Danukas gave a big, toothy smile as he entered the castly, the Coner Cruo held close by his side. "Sveikinimai visiems," he said with a friendly air. "I trust I'm not late? The Crawlers in the Dark had to have a representitive here, to ensure things went... smoothly."

"Unlike last time, though, I WILL WIN!" Shinichi yelled. But his hopes failed as purple lightning struck him down and rendered him unconscience.
"That's what you think," Shagrath practically purred as he walked out of the shadows and then towards Double D. "You're the one who helped that angel destroy my father... Well aren't I lucky? I get to watch you die a painful, agonizing death. And then, of course, I'll be sure to pay the same respects to your beloved."

"N-no! NO!!" Seeing all the enemies surrounding him from all angles, Double D began to panicking, trying once again to pull away and escape the inevitable. "No, please, PLEASE..!"
"Ah, Shagrath. Well timed." Nida sighed almost in pity at a collapsed Shinichi. "A shame. I did give him his chance, though he wasted it with pointless resistance." She twirled back to face the terrified boy. "In mere moments, you'll grant me the greatest power I've ever devoured. Aren't you the lucky lad?"
Double D sobbed in response. When all seemed lost...
"HECK NO!![/b]"
(good time for the heroes to show up ^^ btw, let's try and wait for gantz.)

"HOLY DESTRUCTION!"
"What?!" The beam of light flared up from out of nowhere and engulfed Shagrath. He screamed in agony as he was disintegrated into nothingness. Felix landed, glowing with the same orange aura he had against Lucifer, Shagrath's now dead father.
"For you," he snarled at Nida, "it's surrender or destruction." He drew his sword and held it in battle stance. "Which do you choose?!"
"I'm afraid for the rest of you," Masahiro said, walking in with Perceval on his back, eye glowing in the attempt to control their minds, Hammy and Specter being the targets, "you should all leave while you have a chance or kill yourselves now. Either way you'll be out of our way."

"Not a chance, angel boy," Hammy said, forming two more flames. "Tch. I should have known you would call for help. It still doesn't change the fact Shinichi here betrayed the sockhead. But if you're going to do that..."
Hammy changed position, pointing his right hand at Masahiro, and his left at the ceiling. The Mark of Todd on his left hand glowed, and the flame flew through the ceiling and outside, and then exploded like a firework.

"I know Hammy wanted me to wait here in case he needed help with this whole cartoon character turned angel deal, but this is boring..." Dolphi complained from a tree nearby the castle to Fishhook. At that moment, the purple firework went off. "Oh crap, that's the signal! Let's go!"
Dolphi grabbed Fishhook and turned intangible before running through the walls and into the castle.
"About time! I was getting bored out there! Now what's going on-- Oh. Angels and Super Kids! How fun!" Dolphi said.
((Okay, I'll wait now. XD))

"Well, well, it looks to me Nida that I'm needed." Specter grinned as he aimed the missiles at the group...
BOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Specter's throne took a powerful hit before crashing to the ground. Standing in the place where the black beam the came was Otto whom seemed Ticked off, powerful, ready...
And did I forget to mention ticked off?
"You again, eh Specter?" He snarled, "WHY am I NOT surprised?"
Wally shivered, as he got into a battle stance. He had little reason to worry, there was plenty of light sources to absorb, and Helga was safe back at the apartments with Courage.
Specter growled as he jumped out of his throne pulling out his gadget set, and, with a movement, split his violent purple stun club into two backhand weapons. "Looking for round two, Darkbender? I'm not holding back this time."

Meanwhile...
What were they doing there? The female spirit wasn't exactly liking where this whole thing was going...
Only a few moments earlier, Gantz, her host, had found a creepy castle deep in the woods. Since they would likely be spotted going in the front door, Gantz quickly (Clears throat) MADE a back entrance by means of a Thundaga spell. But the castle wasn't what creeped the spirit of Soul Calibur out...
Shortly after they entered the castle, a very powerful dark energy overwhelmed her senses. Something of great evil lurked in this castle, it's essence was everywhere.
Speaking of everywhere....
"Guh... Spiders..." Gantz groaned with a shakey voice, watching spiders scatter in his presence, "Why couldn't this place have been filled up with Re-Deads? I like Re-Deads better then I like Spiders..."
Soul Calibur rolled it's eyes deep in the boys being, "Get a hold of yourself child. One would think you'd be more concerned of the evil aura in this place, then of it's local fauna."
Gantz tried his best to throw Soul Calibur a dirty look, but, considering the circumstances, it was easy to say, harder to do. "Trust me I noticed it Soul." Gantz said, calling the spirit by a nickname. "This evil energy here is devastatingly spooky..."
Their was an eerie groaning sound somewhere. The boy shivered "In fact, I'll have to go with VERY spooky."
"You better hurry with whatever chore you have in mind." Soul Calibur said with a disdained huff. "Whatever this evil energy is it's trying to pierce your body and soul..." Gantz stopped right there with a confused look. "It may just be this room, but something here is trying to pierce deep into you; it's looking for something inside you."
Gantz gulped, "Are we in trouble?"
"Do not be concerned." The spirit answered, "I am easily able to hold it back. Whatever it's looking for, it will never reach it."
"BLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Gantz jumped, as a strange group of specters suddenly phased through the walls on either side of the boy. The ghosts glared at him, the macabre and dead looks giving the boy the creeps.
"Where's a proton pack when you need one?" Gantz moaned himself, as he pulled out his sword... Which suddenly started to glow a violent greenish blue.
"Come at us, filthy specters!"

