Time to dust off this thread and get things started.
I will use the wonderful thing known as Random Number Generator for the swapping of powers unless there are power trades that people want to happen like the Ruby and Sonic power swap and the Captor and Bomberman swaps last year.

As of right now thread is open to post characters you wish to enter into the generator. I will note that some characters may actually end up as civilians or in other words get no powers due to how some of the cast may go.
