"Great, so our mysterious little blue powderpuff disappears right under our noses," gruffed Tuddrussel. "Something about that girl I find suspicious..."
"Yes, but given everything that's been said," added Larry, "I have a feeling we will most likely meet her again on the island."
Otto waved the matter off, pointing out, "In any case, our job here is one: Coco Chanel is back on the path of fashion, and history is back on track. Besides, we still have to help Miyako find her friends," he added.

Miyako blinked. Powderpuff? She supposed the words were similar given the English used, and it sounded rather adorable. It would be much cooler to introduce herself as a Powderpuff. When she thought that Kaoru would flip over that idea she let out a chuckle, almost missing what Otto said about her friends.
"I do not wish to make you go out of your way desu~!" she said.

"It's no problem at all," the young boy assured her, "right guys?"
Tuddrussel, however, felt the need to point out that, "Actually, that would probably cut back on my usual work-out time in the gym, and this kinda thing ain't exactly our job unless part of a mission..."
"But she fell into our apartment," Otto reminded him. "Doesn't that kind of make her our responsibility until she's with more familiar company?"
"I'm inclined to agree with Otto," said Larry as he opened a panel on his forearm. "We certainly can't just leave her wandering around by herself... again," he added almost inaudibly under his proverbial breath. Typing into a keypad revealed underneath the panel, he went on to say, "Once we get back to the island, we can try downtown in Void City... perhaps the Interdimensional Travel Station..."
As he finished making this suggestion, he closed the panel and with a loud crack and burst of light, the usual time travel effects kicked in. And again, Time Squad showed their experience with the effect as they brushed it off as if nothing happened. Miyako, time traveling for a second time, would've been a bit more psychologically prepared this time around. When they popped back into reality, they were standing in the teleporter pads they left the apartment from.
"Great idea, Larry," said Otto, continuing their conversation where it left off, adding, "And if they're not downtown, there's always Portal Park. I've heard lots of new arrivals show up there."

Miyako really didn't want to trouble anyone, so she looked a little distressed as the group got into what she considered a fight over whether or not to help her. She was ready to assure Larry that he hadn't lost her at all, and had even opened her mouth to do so, when there was a flash of light. Even though it was her second time, she hadn't exactly been prepared for it...
So her landing was not much less rough than last time. She landed on the portal she had originally left from pretty much on her knees, which were both bent inward in an uncomfortable position. The surprise had knocked the rebuttal right out of her, and she looked rather surprised. She pushed herself to her feet as Otto picked up the conversation on his own. Well, she didn't want to cause problems by making them fight more...
"Perhaps Otto-san and Larry-san could go? I would not want to interuppt Tuddrussel-san's routine," Miyako said. She wasn't upset in the slightest, actually, and her suggestion was said in a sweet cheerful tone.

Tuddrussel shrugged. "Sounds good to me." He started walking towards the room with the gym. He added without turning around, "If you ain't back by dinner, I'll just throw in a microwave meal."
Larry wasn't too keen on splitting up the team, but then again, someone would be back at the apartment at the slight chance the alarm went off again, even if so soon. "Fine," he reluctantly said as he headed towards the front door. He turned to point a suspicious finger at his commanding officer. "Just don't burn down the apartment or anything else ludicrous while we're gone."
"Whatever," said the time cop as his teammates and the Asian girl left. Larry locked the door behind him by keypad.
