Atem nodded, and kept quiet until they were back at the Apartments. They were almost there before he decided that they weren't being watched anymore. It was several blocks away, what kind of reach did she have.
He sat down on the same rock K1 had sat on earlier. He glanced in the direction they had come before finally speaking again, "Can you recall having ever seen her before? Or has Naoya ever mentioned a curio shop of the sort?"
It probably didn't go over K1's head that Atem wasn't using an honorific for Naoya. Atem knew Yuugi would have called Naoya Kimura-san, but he saw no reason to pay any kind of respect to the silver haired man. Atem waited for K1's response. He suspected the answer was no, but he wanted to get the mundane things out of the way first.

K1 shook his head. "No, nothing." It didn't go over K1's head about the lack of honorific. He didn't say anything, but the lack of it made him feel like Atem was insulting Naoya. He probably was.

Atem crossed his arms, "That really only leaves the other option. I can't even pass it off as her knowing our worlds. It doesn't explain the way this," he gestured to the sword stuck in his belt, "Seemed to appear out of thin air or her comments about that weapon you were looking at..."
"One feel inadequate or something?"
If K1 turned he'd see Naoya was behind him, looking down at the umbrellas. However, there wasn't much time to react as suddenly Naoya was glaring at Atem. The look was mutual, actually. If K1 wasn't too busy feeling insulted at Atem's actions, he might remember that Atem and Naoya had never met. Naoya quickly put the situation together in his head, but his expression didn't change.

K1 turned around to face Naoya. "O-Oh, no, I bought one for you. Here."
He handed the umbrella to Naoya. The teen was well aware of the fact that he was right in the middle of a deathglare match between Atem and Naoya, and moved out of the way. If they were going to hate each other... they might as well do it to each other's faces. So far K1 hadn't been able to stop them from deathglaring each other before.

Naoya turned towards K1 and took the umbrella, dropping his glare and smirking a bit, "The least you could do is introduce us, Keiichi."
Atem stepped forward. It really didn't surprise him the man knew he wasn't Yuugi. K1 had picked up on it before, and he wasn't nearly as observant as Naoya, "My name is Atem."
Naoya turned towards the Pharaoh, "You talk bigger than Yuugi as well. Atem... heh, so that Puzzle is Egyptian."
That, however, startled Atem. How did the teen know the country of origin of his name? There was the god, Atum, but Naoya hadn't struck him as a mythology buff.
As for Naoya, he'd noticed Keiichi's reaction. The teen had basically thrown his hands up in the air and was going to let them have their spat now rather than later. And Naoya had encountered "rivals" before and knew Keiichi knew him well enough that he wasn't one to back down from a blatent challenge.
And while most people could have figured the whole situation out from the conversation Naoya had been privy to through one of his demons, Naoya actually knew the teen was Egyptian from his name. Memories kind of did that to you, after all.
Atem was considering letting Naoya know he knew he was Cain. But with K1 there... somehow he had a suspicion Naoya already knew.

K1 sighed and sat down on the other side of the rock Atem was sitting on. This was not going to be a fun day, from the looks of things.
Might as well E-Mail Midori about something anyways. She couldn't be active during the Dark Hour anyways, so she might as well help in a different way.
Satisfied, he hit send.

Atem paused, "You know about the Puzzle?"
"In passing. Sometimes message boards get rather off topic."
Atem felt like facepalming. That's how he knew about the Puzzle... but why would he be confirming he was Egyptian? He shook his head. Naoya completely knew about him now, and it seemed he'd had more of an idea than he'd realized.
"K1-kun, will you be all right here?"
He wanted to go somewhere and clear his head. He had no right to ask Naoya to leave the area. Whether it was warranted or not, he was being the ruder one. He didn't want Naoya to see him and Yuugi practicing with the sword, either. Naoya's eyes flicked towards the teen. He wanted to talk to him about the server, but not in Atem's presence. He didn't know just how much the teen(s) knew about things. Atem was right, Naoya had strong suspicions about how much the Pharaoh knew of their relationship. But that didn't mean he knew much about the program...

K1 looked up. "Huh? Oh, yeah, I'll be just fine. I'll see you later on tonight, then." He then returned to waiting for Midori's response.
It came fast enough.
K1 smiled.

Atem nodded, noticing that K1 was far more involved in the COMP than the situation around himself. Probably to cope with the situation. It was more reason to let him be alone with Naoya. Atem looked at Naoya, not really glaring but with a sour look on his face. He turned around and walked off.
Naoya waited a few moments before turning to Keiichi, "I think I can get us back once the situation with Belphegor is solved. The location of the Server is preventing this place's time flow from messing with it. This Dark Hour is actually to our advantage. It gives us a place to train."
What the man didn't say is they were at a pretty large disadvantage. He didn't think Atem or Yuugi would help them fight Belphegor, and he didn't want their help. The other two members of their group were still back in their world. The sycophantic nature Kaido had developed upon Keiichi's decision to become the King of Bel was amusing and the guy could fight pretty well. And despite being annoying at times, Atsuro's computer skills were often quite useful. All of this went through his head in a manner of moments. The point was, they'd have to train a lot more than they otherwise would.
However, he was still waiting for Keiichi's response to his observation.

K1 nodded. "I suppose so..." He was thinking about Yuugi and Atem as well. It didn't seem likely that they'd help out when it came to fighting Belphegor. "...Hey, Naoya. After I become King of Bel, can I come back here some time?" Since it seemed time passed differently here, it might be a while before he came back, but once he did, he could see Yuugi and Atem again. And at least here he wouldn't have to worry too much about what was going on back home.
...Hopefully.

Naoya looked mildly surpised, but quickly shrugged, "I don't see why not. Plenty of demons have the ability to jump realities. I don't see why this would be any different, and you could give the order at any time."
Actually, a thought occured to Naoya thanks to that. It had crossed his mind a few times before. The Throne of Bel, from what he could tell, seemed limited to the world he and his cousin came from. Only demons of that world or who originated from that world would have to follow his orders. From what he could tell, even God didn't seem to have mastery over all realities. Chalk it up to the "perfect" being's lack of perfection, he supposed. But it meant that if they ran into a demon from another reality, there could be issues.

"Thanks," K1 said. He climbed off of the boulder and yawned. "I'm going to head back up to the apartment for now. I don't really have anything else to do until the Dark Hour."
In truth, he probably had plenty of things to do. Like train for once. However, K1 preferred sleeping over training.

Naoya was able to hold it in until his brother got into the complex. And then he growled. Literally. That reaction had brought up rather annoying memories.
Memories of getting things handed to him. Their mother coddling the younger child, their father criticizing him for things like a poor crop output. If he wanted to criticize someone, he should have criticized GOD. Or Abel. If God chose to bring an early frost, it was because he wasn't satisfied with Abel's sacrifice.
His knuckles were white as he gripped the umbrella. That choice to not train... he was glaring rather strongly as he forced himself to count to ten. Dammit, that laid back nature was one of the most annoying things about the teen. He finally managed to relax his posture and turned around. At this rate, he was going to be taking the brunt of the fight on his own shoulders. He walked off, managing to not stomp as he did so...

(OOC: LET'S DO THE TIME LAPSE AGAIN!)
K1 yawned and climbed out of bed. It was about time to get going.
-------------------
Souji made sure he had all of the neccisary materials for a long battle. He had a katana on him to fight with, as well as the one he'd bought that day, in case K1 needed a weapon.
He glanced at the clock. 11:23. He needed to get going...
