Kyle jsut gave a chuckle seeing the rsponse of the duo before he pulled out his pkball and rubbed it against hsi shirt looking at the gleam of the pokeball's blue shine as he put it bak onto his blet and looekd back at them.
"well you're afas reader. it would take am e a long tim ot get through that bok!" Kyle exclaiemd chuckling a Merine was wearing her jacket like a scarf around her neck right now.
" W-well I guess we cna have a pkemon battle at one point then..." Merine then replied softy.

"Well, my thirst of knowledge makes it quicker to read things," She told Kyle.

"Do you feel up to it Merry?" Kyle then asked stopping nad turning around pickinup his pokeball and enlarging it.
"Urm. I guess... not much of a choice now..!" Merine replied as she ook out a pokeball and enlarged it as well..

Edd smiled.
"I'm ready."
She took off her shoes, gathered two twigs, and tied her socks on each branch.
"You'll each use three pokemon. The first one who has all three pokemon unable to battle will lose."
She put each twig in each hand.
"Good luck to both of you."

"ER.. I don't have-" was all Kyle spoke before two hands with 5 pokeballs in them were shoved toward him.
"Take 2. any 2. Gotta play a fair game right?" Merine replied with a smile as Kyle was looking at the5 orbs.
"Er.... thanks then.." KYle replied softly taking a random duo and tkaing his own place a MErine took her own place.
"Go! Kentaro!" Merine exclaimed throwing the pokeball. comig out, was a chinchou.
"Go erm.."
"Fal"
"Fal!"
Cue KYle throwing hte pokeball, and appearing out was a Leafeon. standing tall

A Wind blew as a immense silence started for a moment.
"....Kentaro! Use Discharge!" MErne the exclaimed as the first few seconds the Chinchou didn't respond... but shortly after followed through
"ChinnnnCHOU!" Kentaro exclaimed, lettin loosea blue thunder.
"Fal! Use Quick Attack!" Kyle exclaimed pointing at the Chinchou.
"LEAF!"Fal responded loudly as she vanished in a blur, shortly after appearing beside KEntaro and giving a swift kick to the side causign the Chinchou to skid on the gorund... and then get 'knocked out'
Merne sweatdropped.
"I guess I lose this one.... Kentaro doesn't really wanna... get up." Merine repleid sweatdropping seeing how that Chinchou was just lazing on the ground

KYle and Merine shortly after then returned the pokemon as Kyle threw out a pokeball
Following up he had a Spinda named Tinker
Merine had the Aron named Einstein
Unfortunately after a time span of say 10 minturs of running around the Spinda was defeated utterly a she laid on the groudn with the aron nomming on her head

The next pokemon-
Kyle t hrew out his special pokeball as popping out was his Marill. Mike.
Merine followed up with her last pokemon at hand. Both expecte hte same results.
Jumping out was Sam the Houndoom, rather big andstrong. Mike wans't intimiddated howeve.
The twowent int oa deep batle, and depsite Sam's obvious body strength superiority. His type was weak to Mike's water-based attacks.
As it seemed victory was assured for Kyle, Same whippedhis tail out quickly, taking a nice hit at Mike knocking him outquickly

She untied the socks from the branches she has collected, put them back on her feet, and put her shoes back on. She went over to Kyle.
"You did your best. You both did."

"Yeah, it was a good game. now that's over. wanna get back to the hotel. our pokemon could use the rest.
