"A year for Ruby and I," Blake offered.
"Todd's been here longer than any of us," Ruby offered. "Sis has been here for 3 years."

"Oh wow." Kelsey was well aware by now how interesting this island was bound to be, but to stick around for that long? "I just got here myself. Had kind of a crazy first day, now I'm just trying to relax."

"Yeah, I guess..." Kelsey sighed, sinking slightly and going quiet so they could watch the movie. If there was one thing she was certain of, it was that she would never be safe.

Maybe getting to know these guys was for the better. It was clear that Kelsey was surrounded by above-average people. It would be nice to have other people like her on her side for once.

Ruby chuckled. "I guess I could try to dress as Mad Eye for Halloween," she offered. "I've already got the patch that could be modified." She petted Pommy affectionately.

"Heheh... Yeah..." Kelsey murmured, just barely aware of what was being discussed. She was already starting to drift. Maybe she was just a lot more tired than she thought. Maybe she was just tuning out the world in favor of the movie.
Why did she always feel so strange whenever she watched Harry Potter?
As the movie went on, it got to a point where she was hardly even watching it so much as just staring blankly at the screen. Before she knew it, Harry and Cedric were in the cemetery being confronted by peter Pettigrew and Voldemort. Cue the Twilight jokes.

"Oh noooooes... Cedric gonna turn into a vampire now..." Kelsey murmured with a low chuckle, sounding as if she was only slightly awake.
She took a moment to look around the room, trying her best to remember names despite how tired she was. Ruby... Blake... Pretty sure that one was Nora... Um... Forsaken? No, Forsaken was the other one. Couldn't remember the little guy's name... She'd have to get them all down at some point.
Quickly, Kelsey's mind switched over from trying to remember names to wondering where she was getting breakfast tomorrow.
