It somewhat amused the man that Ruby's eyes were drawn to the Oswald plushie. Even after all these years that long-eared Romeo just had his ways with women. There was a chuckle as he thought this. "What this little guy? Shoooot, I had me one of these back at my old home." Heaven knows where he was now. "Oswald's an awesome character. He's actually the older brother of Mickey Mouse you know~."

Yang softly smiled. "Well the little guy is cute," Yang playfully offered as she looked over Alex. "Sadly what I want isn't for sale~" Yang teasingly smiled as she kissed Alex's cheek.
"You also already kinda own it," Weiss teased which caused Yang to blush bright red.
Ruby laughed at the sight.

Alex blushed somewhat as well, first with Yang's commentary about him being her Christmas Present, then EVEN MORE SO when Weiss postulated that she already kind of owned him anyway. The kiss on the cheek only intensified the blush. That wasn't to say he was smiling through most of it at least.
He pulled Yang into an embrace, smiling widely. "I'm your Christmas Present~? Well how about this? You're my present, making up for all of the years I had to go without a Christmas... And SWEET CHRIST, you were well worth every second I had to wait~."
He gives Yang a quick kiss on the cheek before going back to looking around. "Anyway, moving on? We still need to find some gifts for the rest of our parties. Maybe we should get some stuff for Frisk, Undyne and some of the others too." Frisk would likely enjoy Disney Movies... Though for Undyne, Alphys and Papyrus? Definitely something more anime themed? There was likely some kind of geek store nearby that carried that kind of thing.

Yang smiled at that prospect. "Technically my gift came early," she offered looking to Ruby and Weiss before hugging Alex.
Weiss smiled. "Hey. Maybe Ruby and I will get lucky in love this year," Weiss offered as Ruby made a face similar to a child that had just tried a slice of fresh lemon.
"I think I'm better off not getting caught up in that mushy stuff," Ruby offered as she put the Oswald plush up. "So who is next on the list?"

Alex couldn't help but chuckle at Ruby as her face scrunched up in apparent disdain. "Meet the right person and... Well, you might not mind it too much Rubles~." Taking a moment to clear his throat, Alex did a momentary list in his head, thinking somewhat on all this. Alphys and Undyne were likely going around without much options for Anime in their current situation. Maybe what they needed was a nice new option to add to their collection of anime to watch. "Let's see... What were the nearby stores again...." Vintage Stock and Hot Topic were on the way to Lowes weren't they? ... Ah yes! They were. "We can stop by Vintage Stock next. That's one of many places we can buy anime DVDs."
He snapped his fingers for his eureka moment. "Undyne and Alphys might appreciate new material to watch after all. Plus I already have some good material to get for both of them." The smile was notable as he took Yang's hand. "Plus, who knows? They might also have some cult classic games I'd been hoping to get my hands on for a while too! You never know. Let's go!" He was quick to excitedly lead the girls out the door and to the next store along the way.

Vintage Stock turned out to be quite the geek store, with several shelves dedicated to anime both old and new the back of the store having old action figures followed by much newer looking toys and stuffed animals, storm Trooper helmets decorating the front desk, Video games from nearly all available systems going back as far as the NES, lining the walls and lining other shelves and displays nearby, with the much rarer games sitting in glass displays in the front desk or along the wall. And finally? Comic books. From Marvel, to DC, to Dark Horse Entertainment, old and new sitting near the back.
To the common nerd, this place was basically candy land.
To Alex, this place was heaven on Dimensional Island.
"HEhehehehe~!! The last time I went into a Vintage Stock store, I spent HOURS just looking through all of the stuff they've got in here~." He said, stars in his eyes. "But we're on a bit of a schedule, so if I start taking longer then an hour, you have my permission to drag me out of here." He said to Yang.
That was literally all he communicated before rushing off into the anime section. First things first, he needed to pick up anime for Undyne and Alphys. Maybe some that Frisk, Papyrus and the others would enjoy too.

Yang chuckled as she watched Alex bound off like a kid. "And I'm the one that showed you this place!" She called in a teasing tone. The memories of that awkward first date made her blush slightly.
"Wait a second.... you showed him this shop?" Weiss asked as they walked in the doors.
Yang nodded. "problem with that Ice Queen?" she seemed to growl slightly.
"Just thought you were more of a jock than a geek..." Weiss admitted before Ruby dragged her off to another part of the shop.

As Weiss and Ruby went to their own side of the store, Alex continued searching through anime. Okay, Fairy Tail was a definite first one. One Piece was practically necessary as well. Hmmm... Oh! One of the Mobile Suit Gundam Anime series! That was a DEFINITE. Alphys would probably really get a kick out of that- HOLY SHIT OF COURSE, A MOBILE SUIT GUNDAM MODEL. YES. Alphys was definitely someone Alex could picture loving putting pieces together. Okay! Picked it up... Now... Anime... Anime...
... WOW... MEW MEW KISSY CUTIE ACTUALLY EXISTED. GO FIGURE.... Oooooh, but there was apparently a third movie~. Okay yes, Alphys and Undyne would likely really appreciate the call-back to their old favorites...
Alright so that was several new anime for them to try out... A mobile suit gundam model... Hmmm... Maybe one more thing for Undyne just to even things out-? But what would she even be interested in... "Hmmmm.... Think Alex think...."

