Aby couldn't keep that in, and she burst out laughing, tears practically streaming down her face. She'd known about the "bug", sure, but it hadn't concerned her. Even with the way her world relied on computers for just about everything. Some people had panicked, stuffing their houses with stored pokeballs and items. But she had been among the quieter group sitting in a corner laughing their heads off. Computers had been adapted for the calender switch as soon as the first whispers of the virus went around. Heck, she was so amused by this that she completely missed Rah-boy's calender quote.
She looked like she wanted to say something, but every time she opened her mouth more laughter came out. She couldn't form words at how ridiculous this young adult's worries were. It looked like she was having trouble standing. Ginko blinked and turned to Yuusuke, "I'm afraid I don't know much about that," back to Aby, "Are you going to be all right?"
Suzu looked at Aby before turning back to Yuusuke, "I'm going to assume by her reaction it was another one of those silly human fears where half the world goes into a panic needlessly."
Oh yes, poor Yuusuke so loved to be laughed at like he was some kind of idiot... it was probably lucky Zero wasn't in the area at the momen. He considered Y2K to be one of the funniest programming related jokes in the history of viruses.

Yuusuke crossed his arms indignantly. His eyes were squinted in a sort of scowl. Rax'aar, however, noticed this and backed away from the human.
"This... isn't going to end well." The young alien thought to himself.
Yuusuke actually had to hold himself back from charging up the Rei Gan. As it was partially his fault he believed, this would suffice.
And then he pulled his fist back. And aimed for the top of Aby's head.
Don't you just hate it when Rax'aar's right?

This was probably the most interesting thing Suzu had seen thus far. The "spirit detective" was about to bash the human woman's head in. Ginger just covered her face, not wanting to see the immenent fight.
Aby saw the fist out of the corner of her eye and made an attempt to sidestep. It was unlikely in her state, trying to recover from her epic gigglefit, that she would avoid the hit, but at least she could only receive part of it. A good dose of pain would probably be enough to bring her out of it. Providing Yuusuke didn't "cheat" with spirit powers, the two would at least be able to put on a show. Aby was out of practice enough, however, that Yuusuke would probably end up winning.
Suzu's sword was held loosely in one hand as he waited for what he assumed would be a one-sided fight to commence. Ginko was peeking out from her hand. She didn't want to see Aby get killed, but she had to admit it was a little interesting how badly Yuusuke's temper was known to flair...
(OOC: Basically, Yuusuke would win even without spirit powers. But it has the potential for being pretty epic. XD)

He missed a large part of her head but, at the very least, his fist managed to connect.
"DON'T LAUGH, IDIOT! I DIDN'T SAY I BELIEVED IT. I SAID PEOPLE WHERE I COME FROM DO!" Yuusuke yelled.
Contrary to popular belief, if he tried enough, he probably COULD have killed Gouki by yelling.
...and no one got that.

Aby's failed dodge meant Yuusuke had clipped the top of her nose, which was now mildly bleeding. Interestingly, she was grinning as a result of this as she wiped her nose on her bare arm. No longer laughing, however, and to many humans the grin would have been a little scary.
"It is so on!" she literally growled and threw a fist foward towards the black haired teen. She already had a plan to kick him in the side if he tried to block her punch. Chances are, one or the other would connect, although if Yuusuke was having a really bad day they both would.
Ginko hopped back, "Suzu-san, you might want to give him room."
Suzu shrugged and took a few steps backwards. He was quite curious in how this was going to turn out. As far as he could see, the idiotic human woman was more than outclassed. But he could tell by how quickly she returned the attack she had been wanting to do this for some time.
On a side note, it quite resembled the "male bonding" cliche seen in so much anime. Even though one of the two members of the fight was female...

Aby's tossed fist caught Yuusuke in the face. It hurt... but not as bad as the kick that hit his side. He was knocked aside for a moment. He had to take a pause. This was too... familiar. What was this girl, female Kuwabara?
...actually, that inspired an epic nickname to leave Yuusuke's lips.
"Alright then, Femabara. You're pretty tough. Not as tough as me, mind you." Yuusuke stated, and then came back with a blow of his own, not making sure where he was aiming at this point.
Much similar to his first fight with Kuwabara, also known as the boy sneezing his head off right about now.

She forced herself to bite her tongue to avoid making a noise about how badly the punch in her gut hurt. This guy was good, better than anyone she could easily remember. She spit the blood from her tongue to the side as he came up with her nickname. She grinned and tried to knee him in the gut, preparing to dodge any counter he attemped at the same time.
"We'll see about that, Yuuko." she sarcastically replied. For some reason she found herself enjoying the fight.
Ginko stood there feeling rather awkward. Suzu had sat down on some tombstone and was working on cleaning his sword. There was still blood on it from when he impaled Ginko. With nothing else handy, he was using the gravity defyinig sash with bells on it to clean with. He was only keeping a casual interest on the fight.
And yes, she had just given Yuusuke a nickname that would only be used for girls, attaching the "-ko" feminine suffix onto a shortened version of his name. She'd heard enough of foreign naming conventions from people she had bred Pokemon for to know it would be quite the insult to any "tough guy". She had no idea, however, how similar it was to the name of Yuusuke's girlfriend.
(OOC: Japanese superstition based humor FTW! XD And I'm not good at fight scenes, so bear with me. XD)

And, yet again, Yuusuke was pissed off. Perhaps it was because of how it sounded. he didn't know much about foreign language suffixes, mind you. But it SOUNDED like she was combining his and Keiko's names. Which didn't sit well with him.
And so, he went into a fury of punches, such as those he'd made with Suzu. Only difference being he barely EVER connected.
At least he got an A for effort...

