Bubbles gave a deep bow towards the approval of her helping. She turned towards PSI Guy and with a burst of sky blue light from her shoes, rose into the air again. She leaned over from her standpoint about twice as high as Otto stood and gave a sweet smile.
"Are you quite sure you will not return the engine, PSI Guy-san? I do not wish to fight."
Bubbles was ready to move to the side if PSI Guy attacked. For all her cute innocence, she was not completely daft as a fighter. She held her wand close, tucked into the crook of her arm. Her hands were clasped, almost as if she were begging him to not fight. After all, wouldn't it be best if this could end without a fight? She was also worried about Larry. She hoped he wasn't fretting too much.

Before PSI Guy could come up with a retort, Tuddrussel had regained consciousness. After recalling what he'd been doing before getting knocked out, he got up and pointed his gun at PSI Guy again. Boy, he's a slow learner.
"Alright, punk. You're under arrest for grand theft loco," he declared. "You wanna do this the easy way or the hard way? ...Please say hard..."
The masked psychic creature sighed impatiently. "Brainshock," he said in a bored tone. When the attack struck the time cop, he blinked for a moment and simply shrugged it off. "Dammit," he swore to himself when he saw it had no effect. "Dumb jarhead's brain must be too screwed up already."

Bubbles hadn't expected Tuddrussel to wake up so soon. Rather than expressin surprise, though, she seemed quite pleased. However, she had noted that PSI Guy had said something and then more things were flying at the group. She was unsure about the lack of effect, and turned towards PSI Guy as he muttered. She frowned. She was going to have to fight, and she really didn't like doing that without her friends. However, didn't his guard appear to be down...?
"Balloon Stickiness!"
The blue themed Powerpuff Z swung her bubble wand forward with a lot of force. A series of bubbles shot towards PSI Guy. If even one of them hit, PSI Guy would have a spot of sticky substance that would hold him to whatever he ran into next. In fact, if one hit right he'd just be stuck to the ground there. The substance was very tough and would be nearly impossible to break.
(OOC: I figure it CAN be broken, but be creative about it and let me decide if it breaks. I've got a few theories how it could break with the right PSI moves, but I want you to figure it out. If PSI Guy is really really smart (like way smarter than you) I can pass a few more hints.)

The psychic monster yelped as he was suddenly laminated in soapy paste. Growling in frustration, he stuck his hands out and cried out, "PK Fire Ω!"

Bubbles winced as a stream of fire came out from the odd creature's hands. However, it didn't seem to have much in the way of effect on his binding. Or perhaps better to say, much in the way of positive effect. The substance melted a bit, making a wider spread of mess than before and managing to stick PSI Guy to the ground even better than he had before.
The blue Powerpuff Z blinked in confusion, tilting her head sideways for a moment. Her pigtails shifted to the side, and it was rather cute. She looked towards Otto and Tuddrussel for a moment before flying over and landing in front of Otto.
"I am not strong enough to lift a train all by myself, I am afraid. If my team mates were here I think we woul be able to manage, but I fear they are not even in this time. Do you have anything that can get the train back to where it belongs?"

Tuddrussel looked back at the abandoned engine. "Well, there's always puttin' 'er in reverse and chuggin' 'er back to the rest of the train."
"That is true," said Otto thoughtfuly. He then frowned slightly and added, "What are we gonna do about PSI Guy?"
The commanding officer waved it off, "Ah, let's just worry about the train for now. That punk is going nowhere," he said. As Tuddrussel voiced this opinion, the quite peeved psychic Shy Guy was already blasting the inside of his hardened cocoon with subzero-cold waves.

Bubbles nodded at the suggestions of the two. She seemed a bit nervous, shifting her weight from foot to foot as she held her wand close. She was only nodding to the conversation to be polite, she wasn't following it well. It was really quite rude to leave Larry alone longer than she already had. She glanced behind her as the two spoke and looked in thought. She looked back towards the two seconds before PSI Guy blasted his prison.
"In my home world, it was generally the practice for my friends to knock the offending parties out of Tokyo Ci... that is to say, out of our town. I am afraid that will not be quite possible here. Do either of you have a means to detain criminals?"
A visible vein of frost shot up around the sticky mess as soon as PSI Guy blasted it. One could hear the liquid crystalizing. It was visible from the outside as it arched from one side to the other, and the pattern was fairly pretty. Beyond that, however, it had hardened to the density of shaped glass... and would likely shatter just as well. The position of everyone meant Otto and Tuddrussel would be able to see the crystalizing if they were keeping an eye on PSI Guy. Whether they realized it had made the substance brittle or not was another story entirely...