Startled, Double D shot up, glancing over his shoulder to find the whole gang breaking through the doorway.
"DOUBLE D!!"
"Y...you all came..!!"
"Of COURSE we did!"
Ed stopped short, locking eyes with Nida. He froze at her rabid snarl. "YOU!! You're the wretched boy who escaped my grasp!!"
"Darn RIGHT, Spider Queen!" Ed exclaimed, gaining shocked gazes from almost everyone. "Now you're gonna try to eat Double D, aren't you!?"
"EAT him!?" Eddy glared at her. "Oh, HELL no! We won't let you!!"
"INSOLENT PESTS!!" Nida shrieked, her body crackling in a terrible, disgusting transformation. She grew slightly in size, and more legs sprouted from her waist, dark, hairy, and clawed at each joint. Fangs dripping with venom crowded her jaws, and her hair fell into her face, but her mutliple red eyes still shown through.
"HOLY~!"
"That's new."
Letting out an otherwordly screech, Nida advanced on the group, thrashing her strong arachnid arms about and spraying her webs in all directions. Fleetfoot dodged them all in midair, and Eddy was briefly stuck to the floor before Skywise swiped by, mounted on Starjumper, and slashed at the webbing, freeing him.
"WHOA!! LOOK OUT!!!"
A heavy foot plunged straight at Perceval, almost too swiftly to see, and he cried out and braced for impact. But before anyone could panick, Nida was knocked away after a flash of light, shreiking in pain. Percy slowly looked up, realizing he was wrapped in a force field, repelling the blow.

Masahiro took her guardlessness to his advantage and charged Nida in anger at her attempt to attack Perceval. "Just for that... YOU DIE FIRST!" He slashed at her face, aiming to stab into her eye.
"Edward!" Felix shrieked, running over to protect Double D from any enemies that would dare attempt to attack.
"Guys!" Trevor yelled, running in through the front door with his compatriots, Minato and Shine, at his side. "We're here to help!"

"Tch! Angels, Super Children, elves, and I don't even know what a few of you are! This is just turning into a big nightmare!" Hammy yelled. He formed more flames and rushed at Trevor attempting to burn him. "FREEZE IN HEL!"
Dolphi formed a second slapping fish, made of blue flames, and rushed at Ed. "You're mine!" He yelled before attempting to smack him with both fish.

As Nida started to get back up...
BOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!
Wally charged at Nida with light beams flying, "New or not, I'm takin' you out freako Spiduh' lady!!!!! YAAAAAH!!!!!!" Sliding underneath the creatures legs he quickly rounded the creature and jumped high in the air.
Meanwhile, Otto and Specter had started to duel fiercely, stun clubs against claws. Otto, powerful and fast, was easily matching Specter's fast blows.
However....
"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGHRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Time I up the Anti!!!!" Roaring with anger, Specter was suddenly surrounded by powerful orbs of psychic energy. "PSYCHIC DISCHARGE!!!!!"
It was a powerful sight; watching orbs of psychic energy move all about the the room. All of them rounded about aiming at whomever Specter pleased...
Namely; anyone that got too close. (Namely whomever wants their good guy characters to be shot at.)
Otto dodged as fast as he could, firing return bursts of dark energy, which Specter deflected with a barrier of psychic energy. "No Mercy for you, vermin." Specter grinned, "I'll teach you a lesson!!! PSYCHIC BURST!!!!!"
Otto was blasted backwards by a powerful sphere of dark energy that blasted out of Specter's very form.

BOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!! SLAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ZAAAAAAAAAAAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Honestly, Gantz was doing a better job against the ghosts then the others were doing against Nida and her gang. A beam of proton energy, provided by the magic of Soul Calibur's spirit, had snagged the three ghosts and, strangely enough, was slamming them against the walls repeatedly. "Roses are red~!!!!" SLAAAM!!!!!! Their went the right side wall. "Violets are blue~!!!" SLAAAAM!!!!! Same with the left. "Pickles are sour~!!!!" SLAAM!!! Their went the cieling. "AND SO ARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!"
WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The ghosts slammed into the floor.
Seeing they were no match for the powerful boy and the freaky sword, the ghosts quickly retreated. Gantz, feeling much better about himself, was standing tall smirking. "Wow! With wrangling skills like that, I coulda joined the Ghostbusters!"
BOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gantz jumped and quickly turned. "Save the jokes for later Gantz. It seems someone's started a party a few rooms over."
Gantz gave a wide grin. "Hey! You're learning some of my humor afterall!"
Soul Calibur frowned with a sweatdrop, "Honestly, I don't know what your talking about, young child."

"Oh, dear. Maybe I should stick around in case the bodies begin to pile up." A filthy smile spilt across Danukas' face as he slowly opened the Coner Cruo. Summoning a dark servant was fairly easy; it only required a blood sacrifice, and Danukas had a special place set up for harvesting the red gold. Before he could begind his incantation, however, a cold force knocked the fiend to the ground.
"I take it that I'm just in time. Excellent." With a matter-of-fact motion, the Wizard swept the Coner Cruo away from its holder and stepped forward. "My plans are too important for some spider to ruin them, you see. I had to step in directly."

(GAH SLOW DOWN GUYS XDDDD)
As the chaos went on, Nida dodging attacks and snarling at all her adversaries, Perceval glanced up, finding a hand coated in webbing outstretched, sustaining the force field.
"Wow. Even when he's in trouble, he's still able to fufill his Guardian duties," Skywise noted before one of Spector's shots landed in his wolf's path, spooking it and throwing him off. "WAH!!"
"E-Eddward!! Vous êtes pas maux!"
"Percy!" Double D opened his arms as far as he could and allowed the boy to leap into his arms. "Sont vous d'accord?"
"Oui, oui!" Percy paused at a small, tinkling sound. He drew away and looked down, and gasped at the multicolored, shimmering rock that had suddenly appeared, incased around his Guardian Angel's feet. "...?"
"Whoa!" Eddy noticed it too, dashing closer for inspection. "What the heck is...!?"
"Th-this is natural, Eddy! I-it's a crystalization my body's going through on its own!" Double D rushed out, warily watching as it slowly crackled and spread up his legs. "That woman, she wants to take my soul when I'm completely encased! You HAVE to keep her away from me!"
"AH! GOT IT!!" Quickly, Eddy dashed off, spreading the news around. "GUYS! DON'T LET HER NEAR DOUBLE D!!"
Terribly confused, Perceval glanced up at Double D fearfully. "Qu...Qu'est-ce que c'est...?"
"Percy... pour une fois, j'ai besoin de VOTRE aide," he softly told him, the crystal quickly spreading up his waist, freezing him in place. "S'il vous plaît...je compte sur vous."
"...oui.... d'accord...!" Percy hugged him one last time, until his soft, warm form was replaced by cold stone. The boy drew away, watching with wide eyes as the beautiful crystal wrapped its way around his arms, upwards still until he was completely frozen over, petrified in almost a pose of release.
(btw, that was not meant to be romantic. just a cute little comfort scene between the lad and his Guardian Angel)

"Fine... none of you will touch him!" Masahiro yelled.
The darkness opened up and Shadow stepped out. "Sorry I'm late." She formed a spear in her hand. "How much did I miss?"
"What are you doing her?!" Trevor yelled, remember her from the battle against Lucifer.
"What am I doing here... well, since I'm bored, I've decided to come make sure that your friend dies, his soul eaten so he can never return, and your friend suffer for eternity," Shadow said like it was nothing.
Trevor was about to reply, but Shine stepped up. "You never change, do you?! Filthy little bitch!" she yelled at Shadow, then charged out at her with her hammer.
"Protect Double D. Shine will handle Shadow and I will take care of the others," Minato told Trevor, then put his evoker to his head and summoned Thanatos. "Thanatos! Incapacitate them!" His persona replied by drawing its weapons and charging the enemies.

Hammy jumped out of the way of Thanatos' path just in time. "Oh course. Now I know who you are! You're that Japanese kid that fought Nyx! Haha!" Being the God of Gossip had its advantages. Like knowing about peoples weaknesses. "However, Thanatos here isn't strong against anything but dark, so my flames will do just fine on you!" And at that, he launched his fireballs at Minato.
"Hammy, shut the hell up!" Dolphi yelled from across the battlefield. "You're not helping!"
"Indeed," said Ms. Dopple from the shadows. Somehow, she had gotten into the room undetected, and for now, was going to watch the show. It would be fun later on, when everyone was incapacitated.