Alex looked around to see Yang in the comics, nodding at the sight. Made sense, she'd definitely grown very interested in Marvel, DC and various others after he had told her a little bit about them... He briefly wondered what she was looking through now. Maybe something he'd be interested? He'd have to ask her later. Still with that thought in mind, he decided to turn back and keep looking around for Undyne's final gift... It had to be something interesting. Something she would get a kick out of-...
... WAIT... WHAT WAS THAT IN THE GLASS DISPLAY AT THE FRONT DESK.
...... OH MY GOD YES.

"Yes I'll take that."
"... REALLY-? You want THAT?"
"Yes. IS that a problem?"
"Well no problem really! But as you can imagine buyers for bigger more intricate stuff like this is pretty rare. This kind of thing is really expensive you know."
"... Does this look like the face of a man that cares?"
"N-NOT PARTICULARLY?"
"Then SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY."
In the end, Alex, WITH AN AMOUNT OF EASE THAT STARTLED THE PERSON RUNNING THE FRONT DESK, picked up what looked like a replica of the good old Buster Sword from Final Fantasy 7, the trademark sword of Cloud Strife and a must have collectable item for any Final Fantasy Geek. It cost a TON, but Alex sure as hell didn't care. Undyne was going to enjoy this he knew.

Though he supposed, looking back on it, that this gift was definitely a lot more expensive then some of the other stuff he had picked up at this point....
MEH OH WELL, just tell Undyne you're not planning to spend that much again if she got to stay for another Christmas. This should just be a one time only thing. She could scream about it all she liked, he would not budge on that.
With a twirl, He opened a void portal behind his back, and briskly sheathed the decorative weapon inside. "There we go~. Well that was Undyne and Alphys handled......
NOW TO LOOK FOR STUFF FOR HIMSELF~.
Giggling like the dickens, Alex was quick to move over to the video game section, particularly the shelves holding the Super NES, N64, Playstation 2 games and more to check around for obscure cult classics.

Yang looked over as Alex bought the blade. A few beats later she was walking over to him. When she got behind him, she made sure that the younger pair was occupied and not listening. "Over compensating for something?" she asked as she whispered in his ear.

He looks to the blonde-haired girl, eyebrow raised. "Was that a question or a bad pun?" He smiles. "I mean, surely you know about the famous Buster Sword from Final Fantasy 7 right? Finding a replica of that quality is pretty rare." He notes the look a little bit. ".... OKAY, maybe it was slightly little bit of an impulse buy... But hey can you imagine what Undyne's expression is going to be when she see's that thing~? She'll freak~." .... "Though hopefully not enough to suplex something." Like the couch. OR HIM.

Yang smirked and chuckled. "It was a question, Alex. You do know the jokes involving the swords from that series right? And give me some credit for not getting the really bad ones out when you came to the hotel room," Yang replied. Yes she was going there and currently they were the only pair in that section of the store.

O//////_//////o Alex's face was quite red as he looked at Yang and quickly started to look around. Thank god no-one actually heard that. "H-hey! Keep your voice down!" Thank god he remembered to control his voice and keep it low, cause HOLY CRAP THE RESPONSES HE COULD GIVE TO THIS. DID YANG'S BRAIN EVEN CONTEMPLATE THE CONNECTION SHE MADE? WELL HER FACE WASN'T RED SO CLEARLY SHE DIDN'T. "............."
THERE WAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL HERE FOR TEASING HER BACK, AN EPIC RESPONSE IN ALL CASES...
But...
"Um... Yang-?" He began slowly. "Maybe you'd better take a moment to consider what you said. And then take a moment to consider how you can avoid doing that again." He blushed a bit, looking a little embarrassed and deflated. "Cause uh... That....." .... He whispered the next bit. "Made it sound like you saw something you shouldn't have at said hotel room?"

It took a few seconds before her face went from pale to a red that rivaled Ruby's cloak.
A hand soon covered said red face.
"I really need to work on the thinking before I talk thing..." she offered in a very embarrassed tone. The brawler just stood there mentally scolding herself for the slip up.

Alex blushed right along with her, turning back to his video games to take a look through them...
Oh great, things were awkward again... He needed to think of something to kill the silence and get things back to normal... But what? Hmmm, there had to be some way to turn around the awkwardness and get things back on track. Maybe reciprocate the joke- NO NO NO NO HELL NO, YANG DIDN'T EVEN MAKE THE JOKE ON PURPOSE FUCK NO. Okay, just keep thinking.... Think Alex think....
....... He smiled....
Then started snickering and giggling. Uncontrollably almost, wrapping an arm around Yang lightly punching her in the shoulder with his other hand. "Hahahahahaha~!! Hahahahahahaha~!!!! Oh my g-gOD YAnG~!!! Hahahaha~!!!!" He gave her a kiss on the forehead, followed by the cheek. "I love you Yang~. You're too much sometimes~. Too much~. Hahahahaha~...."
Ah, trying to diffuse the situation by laughing it off. Simple but.... Hopefully the 'love you' would help out.
