Felix stuck his sword to Desmond's throat. "I suggest if you want to live, you silence yourself... or I'll show you the wrath of a vengeful God in true form. You're nothing more than a shell of your former self. Whatever the Wizard did to you has nothing to do with Edward as he is now. You're only out for blood. I can see it in your eyes even now."

He only had one eye. He kind of felt insulted.
Nonetheless, Desmond scowled. "If you kill me, my followers will tear you and this island apart." He snarled. "An oppressive angel like you, working for a false god, can't silence our goals."
"Will you people quit saying 'silence'?!" 4 pleaded angrily.
Desmond chuckled. "I find it ironic that you're involved in this kind or love, Wizard..." he stared dead into Felix's eyes. "After all, isn't that why you killed my lover? Because the relationship didn't 'fit in'?
"I'm not out for blood, angel." Desmond answered finally. "I merely remove corruption and leave the world to grow without the Wizard. I don't take innocent lives. I save them. Would you rather live in a world oppressed by the Wizard?"
"At least he doesn't blow up buildings..." 4 muttered.
"No; he controls them." Desmond responded, anger in his voice growing. "I'm doing something noble here!" He screamed angrily. "Can't you see that it's better than the alternative?! I'm cleansing the Earth so the Wizard cannot spread his evil!"

As Desmond continued on, each word was a blow, a bullet, a harpoon into Double D's chest. He felt the sting in his heart move up to his eyes, and he tried so hard to hold his tears back; he couldn't let himself break! And yet...
"S...s-stop it..." He begged, his hands clutching at his head and pulling his hat down, as if trying to hide away from the verbal agony. "I...I'm not evil....i'm not...!!"

"You sound like the fake fanatical followers my Lord has to deal with every single day," Felix said with a conclusive voice. "If I followed a fake God, you'd be dead. Were I human, you'd be dead. It is only in the good grace of the Lord and his mercy I have not slain you where you stand because the temptation is great. No one will slay Edward. He is the bringer of purity, not of evil. He is not the Angel of Light for nothing, you fool."
"A false title for a false being," a voice of a character that Michael has to work on said from the shadows. A hooded man walked out and sighed. "A whole family and a whole lot of people... and most of them have powers and archenemies already. It figures the high paying jobs would be the hardest."
"What the...?!" Felix turned his head, keeping his sword pointed at Desmond.
"Ahhhh, I decided to show myself to you. I'm not an assassin like the man with his mouth running over there. That's for my brother, Reonu. He's the actual rogue and he'll be coming soon enough." He pulled his hood down to reveal... oh wow, go figure, he was a Blood Elf. "I am Elenor, blood knight of Silvermoon."
"Why does a World of Warcraft character want us?" Felix asked, eye twitching.
"Well I was paid to kill you, your lover, your daughter, your friends, and their children. I'm here to wipe out the entirity of the Skylark Superchildren, including the Twilight Angel and the Angel of Light and my 'chivalry,' go figure, as a knight keeps me from killing you in your sleep," Elenor said. "But it seems people want you dead already and I cannot get paid unless I do the deed myself and bring back the heads as proof."
"... ... ... THIS IS TOO FUCKING MUCH!" Felix yelled. "WHY THE FUCK DOES EVERY MOTHER FUCKING PERSON IN THIS MOTHER FUCKING WORLD WANT US FUCKING DEAD?!"
"Sorry mate... that's life," Elenor said. "There's always one person that wants a normal human dead, but... you people are special, so we all want you dead. You'd best prepare to be wiped off of existance because I aim to destroy souls, not just bodies."

Desmond froze. His one human eye widened in shock and horror as he stared at the space ahead of him.
"D-Daughter...?" He asked, the shock obvious in his voice. "You two... have a daughter?"

Double D's gaze shot up to the blood elf. 'Oh, he must be KIDDING! NOW of all times?? Really??'
He then froze at Desmond's question, slowly coming back to him. He stood carefully, watching Elenor out the corner of his eye.
"Yes...we do..." he softly answered. "She's beautiful, and full of promise..."

"You didn't do research on your target?" Elenor said to Desmond, shaking his head. "Shame, shame... I know everything there is to know about this rabble."
"I bet you think you do," Felix growled.

Desmond's mouth hung open, shocked.
"A child... you'd kill a child?" He stuttered, horrified. "Not even the WIZARD'S CHILD DESERVES THAT KIND OF FATE!"
With a scream, Desmond began to twist on the blade he was caught on. Try as he might to keep a steady hand, 4 found the sword slip from his grip, still caught inside Desmond. The Waywalker, however, didn't seem very bothered by the blade in his torso.
"A child is innocence incarnate." Desmond hissed, a strange mechanical churning to his voice. "Anyone who would challenge innocence and good in this sinful world will DIE!!"
Without a moment's hesitation, Desmond produced a metallic shepherd's cane from his cloak. The chirping of his millions of nanobots began to sound off as he pointed the staff at the blood-elf.
"I am God. Prepare for judgement."

Once again, Desmond's words cut into Double D, bringing shock to him. But this was more of a gentle slit, like a warm knife through butter.
Sensing danger, he grabbed Felix by the arm and pulled him out of the crossfire. He spoke softly to his love, his stare locked on Desmond. "...he has more honor than he first comes off as."

