon to shame. His claws were also resized to fit his slightly bigger hands, making them look powerful enough to slice a mountain clean in half. His teeth was replaced with powerful fangs that possibly made him resemble a Tyranosaur, and his pupils had become animalistic slits, giving him an even more feral look.
And the levels of his dark power?
Don't even get me STARTED.
The words 'unbelievable', 'powerful', and 'HOLY CRAP' did NOTHING to cover it just to keep it short and sweet.
"WHERE IS HE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?"

Elsewhere, Gantz whom rested his head on the couch back in his home, suddenly sat straight up, looking scared completely out of his mind.
"So... Otto's powers are finally reawkened..."
[That last part is nowhere near the church so Gantz won't be playing a part in this.]

Double D visibly cringed at his entrance, barely staggering to his feet and leaning weakly against the wall. The dark power the Darkbender had unleashed was so overpowering, like poisonous gas...
But even so, the Angel of Light was comforted. Judging by his angry words, it was indeed Otto underneath that grotesque shell. And despite his physcial discomfort with the forces of dark, if there was anyone with such powers that he trusted and cherished as a friend, it was Otto.
