"REALLY???" he beamed. "A MASTER CHEF?!? OOOOH I'LL HAVE TO MAKE YOU MY SPAGHETTI SOME TIME! IT'S SPECTACULARLY GOOD STUFF, ESPECIALLY WITH TORIEL TEACHING ME!" He couldn't help but be utterly infatuated with this human- she knew who he was! She knew and it was weird, but he didn't give two Gaster Blasters in a tank of grease.
"OH, IF YOU DON'T MIND MY ASKING, WHAT WAS GOING ON EARLIER?"

The girl looked away, looking a bit uncomfortable at the question. "Yeeeeaaaah... We could TELL something was going on with you're head there, we just couldn't tell WHAT." Undyne looked to the woman oddly as she continued looking around, almost avoiding their gazes really. "What WAS that all about anyway-? Who were those mooks trying to take over you're head?"
"Trust me. You're better off not knowing." ..... She notices the looks and groans. "Look, their real wrath of god type guys. So really what does it matter who they are? You're going to see a LOT MORE of those kinds of guys around here on this island." She continues looking around... It didn't seem like random movement either, she seemed to be scanning the horizon for something... "Hmmm....."

Papyrus got right up next to her, looking around as she did. "WHATCHA LOOKING FOR?" he asked, being just a pinch too giddy.

The God-tier continued looking about, catching Undyne's attention as she looked around along with her. "Well... You remember when I said I know what's causing this fog right?" Undyne remembered, it was one of the things she mentioned as she made herself presentable. The battle had more then battered her old god-tier robes. "Well, I know how to fix it too... And I should get to fixing it before this damned stuff causes anymore damage then it already HAS."
.... Damage? Fog could cause DAMAGE?
"What are you talking about?" Undyne inquired, raising an eyebrow. "What exactly CAN this fog do anyway? That's still a little fuzzy to me."
"Well, it can do a lot of things. It can connect people to the worst parts of themselves, parts that they probably don't even know exists." ..... Undyne's eyes widened as she recalled her ghost memories... "In short, the power to turn anyone that enters within into Monsters." She notes Papyrus' expression. "And not the friendly kind either."
Undyne's eye twitched a bit. "You know." She grinned. "I would appreciate it if you didn't use monster like some kind of slang term to describe something so BAD. It kind of comes off as OFFENSIVE?"
"..... Sorry." She seemed to mean it too. "What kind of term should I use then?"

"OOOOOOH! I know the show you're talking about! Yeah yeah! Danger Beast works really well!" The young girl grinned as she seemed to narrow down where she was going. "Anyways, we should hurry. I'm not the only one those 'Wrath of God' guys managed to get under control." "Wait what?" Undyne looked to the girl oddly, arms crossed. "How do you know this exactly?" The girl nodded to the question. "Easy. Those jerkwads kept us under telepathic control the whole time, so we were always aware of each other's movements. Before I broke contact with him, he seemed to be taking on some kind of wolf monster in the city." .... !!!!! "WHICH DO NOT EXPLAIN THE METEORS."?? Papyrus and Undyne looked too. They found a shower of meteors falling down on a city in the distance, being matched by explosive fiery lights. The island itself quaked as the meteors hit. "............ Holy crap-!!" So THAT was her contact- "I know how to stop the fog and return my contact back to his pacifist self... We should hurry."

Papyrus nodded, pulling a bone forth. "INDEED! LET'S HEAD OVER THERE AND FINISH THIS MESS!" He ran forward, twirling the bone around as it extended, Papyrus then lifting off into the air in a hilarious display. "ALL THAT TRAINING PAYED OFF, UNDYNE! I CAN FLYYYY!" he cheered, aiming himself toward the city in the distance.

...... Undyne and Erin looked at each other curiously a moment, the stares flat. A moment later, Erin opened a void portal and reached in... When she pulled back, she had collected Papyrus before he could get any closer to the chaos. The God-Tier, almost amused at the antics, couldn't help but chuckle. "Look, dude. I LOVE enthusiasm, really I do. But if someone over there in town is giving my contact trouble, then that means going there would get us caught inbetween a full on war between TWO beings that could slaughter all three of us in an instant."
Leaving Papyrus with THAT pleasant image, Erin turns to Undyne... She takes notice that the poor fish woman was only in a swimsuit. "Oh boy... Here." She hands Undyne a jacket. "It'll help you keep warm."
"Thanks..." Undyne was quick to slip it on and zip it up. "Okay let's get back on topic. If we're not going that way, then where ARE we going?"
Erin grinned to herself as she looked at the two. "I hate to be the bearer of bad news... But we're gonna be going somewhere a bit creepier then this place. So if you don't want to help then-"
Undyne grinned. "Are you kidding? You couldn't even beat me and Papyrus! And besides, if you're going to be in danger and this chore's going to end this fog, then I say we get to it!"

Papyrus nodded, looking to the odd woman. "INDEED! THERE WERE SCARIER THINGS IN THE UNDERGROUND, LIKE THAT OCTOPUS THAT LIVED NEAR UNDYNE'S HOUSE!" Papyrus noted. "I BELIEVE WE'LL BE JUST FINE, THANK YOU."

... Erin grinned. "Cool~." Just as brave as she remembered. "In that case, let's get going! There's a lot of things we have to do today, and by the looks of things, we have so little time to do it IN."
With a grin, Undyne formed up a spear of magical energy and stood a little taller. In the face of Armageddon, that smirk was a great sight to see. "Okay! So where are we headed then~?"

Erin looked away from the city, towards a point on the island where the fog seemed to get thicker.
"To the epicenter. We're taking out the fog at it's source."
