(OOC: Because I completely FAIL, I forgot Adachi's Izanagi chopped down the door. D: BUT WE CAN FUDGE THIS - I'll say Yuugi failed and forgot to shut his door when he fell into bed, and it was the bedroom door that got chopped down rather than the front one. Good lord I'm made of fail...)
Naoya chose not to say anything. Keiichi was at the point that he wouldn't listen, and there really was no point to arguing things. Naoya had learned many things over the years, one was to pick his battles. Keiichi was one of those types that made friends easily, and would go to stupid lengths for them. He'd already headed to the kitchen by the time his cousin made his announcment and headed out the door.
As for Yuugi, he almost didn't hear K1. Okay, to be fair, he didn't. It was the knocking on his front door he heard. He pushed himself up, grasping until he finally got a handful of blanket he could wipe his eyes with. Who was that...?
He looked around, his eyes passing where the Puzzle should be doing nothing to help his mood. He sniffed, wishing he had a box of tissue handy, "B-be right there!"
He carefully picked his way over the remains of his bedroom door. He grabbed some tissue from the bathroom and used it as a kleenex. He wasn't crying anymore, thankfully, but he was still suffering the after effects. He opened the door and looked up towards K1, "Oh... K1-kun..."
He looked pretty terrible, and wasn't even in a good enough mood to force a smile, "Did I wake you up...?"

K1 gave a small smile. "Yeah... Hey... can I come in?"
It looked like Yuugi wasn't taking these things very well. And K1 saw no reason why he would; from the sound of things, Atem was Yuugi's closest friend. They'd never been apart since Yuugi had completed the puzzle. He didn't blame Yuugi for breaking down like this.

Yuugi glanced back towards the remains of his bedroom door, immediately regretting it. That was going to need an explanation. And the apartment manager probably wasn't going to take that well. I mean, even if he passed it off as robbery, what kind of robber chopped down a door? At least that cleanly.
He turned and nodded, stepping to the side so K1 could get in. The couch was fine, but a table remained knocked over from earlier. It was to the side of the couch. He was going to have to explain that as well. He had no idea how much K1 knew, but he had been yelling rather loudly. Yuugi remained quiet. -----
Naoya was already back on his computer. He was entering some research he'd gotten. He glanced towards the wall seperating the two apartments. He wanted to be absolutely certain he didn't make any errors with these calculations, so he slowed down his input speed to about ninety words per minute. Slowed down.

K1 sat down on Yuugi's couch. He looked down at the floor, and then at Yuugi. "I... heard about what happened to Atem."
There was a moment of silence. "...Does... Souji have any ideas for what we're going to do?"

Yuugi looked like he was about to cry again, but he wiped his face and headed it off. He shook his head, "T-try..."
He didn't seem to be in a very talkative mood. He remembered his own shadow... but Atem had a Persona, right? Even though he couldn't summon it... but Souji had been concerned about that. Would Atem's shadow react more violently than his own?
He was looking away when his eyes widened. He hadn't realized it, but he hadn't thought of Atem as "his other self" for a while. For some reason he couldn't explain, that made him more depressed.

K1 looked down at the floor again. He really had no idea what to say. Souji said that all they could do was try. Yuugi seemed close to tears.
He glanced at Yuugi's bedroom door, able to see a little bit of it from the couch. There was a clean slice through it. "What caused that? Did the person who took Atem do that?"

Yuugi looked up for a moment and nodded, "It looked kind of like a weird version of Izanagi... Souji's Persona. Souji thinks it belongs to Adachi-san..."
That comment might have surprised K1. Yuugi had just said that Souji thought it was Adachi's actions that caused the Puzzle to be stolen. Yuugi knew that Adachi was responsible for the trouble in Souji's world. And yet the teen still used an honorific for him. In any other situation, it might have been humorous.
Yuugi suddenly looked more depressed. The reason was that Atem would have criticized him for being polite. That wasn't there. He looked towards the kitchen. He'd gotten some quick food ealier, maybe he should offer... he wiped his eyes.

"Adachi..." K1 clenched his fists. "I knew there was something weird about him... just the way Souji acted around him was weird."
He stood up. "We'll get him back. No matter what." He smiled, and headed for Yuugi's door. "Get some sleep. I'll see you in the morning."

