"However, Jail Scaglietti, the most dangerous criminal the Time-Space Bureau ever faced is currently in solitary confinement, as are the Numbers that are still loyal to him who did not wish to be rehabilitated." In Nanoha's honest opinion, though, she believed that a few of them deserved worse. Namely, Quattro, the combat cyborg who had kidnapped Nanoha's daughter, used her as a power source for a ship, and then forced said daughter to fight Nanoha to the death, resulting in a battle that forced Nanoha to go to the extreme to save her baby.
((OOC: Quattro? Total monster we're talking here. She's the chick who got blown up in that Youtube video I showed you of Nanoha bursting through the ship with a Blaster 3: Divine Buster. She was the most loyal of Jail's Numbers, and didn't really ever battle, she just stayed behind battle lines and gave orders. However, since she was behind Vivio's "being turned into the Sankt Kaiser and being forced to attack Nanoha" thing, Nanoha took her out herself. And felt good during every moment of it.))

Chibiusa saw pain flick past Nanoha's eyes as she spoke again. She thought about it for a moment, and decided the best thing would be to move on.
"Eventually Sailor Moon came to the future with me to help my mom. A lot of things happened, but in the end I was finally able to awaken as a Sailor Soldier...." well, that wasn't really anything to talk about either. Puu had thrown her life away to prevent reality from being ripped apart. Demand had tried to put the two Silver Crystals together.
And now there was awkward silence. She was really good at bringing conversations down today.
(OOC: Sailor Pluto broke the greatest taboo by freezing time in the Black Moon Clan of the manga. She did it in the Super season of the anime, so the event did occur... just differently. She comes back with no explanation in the anime. In the manga there are various fan explanations, the most popular one being that Neo Queen Serenity used her powers to send Pluto's star seed to the past so she could be reborn as Setsuna Meioh PRIOR to Serenity's rebirth as Usagi Tsukino (thus allowing her to be older than the rest of the cast when she (re)awoke as Sailor Pluto.)
It's time travel, don't think too hard. XDD)

Nanoha forced a smile, able to tell that they'd just happened upon yet another painful subject.
"I think that's all you need to say for now, Chibiusa-chan," Nanoha said.
Midori was just finishing up her tenth bowl of ice cream when she looked up at Nanoha. "Hey, Chibiusa-chan didn't get to hear your story yet! That's no fair!"

Chibiusa nodded, trying to indicate that she was grateful at Nanoha's attempt to change the subject. She turned her head towards the mass of bowls Midori had accumulated. That would have been a bit much even for Usagi... at her worst...
She refocused on the conversation when Midori complained, "It's okay with me if you don't want to talk about it," she said to Nanoha.

Nanoha smiled. "No, it's not a problem at all. Let's see..."
"Oooh! Ooh! Start with when you got Raising Heart!" Midori said, bouncing up like a little kid on a sugar rush (which considering how much ice cream she'd just eaten, was entirely likely). Nanoha laughed.
"Well, it started with me finding a ferret out in the woods. Though I didn't know it at the time, it was actually a mage named Yuuno, who had been transporting these things called Jewel Seeds when he was attacked by a monster of sorts. That night, Yuuno was attacked by the monster again, and gave me Raising Heart so I could protect him. And then..."
"AND THEN NANOHA BLEW THE CRAP OUT OF THE MONSTER! BOOOOM!" Midori raised her hands into the air. There were a few curious stares at the hyperactive otaku.
"I didn't do that exactly..." Nanoha said, sweatdropping a little.

Chibiusa sweatdropped over Midori's hyperactivity, and then started giggling. Despite the difference in apparent ages, Midori was acting younger than Chibiusa looked. And it was actually pretty cute.
Not that giggling Chibiusa wasn't cute, either, mind you, "Does Yuuno have a human form? Oh, I ask because I have a friend who has a cat and human form. Her name's Diana, and her parents are from a planet called Mau. She'll be my advisor when I take the throne."
(OOC: AAAAAND canon conflict. In the anime, only Luna had a human form as opposed to Luna, Artemis, and Diana. And the form was granted temporarily by a wish Luna had cause she loved a human.
In the manga, all the "guardian" cats have human forms, and its very heavily implied its something they have naturally due to being from a planet called Mau. In fact, Tin Nyanko was a person who had killed Sailor Mau, the Soldier of that planet, to gain the powers of a Sailor Soldier when Galaxia gave her the Sailor Crystal of Mau.
In the anime, Tin Nyanko is just some random soldier who was corrupted by Galaxia. Mau isn't even mentioned in the anime.)

