She quickly capchalogues her purchase, nodding and smiling kindly.
"Yes, Alex!"
She takes his hand and walks out of the store. She blinks, seeing a store with a lot of posters, kind of like the ones Alex had on the walls of his hotel room. She looks at him, pointing.
"Alex, what is squeak that?"

"Hmm?" He looks to said store, before a small smile appears on his face. "Ah! Gamestop!" He smiles to Rulett, looking a tad giddy. "That Rulett, is a store where you can shop around for Video Games. I've been using this store's merchandise to rebuild my collection slowly but surely." He shrugs but chuckles in an embarassed fashion at his own giddiness. "Sorry, but I still remember the good old days when I played video games all the time."

With a gleam of happiness in her eyes, she grabs his hand, smiling widely.
"Let's go, Alex!~"
Before he can say anything else, you drag him into the store and start to search through the merchandise. YOu wanted to get him something for being so nice. You notice a game that piques your interest and you show it to him, smiling widely.
"What about this one? Um..."
You read the cover and the look at him again.
"...'Skyrim'?"

Alex smiled at Rulett's giddiness, as he was quickly dragged inside the store. He was glad Rulett to see Rulett being so energetic about this, since they had talked about his gaming hobby earlier this morning, and how it was much enjoyed before his time in Sburb. Seeing her this excited about gaming was pretty cute all things considered.
His thoughts were quickly interrupted once she held a game up to his face, smiling cutely. Which game was it?
"The Elder Scrolls 5?"
You will admit you had heard of this game before from many fellow gamers, both from walking into this store and surfing Dimensional Island's cyberspace. While the game itself looked interesting, you yourself hadn't decided on getting it.
"Ah yes, Skyrim." You smile at Rulett's curious look. "That Rulett is one of the most highly praised games yet seen on the market. One of the most well known to- Oh look!"
He pointed to the multiple TV-screens hanging above the cash register. "This game is so highly praised, Gamestop has been showing off it's teaser trailer for DAYS. Take a look!"
Alex grinned goofily as the trailer ended with the dragon's mighty roar. "Course, that's not what the game REALLY looks like, but it's a nice trailer, and it gets you so hyped up, don'tcha think?"

She was gone from his side, talking to the cashier energetically.
"I want to buy squeak this game, please!"
She hands the game to the person and the necessary amount of money. She also buys a 3DS and a couple Pokemon games, since they looked interesting. She walks back to Alex, giggling softly, holding her purchases in her arms.
"Sorry, I couldn't squeak resist!~ On the plus side, they gave me this for free!~"
She holds up a Raichu hat, which looked well-made and accurate.

Alex chuckled at Rulett's energetic nature, as she bought up those games and showed him the cap. "Heheheh, you made out like a bandit then Rul-"
He suddenly noticed something rather odd... He looked at the cap, then back at Rulett... Then on the Raichu on the cap, then back at Rulett... Raichu... Rulett... Raichu... Rulett... Raichu... Rulett...
.... WOW.
"Wow..." He noticed Rulett's look. "Sorry Rulett, but... It's just... That thing on your cap? It's called Raichu by the way... His ears look like... Well... your horns."
..............................
"WOW, that's a weird coincidence. Hehehehe!" He chuckled at his observation.

She looks at the Raichu on the cap, feeling her own horn as she examines it.
"So it is. Huh! How squeak interesting!~"
She then notices a demo gaming system stand nearby and runs to it, smiling wide as she begins to play. She is having a lot of fun, playing the PS3 game Marvel vs. Capcom 3. She chooses Felicia, Amaterasu and Morrigan.
She giggles, playing for a bit and enjoying it greatly. She waves over at Alex, inviting him to play it with her.

