"You should get that looked at..." Mokuba stated.
The pre-teen was choosing to ignore the lines about tuning. It was less from acceptance and more that he didn't understand half of what was happening. Kisa looked up at him and gave an attempted smile at his concern. It came out as more of a grimace, her throat still hurt quite a bit. Akina seemed confused by something, but Kisa saw no reason to pry. Beyond that, she didn't feel like talking. She was more concerned at how her parents would react to her injury, really. She stood up without saying anything more. She had put a hand back to her throat, letting it hover above it. It hurt to touch.
"Is that bastard going to show back up?" Mokuba asked.

Akina looked back at where Enjin had run off to, and after a moment, shook his head.
"I doubt it. I get 'off' after two or three strong tunings, and his powers are weaker, so he's probably gone to find someone to put him back in tune again," Akina explained. He looked back toward Kisa and frowned. "I agree with Mokuba-kun, though. You need to get that looked at."
He stood up and looked back in the direction they had been walking. Enjin had gone that way, but Akina doubted they'd be seeing Enjin for a while after that. He wasn't too worried.

Kisa gave a smile towards Akina's suggestion and nodded. That would mean a hospital visit, and she'd already concerned her parents enough with one. Something that had been nagging at her finally clicked, and she jerked her head towards the direction Enjin had run. There was extreme worry on her face. Since Enjin had been unable to take over her body (for reasons she wasn't sure of), it was possible her parents were in danger. It was possible that if she wanted to keep them safe, she was still going to have to do things for Enjin.
"Hey, you okay...?"
Kisa looked towards Mokuba in worry, and then to Akina. It was clear it hurt to speak, but she was forcing words out anyways, "I'm worried about my parents... Akina-san, you know Enjin-san, correct? Would... would he target my parents because he couldn't control me?"

"I don't know. I've only really run into Enjin once in my world," Akina said with a bit of a sigh. "He's a bit of a wild card. I think that first time I encountered him he was just trying to test me and my friends' abilities. He didn't start actively coming after me until I got here."
Which concerned Akina. Just how long had Enjin been here, anyways?
"I think you should still be careful, though. He might go after them because of what happened," Akina warned.

That had been what she expected to hear. That had been what she had been afraid to here. She paused for a long moment, as if she'd forgotten how to do anything but exhale shallow breaths. Mokuba looked at her with concern, well aware of what she was probably thinking. She had a close relationship with her parents. While Mokuba didn't even remember his and Gozaburo was far from counting, he did have a close relationship with his brother... While he was sure Seto could take care of himself, could Kisa's parents?
"H-hey, Kisa? You don't have to take me to find onii-sama... You can head home to check on your parents if you want."
"M-Mokuba-san...?"
Mokuba flashed as smile, "Hey, it's family right? I'm not defenseless, I've got ways to find information out myself. We should probably go though."
There seemed to be a level of slight relief, "Thank you very much!"

Akina nodded. "Yeah, you should head back to your parents' place. I can make my way to a hotel on my own."
The three of them managed to make it out of the alleys after all by following the direction they had been going, and Akina managed to get a good look at the city. Well, he definitely wasn't in Japan. And yep, he was definitely in some other dimension. This was just lovely.
"I'm gonna split from you two here. Hopefully we'll run into each other again some other time," Akina said with a smile. He pointed at Kisa's throat. "You should get that checked out, alright?"
And with that, he started heading down the sidewalk. Maybe he could get a map or something...

Mokuba blinked as Akina stated he was seperating. That meant he'd be left alone here. It wasn't like he couldn't handle it, but he was a bit overwhelmed by his surroundings. He didn't know about this "dimension" stuff, but the city wasn't Cairo or Tokyo, by any definition. Well, the former was a given, last he'd checked Egypt didn't exactly get snow.
Kisa gave a very slight nod at Akina's suggestion. She could get it checked out after she checked on her parents. What was she supposed to tell them, though? Given what she'd seen of Enjin, it wasn't as if they could fight him. Would telling them just worry them? She looked at the spots of dried blood on her hand from where she'd first touched her throat. Akina had told her to do what she needed to do... she was going to have to cooperate with Enjin for the time being.
"Mokuba-san, are you sure you'll be alright on your own?"
Mokuba gave a firm nod, "Yeah, I'll be fine."
Providing no one thinks they need to use me to lure Niisama out..., Mokuba's thoughts were expressed via a pained nervous chuckle. He shook his head.
"Hurry up and go home. Aren't you the older one here?" Mokuba stated.
Kisa looked at where Akina was already walking off, "I... I don't think Enjin-san will attack again if Akina-san says so. Mokuba-san, about that necklace...?"
Mokuba looked down at the Torque. He'd forgotten about it, really, Niisama will know what to do with it... You never answered me how you know about the Millenium Items, though."
"I only know they're... well, there's a darkness about them. I've encountered another one, I didn't know there were more."
Mokuba paused. She had said pendant before, "Was one shaped like an inverted pyramid?"
"N-no... well... it had an upright triangle, but it was more like a circle with prongs hanging off it."
"The Ring!?"
"R-Ring? Enjin-san had it, so..."
Mokuba looked deathly worried as Kisa stated that. Enjin had it. Somehow, Enjin had gotten Bakura's Item. Wait, hadn't Yuugi had it? So... so whatever had brought his brother to the Island had effected the Items as well. Quite possibly the entire cave. The reason for the collapse in the first place? Kisa looked like she was about to ask him what was wrong when Mokuba darted past her.
"Mokuba-san!"
Mokuba stopped, "Go check on your parents! I have to find Niisama!"
He had to get what was going on from a source he trusted. Maybe they were all on the Island after all... surely Seto would know.