Nanoha smiled. "He does, actually. It's his true form, and apparently he only took the ferret form to protect himself. Though, he didn't bother to tell me that he was actually human beforehand..." She blushed and looked away.
"Ooh! Ooh! Tell her about Fate!" Midori said.
"Oh, Fate... she's a very good friend of mine, though we started off enemies," Nanoha said. "We met shortly after I started collecting Jewel Seeds.
(OOC: In the first season, until Yuuno revealed that he actually was a human, Nanoha was under the impression that he was just a talking ferret, and went about her daily business in front of him. Including getting dressed in the morning and getting undressed for a bath at a hot spring.
And then Nanoha finds out that Yuuno's actually a human long after she's done all of this stuff. Cue horrified reaction as she realizes what she did in front of him.)

Chibiusa blinked at Nanoha's blush and then realized what the issue was. Her jaw dropped, "That's terrible! How dare he do that to you!"
It was rather unclear if the anger was embarassment, mock anger, actual anger, or some combination. In any event it prevented her from coming up with a response to the Fate comments.

Nanoha blushed again. "Well, I don't even know if he can turn into a ferret anymore, thank heavens. Just thinking about it..." She shiverred.
Midori giggled. "Oh, you know he doesn't bother you anymore because you're totally in love with Fate!"
Nanoha blushed. "I-I am not!"

"Well, if you are, don't worry about being judged over it. Neptune and Uranus have this thing for each other that they had back when they were Michiru and Haruka. Although now that the fighting is mostly over, they are more willing to admit it. Its really rather cute, Neptune is the only one that can really fluster Uranus," Chibiusa giggled. It was obvious by "rather cute" she meant "adorable". She turned to Midori, "But you should't try to force a relationship. It's really quite possible they are just good friends."
Of course, this is coming from the girl who has not seen Nanoha's home franchise. Nor is aware of the shippy fangirl otaku that is Midori...
(OOC: Okay, a very popular fan shipping for Chibiusa is Chibiusa and Hotaru/Saturn. In both the anime and manga, although its more a shipping supported in America. The big non canon yuri shipping in Japan is Mars/Rei and Venus/Minako.
And I'm rather surprised no metnion of Peruru has been made by Midori. Anime only, so Chibiusa would be rather clueless, but many people try to ship Peruru (that sugar faerie) and Chibiusa even though its painfully obvious Naoko intended Helios and Chibiusa. To the point many consider it canon.)

((OOC; That would be because most of my knowledge of the anime is from the american mackere of a dub, and I watched that back when I was... seven? Maybe? XD
I'm gonna get around to reading the manga eventually. It's in the pile of Manga To Read.))
"They're also raising a kid together," Midori said, swooning. She wasn't just a Yaoi Fangirl. She was the rare Yuri Fangirl too. Nanoha sweatdropped.
"Well, Vivio loves her mommies!" was all Nanoha could say in response to that.

Chibiusa squeed. It wasn't very often apparent, but Chibiusa had her fangirl moments too... and she just hit one.
"Omigosh that's so cute!" she squeed, "That's like when the past Pluto, Neptune, and Uranus raised Saturn when she was Hotaru!"
Oh yeah, the girl had her hands to her face and was making cute noises. The maturity of almost a millenia her eyes carried had just been thrown out the window, and she screamed of cute now.

Chibiusa got up to get a better look at the picture and proceeded to squee some more, "Oh, she is! Cute, I mean. I've never seen the show with you so I can't say on that. Oooh, I've got a picture too!" Chibiusa dug into her wallet and pulled out a folded up picture. It was a bit worn from years of use. She unfolded it and showed it to the group. It was a massive picture of the entire main cast of the manga in wedding attire. "It's from my mom's wedding. She pulled some strings with Pluto so I could come."