Watching her play the demo game elicited a smile and a chuckle from Alex, as he returned the wave, but held up an index finger, as if to say 'give me a second'. With that said, he started browsing around the store taking a look at the various games up for grabs. From the Wii games to the PS3 games, he took in the wide selection, until his eyes caught on the classic PS2 games, which stood against the wall next to a stand that carried PSP games.
"Cool, the classics!" Walking over to the PS2 games he carefully looks among the boxes, knowing that many of them missed their box-art, and only had the title on them. After a moment or so, he takes a couple of boxes from the walls and looks at each one carefully. Hmmm, Kingdom Hearts 2, Final Fantasy XII, Ape Escape 3 (Rulett would probably like this game), Final Fantasy X-OH! He took another game down from the shelf.
Kya Dark Lineage! Where this game lacked in a well-written story, it made up for it with a fun amount of gameplay with stealth elements. And really the story wasn't that bad at times. Now let's see what els-AH! Dark Cloud 2. An improved upon sequel of the original Dark Cloud game with real Town creating elements, combined with an epic storyline.
All of these wonderous beauties... And he was getting them for a HELL of a bargain for each one, despite the fact that many of them were like new. Age was such a great thing. Moving on from the Bargain PS2 games, he looked among the PS3 games a moment... Oh! Well whadaya know. A copy of Marvel vs. Capcom 3. The very game Rulett was playing in the Demo stand.
Alex quickly hide it away, one of the advantages to having a pile of old PS2 games was that it was easy to hide other games. With that done, he walked back over to the cash register and put them up to buy them... Though you make sure to hide away the PS3 game if Rulett happened to turn her head to watch him. "Okay that'll be 170 bucks." Came the guy running the register, and really Alex didn't mind. He had enough Boondollars to set him up for life, though he still wanted to make sure he didn't waste too much money.
He handed the money over, recieved his change then Captchalogued Marvel vs. Capcom before Rulett could see it. The rest went into a bag. "Sooo, Alex." Came the guy at the register, as he seemed to smile. "Who's your lady friend?"
A blush appeared on his face, as he smiled bashfully. "Well... We only met in person recently. We've been chatting online for who knows how long now." He smiled to her. "I have to say, I've been having a great time with her around."
"I can tell. You're definately more cheerful then you used to be."
"Hey-!!"

"DARN SQUEAK IT, WHY SQUEAK IS THIS GALACTUS SQUEAK SO HARD!?"
She growls at the screen as she loses for the eighth time. Her hair actually looks like it's frizzing from a large amount of static charge.
The next thing she knows, a large lightning bolt strikes the demo stand's television, destroying it. Rulett looks at it, wide-eyed in shock and horror. She didn't mean to do that. Darn her emotion weather ability!
"O-oh, n-no...t-that's not squeak g-good..."

Everyone in the store jumped 5 feet in the air when the lightning strike came out of FUCKING NOWHERE and blew up the TV.
................................................
"Mommy mommy! Did you see that?? That was soooo cool!!" Said mother quickly took the little kid's hand and escorted him out of the store. In fact quite a few people were looking at the scene with a bit of panic... For a few seconds at least before they suddenly looked a bit annoyed.
Give people that lived on Dimensional Island this. They truely HAD seen everything.
.....................
Alex sighed a moment and facepalmed, before he put down an extra 700 boondollars. "Will that cover the TV?" The guy at the register just sweatdropped and nodded...

Rulett turns to Alex, her head bowed in embarrassment.
"I-I'm sorry, Alex. I didn't mean for that to squeak happen..."
She turns away and covers her face with her hands, ashamed of herself. She worries that he will hate her for doing that. She sniffs softly, wanting to do anything to make him not mad at her. She doe the first thing that comes to mind, something she saw someone at the lab do to the keeper. She gets into the position of ultimate humility, on her knees, her forehead pressed to the ground.
"Please squeak forgive me!"

...............
Quite a few people looked ar Rulett with an expression of confusion. While they had seen a great deal of things on the island before, this right here was maybe a tad new. A few eyes fell to Alex in confusion, maybe a few of them had narrowed gazes, as if they thought they figured it out.
Alex felt like punching their teeth in.
Before anyone else could see, he walked to Rulett and carefully took her by the arms. Gently, he helped her to her feet. "Please Rulett none of that." He smiled a bit, removing any sign of annoyance and replacing them with signs of kindness. He wiped a tear from Rulett's eye. "We all have our accidents, it's nothing to be ashamed of."
"Most accidents don't involve blowing up TV's!"
Alex glared at the man, "Don't you have anything better to do??? Mind your own business, buddy! It wasn't her fault!"

Rulett becomes upset at the man's words, burying her face in Alex's shirt and softly whining. She hugs him tightly, crying a little bit.
"...I'm so, so sorry..."
Outside, and through the hole the lightning made, it started lightly raining. Thankfully, the rain wasn't hard enough to mess with the merchandise.

That really caught attention as the rain leaked down from the hole in the wall. The only one that wasn't surprised was Alex. He had seen it before at least once. He held Rulett closer. "Don'tcha worry Rulett. It's okay. It'll be okay."
As this happened, he glared to the man that had said that, and quickly guided Rulett out. "Rulett... I want you to listen okay?" As he said this, he took her hand and gave it a gentle squeeze. "What happened back there? It was just an accident. It wasn't your fault. Not even in the slightest."

She looks up at him, lightly smiling. She squeezes his hand back, blushing the familiar forest green.
"Thank you, Alex. You always seem to squeak know what to say."
The rain slowly stops as she cheers up from his words. She smiles softly and kisses him gently. She giggles and tilts her head.
"So, squeak where should we go next, Alex?"