"Who, me? Nah, that's Reonu," Elenor said, pulling his sword out. "Speaking of which, I wonder how he's doing. The evacuation's still going under way... I do hope he's gotten with them by now."
Meanwhile, at the evacuation site, Masahiro felt a sudden pang of pain and looked down, feeling a sudden wetness. Trevor saw it and his eyes widened. "Masahiro... buddy... pal... tell me you just pissed yourself."
"Trevor... friend... I did not," Masahiro said.
"... OH MY GOD NO! BAD TIMING, BAD TIMING!" Trevor yelled.
Is the angel having a birth? Reonu thought. Good timing... Guess I can knock one off before it comes into the world... and the mother with it. Two birds, one stab.

The Doctor heard the commotion and stepped out from the TARDIS. "What's going on?!" Nobody had to answer, though-- he saw clearly what was happening.
"What?!" He exclaimed. "Can't you do that later?! This isn't exactly the best time!"
The Doctor began to pace around the lobby, thinking up a storm. "Right. Think, think, thinkthinkthink! Of course! No... YES!" The Doctor spun, pointing a finger at Trevor and Masahiro. "You two; get into the TARDIS!"
The sound had stopped-- was the attack on hold? There was little time to spare. The Doctor had to think fast... wait...
... what was that noise?
Desmond scoffed. "I have enough honor to defend your child, Wizard." He answered, the each of the nanites around him growing until they became the size of houseflies. "But make no mistake... I intend to kill you after this heretic."
Spinning his cane, Desmond's nanites began to fly about, forming a ring around him. "Depart from me, ye cursed into everlasting fire!"
The ground shook-- at first, one might have mistaken it for an earthquake. But this was more rythmic. Almost like footsteps...

Double D was about to reply to Desmond's threat, when he tensed up suddenly.
"...oh, no..." he breathed, clutching tightly to Felix. "Masahiro... he's having the..." He stopped himself, glancing at Felix fearfully.
"Oh, he's not having the baby NOW, is he!?" Fletcher groaned. "Now of all times!"
Skywise's tall ears perked up, and he glanced around feverishly, his wolfin teeth gritting. "Rngh... someone else is here!"

"Oh give me a damn break, I didn't choose to have it now!" Masahiro growled.
"It is a natural procedure," Reonu said. "Come, let's get you into the TARDIS. Quickly now..."
"Excuse me, who the fuck are you?" Trevor asked with a growl in his voice.
"A doctor. I can help deliver the baby if that's..." Reonu said.
"No, no, we'll be fine," Trevor said, growling as there was something he didn't trust about Reonu. "You stay the fuck out and leave us be."
"Your untrustworthiness might do more harm than good," Reonu said.
"Hell? There is no Hell," Elenor said, keeping a smirk on his face. "The Light will destroy you, foolish mortal."
"Why does everyone and their fucking mothers want us dead?" Felix growled, keeping his sword trailed on Elenor as he began to try and sneak Edd out of there.
He bumped right into a figure that blasted a hole in his stomach.
"... Gaaaaah!" Felix growled and healed it, turning to notice the Blood Elf Female there, wearing black robes and smirking.
"There's no escape. My brother will kill the fool who calls himself God. Then he will kill you. We will wipe out your entire family and destroy your friends as well. The Sin'Dorei are more powerful than any of you fools..."
"While you're being a bitch, I have one thing to ask... Do you know of a Melleana?" Felix asked.
"... How do you know that name?" the girl snarled, taken off guard.
"Were I not an angel, I would lie to you, but all I want to say is the truth. Your friend has lost her eyes and is currently in a traumatized state," Felix said.
"What?! Did you...?!"
"The man who did it is dead, but nonetheless... she has not been seen in a long time."
"... Damnit. Elenor, finish quickly. I cannot stay. I must be off." With that, the female dissapeared into the shadows.
"... I never lie, but that's a step in the right direction."

"Angels can't lie?" Desmond repeated mockingly. "That's a lot, I suppose, coming from the God that lied to Abraham. But I digress." He smiled sadistically, the nanites chirping up a storm.
"My followers have this place surrounded, cur." He whispered. "Leave now and let me continue my work!"
"Wait... who has this place surrounded?" 4 asked. Looking out the window, he got his answer: a giant, red eye stared in at everyone in the apartment. Surrounded by a metal frame, it seemed to be a humongous head was lurking outside the building.
Desmond's eyes narrowed. "What say you? I'll show you more mercy than that antique god whose angels let the Wizard rule a city."
The Doctor noticed the conflict unfolding and rushed over excitedly. "Hi. Um, I don't know if now is the time to fight." He pointed outside calmly. "That isn't a friendly noise, now is it?"
He looked at Reonu calmly. "Besides; if you're really a doctor, you could perform an endocrinology to make sure the baby's safe. Couldn't you?"

Perceval, who was clinging quite close to Masahiro as he went into labor, stood protectively in front of his love, shaking his head vigorously. He needed no words to know that he didn't trust this man in the slightest.
"Look, we'll handle it, okay?" Raz exasperated.
"Yeah! Mind your own business!" Eddy added in for good measure.
'The Shin-dorei now?? I don't even KNOW what those people ARE!' Double D's eye twitched. This was getting really tiresome, really quickly. And that dreaded feeling of his charge being in danger only grew.
Holding Felix and making sure he healed alright, he made a quick, subtle nod to 4. With everyone gone, and his questions answered, there was no reason left to stay. Time to get the heck outta dodge.
A simple bending of light waves, just like always, and the trio disappeared to the naked eye.
