Yamiyo Hankou, for all extensive purposes, looked like a human teenager, around seventeen. His eyes were concealed by the darkness, but were black orbs set upon a dark grey background. His ears were pointed similar to a Vulcan's, except sharper and a touch more narrow. Like a non-anime elf, for comparison.
The most noticable bits was that he was wearing a very tattered pair of jeans. So tattered it was a wonder they didn't fall off. He also looked like someone had beaten him with a club covered in barbed wire. His left arm, especially, had a huge gash in the side of it. The blood was dried, which as good as when it was fresh it was darker than would be considered normal for a human.
He had wandered into the woods, still in slight rage mode over events that had occured less than half an hour ago in the nearby cemetary. He felt the aura of something here, and had shifted tracks. He was now standing in front of a large castle. The drawbridge was closed, however. He was about to take his true form when he sensed some energy. At least it wasn't that of the pre-teen known as Jimmy. He couldn't deal with that kid's frightened bullshit right now. As it was, however, he expected some questions.
He had one, actually. What kind of idiot pursues someone who nearly strangled them to death?

An idiot by the name of Josah Hasoj, actually. One with too much curiosity for his own good. One who wanted to know why the HELL 'awesome demon dude' had tried to strangle the life out of him. One who didn't know the emotion known as 'fear'. He'd made sure Jimmy was safe before leaving, of course.
It had been a long walk, but he finally found him, working on following the odd... feeling the guy gave out. Also known as his aura.
He was moving gracefully, not making a sound... until he tripped. He spent the rest of the way barreling through the woods, hitting everything he passed. He FINALLY stopped with a 'thunk', landing in a tree behind Yamiyo. Yeah. He'd somehow managed to LEAVE THE GROUND, and fall UP. That's saying something. Really. Saying something.
Well, aside from the fact that he had no bloody idea how to repress his aura, he'd pretty much just lost all his options for 'subtlety'.

Yami winced a bit as he heard the crashing and banging and various other sounds of pain. The dull thunk when Josah impacted with the tree all but made the teen facepalm. He glanced at the castle. He needed rest, and if he could get into the place with the negative powers, it would help. But he didn't want to have anyone following him.
He sighed and headed towards the trees. If he answered the questions now maybe the kid would leave him alone. He knew it wasn't likely, but he had to try.

He noticed Yami moving towards him. He tried to call out. Do remember, however, he just fell up.
"Oh h-GAH!" He was cut off, however, as gravity basically went 'oh heeeell no', and pulled him downwards out of the tree he'd fell up into. He landed with another crash.
"...oh-." Josah whipped his head around for a moment, making SURE nothing else would hit him. It looked safe enough.
"...hey."

Yami winced again as Josah fell to the ground. If the kid's latent abilities weren't able to cover this, the spirits had placed their hope in the wrong person. However, the slapstick was slightly humorous and prevented an all out glare. Yami just looked annoyed.
"What do you want? Why did you follow me?" he asked.

"Well, for one, I wanted to know why you tried to kill me. Two, I wanted to know what was up with that odd feeling you gave off. And three, I wanted to know where the nearest vending machine is. I'm hella thirsty." Josah marked off each point on his fingers.
"Well, that, and I've got nothing better to do."

Yami raised an eyebrow. Food, right. He hadn't eaten in a while either. But he could wait until morning. He lifted one finger for each question he answered.
"The spirits were pissing me off, and they seemed to favor you. It probably wasn't fair to get you involved in that, but that other kid was out," he lifted the second finger, "It's called an aura, although what those spirits said make it sound like they've suppressed your power. I'm half-demon, a demonic aura is to be expected," and finally the third finger, "No clue, maybe you should look for a town."
He waited for the kid to acknowledge the answers. It was lucky he'd been trained to interact with Earth. Some of the more passive demons didn't even know what a vending machine was.

"Hm. Alright, then. Good enough for m-oh hey." It was then that Josah noticed the castle. The very creepy castle. The very creepy castle called the Creepy Castle. Kinda like the Artist Formerly Known As Prince. I don't get the joke either, MOVING ON.
"Awesome castle. Maybe it has food. And soda. And perhaps a party... a stereo, maybe..." He rubbed his chin, weighing his options.

Yami noticed the kid pick up on the castle. He shook his head, "It's got some very negative energy around it. I don't know if you know this, but you've got a fair amount of As-er, Angelic power coming off you. Light, in other words. That place may not be safe for you. And I highly doubt they have any food humans would find edible," he stated.
He hadn't stressed the point of the aura yet. But it was rather strong, and Yamiyo was convinced the place was haunted. Probably by one of the more violent ghost types, judging by the energy.

"Well, yeah, but I'm a CERTIFIED Ghost Buster." Josah responded, quirking his brow a bit. Worst part being that he actually had a card, which he pulled out.
"So any nasties in there are going to get their respective derrieres handed to them. From the air. Since I can fly, and such." He proceeded to strike a pose. A pose of awesomeness...
...followed by a fall of fail. He got to his feet again, however.
"I mean, if you wanna tackle the place on your own, that's cool with me."

What the hell. Kid, you watch too many movies, was the first thing Yami thought. He quickly pushed it aside. There were Outer Worlds, those not connected by Waylines. It was entirely possible this boy came from one where Ghostbusters were real.
Thing was, in general, the ghosts they encountered weren't really negative. Zulu and that one baby snatching spirit were most definently so, but they were the exception rather than the rule. Whatever was in that building was of the negative variety. Aside from that, Josah didn't have a pack of any sort on his back.
"What are you going to do if we run into a ghost? Try to stare it to death? You don't have one of those complicated pack things. And the energy is darker than most of what I know the group to have encountered," he paused, "And since when did they start hiring kids?"

"...wait, dude knows the Ghostbusters? Goodbye, clever ruse... 'novelty card' INDEED." Josah thought to himself, expression blank for a moment.
"Well, yeah. But I don't NEED one of those complicated backpack things, since I can apparently do magic. That's the only explanation I can come up with for flying. And the weird book. And the voices. And YOU." Josah noted each one off on his fingers. As was apparent, he enjoyed counting.
"They started hiring kids last week, thank you."

Yami snorted a bit before laughing. It wasn't a Zero laugh, just a decent chuckle, "Okay, I take it you aren't from a world where they're real. I can tell you're trying to lead me around by my nose," he suddenly looked serious, "However, what's the limit of your magic? I don't really care if you follow but I'm not bailing you out if you get possessed or something."

"I dunno. All I've unlocked is this one flying spell. Sure I've got a few epic ones in here, but at least I can 'run' away if anything too bad happens. If not, I suppose I could always become a ghost as well!" Josah responded, voice oozing with enthusiasm, fists pumped high.
He also has the power to make posts shorter.

Yamiyo had to chuckle. It would be rather humorous if the kid got killed. The thoughts of what the spirits would have to say about that made him chuckle more. Earthbound spirits were a lot harder to reicarnate. His dark aura flared, possibly causing Josah to jump, and his true form appeared. He flapped once and rose a few feet into the air.
"If you can fly, following me shouldn't be a problem. You're free to do what you like," he said before raising into the air and flying towards the top of the castle walls.