Yuugi didn't move much. He turned slightly when he heard K1 get up, and gave an exaggerated nod as the teen tried to encourage him. Thing was, his eyes were leaking again. It wasn't that he was really crying at the moment. It was just that he couldn't really stop crying either. He made his way towards his room, not bothering to push the door remains out of the way or even trying to step over them. He hoped K1 would let himself out. -----
Naoya frowned. Looked like Keiichi was going to be busy for the next few days. He pulled a cord out of his computer as what looked like a green wiremesh floating island blipped of his screen. By the time Keiichi got into the apartment, he'd merely see Naoya pocketing his COMP in his cloak.
Tonight wasn't the time, but he could transfer the data to his cousin's own COMP in the morning...

K1 walked on into Naoya's apartment and sat down on the couch. "Hey. Naoya... What's the weather for the next week?" he asked. K1 figured Naoya could check the weather from his computer. If it had internet, anyways.
The next morning, they'd need to go into the TV World to save Atem. Well, at least K1 could use his COMP in the TV World, not like during the Dark Hour. Since that shadow was gone now too, he could get some sleep during the Dark Hour too. That was a small relief.

Naoya looked up. A lot of people would have assumed Keiichi was just being random. Naoya, however, had heard the comments about fog from Souji and quickly put things together, "You want the 'professional' guesswork or my own forecasts?"
If he'd said it with any less emotion he would have sounded robotic. He didn't soudn interested, that was for sure. Or that he even cared how Keiichi responded. For the most part, he didn't. He knew that his different forecast would conflict with what had been predicted and might cause friction with Souji. While he wasn't trying to rock that boat at the moment, he didn't need Keiichi going depressive because the incorrect forecast had caused someone to die.

K1 thought about that for a moment. Either way they were both innaccurate. Plus, Naoya tended to be right most of the time. "...Your forecast," he said after a moment. Yeah, that would work, he supposed.
It had been raining quite a bit these past few days, and while K1 would rather that they saved Atem tomorrow, he knew from going into the TV World that it was exausting. It was possible they couldn't get down to him in time. They'd been lucky with Yuugi, but from what Souji had said, it could take a while. As long as they got there before the fog, though, he'd be safe...

Naoya nodded. After the recent events in the lockdown, there was a chance Keiichi had realized why he'd always had a nearly supernatural weather sense. But somehow the man didn't think so. He'd gotten better during the course of the lockdown, even surprising him a few times, but for the most part the teen still couldn't put things together in his head.
God had "cursed" him with the memories of every life he'd ever lived. He'd lost track of how many, but the memories were all there. Especially that first life. The third human to ever exist, son of Adam and Eve. He'd been placed in charge of crops, and as such had developed a knack with predicting the weather. He'd seen farmers with only one life's memories under their belt do the same, let alone many.
Point was, the forecast had predicted it would rain on and off for about four days, and it would cause a heavy fog on the fifth. That was wrong. There would only be two days of rain. If Naoya was reading the situation right, it meant if nothing was changed the former Pharaoh had two days to live. He wasn't quite sure exactly how he'd die, something to do with the demons of Souji's world, but he was sure it was for this reason Keiichi wanted the answer.
"Two days before a heavy fog rolls in," he replied, "Are you going to bed then?"
Naoya was actually tired himself. Despite what people like Atsuro and Keiichi thought, he was human. More the pity, it meant he had to deal with God's bull. -----
Yuugi had taken a little more effort getting into bed this time, but had already fallen asleep. The best he could hope for was a dreamless night...

K1 nodded, stood up, and stretched. "Wake me up about nine-ish, would ya?" Without waiting for a response from Naoya, he headed down the hallway to the bedroom.

(OOC: It's just a jump to the left...)
Naoya had heard Keiichi snoring in the night. It was pretty unusual for the teen to do that, and was an indication that his cousin had been more tired than even he realized. At least he'd left the COMP on and plugged in. Naoya had been able to use the wireless connection to transfer a map of the island before going to bed.
It was 8:58 AM when he tapped on the door to the bedroom. He didn't even check to see if the teen was awake before heading into the kitchen. At seventeen, Keiichi should have been able to make his own food. However, Naoya suspected he'd want to head out as oon as he got up. He'd had to make breakfast for the teen many times before. Keiichi's parents were gone more often than they were home. It was likely he'd have the pancake wrap ready by the time Keiichi was out of his room. -----
Yuugi, on the other hand, was still asleep. He hadn't thought to set the alarm on his COMP last night. He was having a mild nightmare, but it wasn't anything to make him do more than twitch a bit in his sleep. And for how much of a knot his psyche had been put in last night, he was actually doing pretty well...
