"That's a massive dark insect hive, like the one this guy found earlier," Mario explained.

"My name is Bob."

"Whatever, I think we should get out of here as quickly and quietly as we can because if that little beachball sized nest had that many insects in it just imagine how man this would have."

[Marinia]

"Good idea" Sarah replied. "Marinia....Marinia?"
Marinia was still stairing into the bushes, not really listening.....

The insects suddenly became furious but didn't leave the general area of the nest.

"What the heck? They look mad but they still don't know we're here," Mario observed ",What could possibly be aggravating them?"

Suddenly from above came a strange black ball of energy with a strange white aura resembling an eclipse. It crashed into the nest causing an explosion as the insects outside the nest scattered and flew off into the distance.

"What was that!?" Bob stared at the crater where the nest was. Someone was floating above where the nest was.

[Marinia]

Marinia looked up at the person. "Huh?"

"Well, that certianly took care of them, didnt it?" Sarah stated.

Mario squinted to see who it was floating above the crater. He stared right back at him with the most sinister look. Mario's face when pale as a ghost.

"Th-there's no way," Mario half whispered.

[Marinia]

"what?" Sarah glanced from the stranger to Mario and back again, "What's wrong?"

"He...he was..."

Suddenly he disappeared and reappeared closer to them.

"Mario," he spoke in his deep demonic voice cutting off Mario's sentence ",How long has it been?"

"Umbra...how the hell are you even here," Mario asked trembling.

"I escaped my imprisonment by my own means. If I told you, you'd be able to stop me," Umbra laughed menacingly ",and we wouldn't want that, now would we?"

[Marinia]

Marinia watched, not sure what to think. sarah looked up, curious. "He destroyed the buggies, didnt he?" she wondered.

"I didn't want those things to kill Mario," Umbra explained ",After all, he's MY prey." He let out another evil laugh. Bob cowered behind Marinia and Sarah.

"Just perfect! Now I got two people looking for revenge!" Mario seemed kinda pissed off at this point.

"What? Two? Who's the other?"

"Some dork named Dimentio that's who!"

Umbra was silent for a few seconds. "Well...then I guess I'll just have to get to you first," he sneered. Suddenly out of this oversized sleeve slipped out a strange looking battle axe.

"Oh crap..."

[Marinia]

Marinia drew her sword and Sarah her staff.

"Not if i have anything to do with it." behind them Zelda stepped from the trees with her sword.

Umbra swung his axe at Mario as he dodged narrowly missing him. Mario pulled out his hammer and swung back.

"This guy's a ton more powerful than Dimentio!" Mario warned everyone else ",If you're gonna help then you best be fighting at your strongest!"

Bob ran and hid behind a tree.

[Marinia]

Zelda rose and spun around, charging her attack.

Marinia lifted her blade and flew into the air to the other side of Umbra.
Sarah went to the tree to defend Bob if necessary.

Umbra cracked his neck and swung his axe in a wide arc. Mario quickly jumped back but the blade knicked his arm a big.

"What's the matter?" Umbra asked tauntingly ", Are you getting rusty?"

"You wish!" Mario jumped above him landing a powerful hammer blow right to the top of his head.

[Marinia]

Zelda and Marinia cleaved the air and swiped their blades at Umbrasimoltaniously.

He flew backwards to dodge the attack but also got knicked like Mario in the shoulder.

"You're quite fast," he commented ", But can you keep up with this?"

He started circling the group at such a fast speed in looked like there were many of him.