Aby was surprised at how raged Yuusuke had gotten. Right like that the "fun" had left the fight. But she had been prepared to dodge and avoided the hits. Heck, she didn't even have to try hard. Where was the guy aiming?
She spun around and made a move to elbow him in the back. He may have lost his focus but she hadn't. If he tried to whirl around to avoid the attack or counter after getting hit, she'd try to trip him.
Ginko had taken a wide route and was standing next to Rax'aar, "Is she always this hot-headed? And before you ask, yes, Urameshi-kun is."
Suzu wiped his blade off a final time and looked up. That temper the boy possessed was going to screw him over in the fight. He yawned, seeing the fight having already been won by Aby with the way Yuusuke was raging. He wondered if it would be over soon.

...there was also the fact that she'd presented him with a female suffix, Yuusuke noted. However, what with all the insults Kuwabara tossed out, the only thing that really pissed him off about it was the aforementioned combination of names. Yeah. Totally not a Freudian slip.
And this was, of course, not Yuu's day. Her elbow struck his back, AND he found himself falling forward. If not for the fact that he'd managed to roll into a semi-crouch, he'd have had a bad, bad faceplant.
"Heh. Pretty good. Personally I would've aimed for the face, but..." Yuusuke trailed off. His rage passed enough for him to think coherently.
"...yes. Yes she is." Rax'aar responded to Ginger.
"Does he have a high dexterity save, or is he saving face?"

"I'm not sure what that means exactly, but it would appear Urameshi-kun is acting poorly due to his anger. I think it is because your friend gave him a feminine nickname. I assume it was in response to that "Femabara" line. And no, I have no idea what that was supposed to mean."
Aby smirked as Yuusuke took the hit like he knew how to take a fall. To the surprise of almost everyone, she extended her bangled hand to the teen, "You're no fun like this," she sighed. What she was thinking was along the lines of 'you're pissed and its preventing you from fighting well'. Suzu was midly confused, wondering why the human woman hadn't killed Yuusuke when she had the chance.
It was entirely possible for Yuusuke to yank her down and get a good return hit in on her if he was so inclined... she had dropped her guard and would now react more on reflex than actual battle sense.

Yuusuke had a moral issue. He could either: A) Grab her wrist and score another hit, or B) Do the honorable thing and admit that he was sucking at his fighting.
And, of course, he tried to be a man of honor when he could. This was one of those times. He took the offered hand and pulled himself back to his feet. Well... more to his feet than he was, at least.
"Yeah, well, just be glad I didn't feel like killing you." Yuusuke responded.
"Waitwaitwait. This... 'Youko Kurama' guy does know that his name's extremely... female-ish, yes?" Rax'aar asked the obvious.
Of course, he had no idea what the word Youko actually meant. Else he wouldn't have asked his question.

Ginko was about to answer Rax'aar when Suzu facepalmed. He hopped of the tombstone and was standing in front of Rax'aar with more speed than was natural... for a human, at least.
"Youko is a term that indicates Kurama's status as a powerful dark spirit fox. He has multiple tails in fox form. She," he pointed to Ginko, "Is a light kitsune. You should be grateful for that, as nine tails as an indication of great power and age. And while Kurama falls well into the category of "beauty" to humans, he is more than enough to handle the likes of you."
Aby scoffed, making sure Yuusuke was capable of standing on his own before letting go, "It'll be interesting to see what you can do then," she paused, "Without cheating and using that crazy beam of yours."
In relation to Suzu's comments, it was a good thing he had been sealed before Kurama became Shuuichi. The joke about feminity went right over his head. Yuusuke, on the other hand, was not likely to miss that. As for Aby... well, no one said she was smart...

Yuusuke found himself laughing. He shouldn't have, but... even he had made a few jokes about Kurama's feminine... qualities. Such as his hair. Or his girl-like body.
"...ah, well then. My mistake for not knowing your needlessly convoluted suffixes. I should be hanged for my lack of knowledge." Rax'aar noted.
And, at this point, it was hard to tell if he was being sarcastic or not.
"This 'crazy beam of mine' is called the Rei Gun, thank you. You're just lucky I didn't use the Rei GAN."

"Rei Gun or Gan, crazy beam, whatever," she shrugged.
Suzu had glanced at Yuusuke, "What's funny about that?" He didn't seem to care about Rax'aar's sarcastic/serious comment.
"I'd like to meet this Kurama," said Ginko, before pausing for a moment, "Well, I suppose it would be safer to meet him with you there. If he's a dark kitsune I see us clashing."
"He'd wipe the floor with you," Suzu said, "His mastery over plants would make most humans wet themselves."
Ginko took offense at that, "I can use fire you know. As a Pokemon I am a fire type."
(OOC: I'm pausing here because Ginko/Ginger just left herself open for a comment from Yuusuke about "fire" and Kurama's powers.)