The two found it odd that anyone would just throw their criminals out instead of locking them away. "Simple," stated Tuddrussel matter-of-factly. "We just lock 'em up in jail where they can't hurt nobody until they're willing to live like decent citizens."
Otto was smart enough to know now was not the time to correct his commanding officer over his double negative. "We can always take him back to Void City; they do have an arrest warrant on..."
However, Otto could go no further. The PK Freeze following his PK Fire had the exact effect PSI Guy was going for; once his prison was brittle enough, he broke free with a loud crack like breaking glass. The sound cut the young history whiz off mid-sentence.
Otto and Tuddrussel jumped slightly, having not expected the felon to escape so easily. As PSI Guy dusted himself off, he saw Otto get into a defensive karate stance and Tuddrussel pull out his phaser and aim it at him. He also paid Bubbles a glance, as she would have undoubtedly been preparing herself following his escape as well. The psychic monster got into a stance himself, and an intense silence followed.
PSI Guy wanted so bad to repay them all for that embarrassment, but his PP reserves had been drastically depleted in that escape, and he knew it. Without letting his guard down, he assured them, "You haven't seen the last of me..." Then, without warning, he took off in the open fields at inhuman speeds before vanishing into thin air.
Tuddrussel lowered his weapon in surprise. "What... just happened...?"
"There you are!" Larry ran up to meet them, appearing out of breath as he slowed down, which was weird if you think about it since he's a robot. "I'm so sorry!" he moaned. "I've looked everywhere for the girl, and I can't seem to..." He trailed off when he noticed Bubbles nearby. "Odd... she doesn't seem very 20th century French to me..." he mused.
"Uhhh... well..." Otto scratched the back of his head, wondering how crazy he was about to sound. "She's apparently some alternate universe version of the Powerpuff Girl Bubbles... at least, from what PSI Guy said..."
That explanation certainly threw Larry off.

Bubbles didn't really know how they intended on locking up PSI Guy if they were in the France of the past. However, it seemed quite certain to her that they had a method for this, so she gave a nod. She wondered if she should offer her help when there was a sound much like shattering glass. Her eyes widened and she spun on one foot, coming off the ground for half a second, to look at PSI Guy. He gave them a quick jeer before... running off.
"Oh no! Please kindly wait! Balloon Catcher!"
Bubbles waved her wand in a wide seep and a large bubble shot towards PSI Guy. He was out of site before it had even gotten a full foot. She slumped a bit, her expression depressed, and the bubble popped into a large number of smaller ones that were then blown away by the wind. Larry ran up through the area they had just passed after that and Bubbles looked almost like she'd swallowed a bug.
"Erm... Oh, may I please help you find this girl? It should be quite easier for me since I am able to fly!" Bubbles took into the air with a burst of pale blue light from her shoes, "I ask kindly that you leave it to me! I will inform her to wait in a place easy for you to find!"
There wasn't really a chance to argue, because Bubbles was gone. There was the fact that she hadn't gotten a description of the girl, though...
(OOC: SORRY ABOUT THE WAIT. XD)

"Hang on, how are you gonna...?" Tuddrussel started to ask, but the odd flying girl was already gone.
Otto cast a mildly suspicious gaze towards where Bubbles was previously and said, "We'll catch up to her later, and I'll have a few questions for her once we do." He turned his attention to the engine. "But for now, we gotta get the train back together if Capel and Chanel are to meet like they're supposed to."
"Not to worry," Larry assured them as he stepped toward the engine. "I happen to be well trained in the piloting of antiques such as this."
After the trio climbed aboard, Larry was able to live up to those words, and in decent time the engine was swiftly and carefully backed up to the rest of the train.
"Merci beaucoup!" the engineer cheered as the trio hopped out to announce the engine's safe return. "Now I may finish the journey and end this nightmare."
((Ah, good ol' Google Translator.))

Bubbles arrived back in the city before the train did thanks to her speed of flight. She looked around before landing in an alley near the train station. She made a quick look around to be sure that no one was watching before flashing back to her form as Miyako in a burst of blue bubbles.
She ran out of the alley and towards the train station just as the train was coming in. She lifted a hand and waved at the three members of the Time Squad as they stepped off the train and ran up to them.
"Bubbles-san of Powerpuff Girls Z showed up and told me that I should wait for you here! I'm really quite sorry I wandered off like that before. I tried to find you, Larry-san, but I was unable to locate you. Is everyone quite alright?"

"Last stop, Paris, France," Larry announced as the train came to a halt. The many relieved passengers finally stepped off at their much awaited destination.
Otto smiled as he and his teammates disembarked as well. "Great. Now that Capel can get to Chanel, we can focus on finding... Miyako?" Just as he was finishing his statement, the girl they'd taken on their mission with them showed up.
"Bubbles-san of Powerpuff Girls Z showed up and told me that I should wait for you here! I'm really quite sorry I wandered off like that before. I tried to find you, Larry-san, but I was unable to locate you. Is everyone quite alright?"
"Quite alright," Larry assured, "but where on Earth were you?"

Miyako gave a sweet smile in response to the question, "I got distracted by a very cute bird-san and squirrel-san! When I came back, I was unable to find you any where! But please do not worry, as you can see I am quite alright!"
"Otto-san, Tuddrussel-san, Larry-san, I hope I did not worry you too greatly! Were you able to do what you set out to do? Is Chanel-sama going to make her wonderful clothes?"

As luck would happen, the departing Boy Capel came across his old friend on the streets. "Gabriel, mon ami!" He called out pleasantly as he approached. "A thousand pardons, but our train was 'orribly late!"
Otto smiled as the two reunited. "Looking good so far." He turned to Miyako and asked, "By any chance did you see which way that Powerpuff Z Girl went? I was hoping to ask her some things."

(OOC: You spelled Gabrielle wrong. That's the (mainly) male spelling. XD)
Miyako gave a shake of her head. It was slight, but it did cause her pigtails to move and was actually sort of cute, "I did not think it would be important! I am very very sorry!"
Miyako gave a deep bow to indicate how sorry she was. She came back up with a sweet smile, "Although I am quite sure she will find her own way back. Should we be going back too?"
