She looked towards the source as Alex called him "Mr.Know-It-All". "........... Didn't you die on Bonsai at Clockwork's hand?" Well there was that elephant.
Ruby and Weiss both gave confused looks.

"Oh..." Kendall chuckled a little. "Sorry to concern you, Yang. I'm a time traveler. That iteration of me that you saw get killed was likely from a doomed timeline."
He couldn't fuss too much about that. At the very least, he could explain the logistics. Between Clockwork and the fact that he could never foresee his own deaths, Kendall had no knowledge of the event Yang saw take place.
"So you needn't worry about me. You needn't worry at all! Today's a day to take a break from these hectic events and prepare for the Christmas season! I was actually about to purchase a gift for a friend. I can see to that on my own if you'd like me to leave you all to your business."

Alex said, doing his best to summarize. After all he knew this time and space crap could be really confusing.
Hearing further on Kendall's reasons for being here gave Alex slight pause as he started thinking back on the interactions this angel had with Lagola back on Skaia. It kind of made him smile considering it. A second later Kendall offered to leave the four be so they could continue their shopping trip... "Before you go;" ? "How's Evan and Swift doing? They doing okay after I brought Swift back home yesterday?"

Weiss nodded. "Pleasure to meet you sir," she offered as Ruby watched Kendall.
"Hi. I'm Ruby," the eye patched girl offered.

"Pleasure to meet you ladies as well!" Kendall politely replied with a slight nod. "Kendall Chrones, Angel of Time."
He smiled at Alex again and answered, "Evan and Swift are doing wonderfully! They all had a great time last night. They're, um... They're just relaxing at the apartment today, helping Toby out with a little... problem that's sprung up. Nothing you need to worry about, though." He waved that off and continued, "Thank you for helping Swift, though. It really made Evan's day. ...Now, if everything's settled, I suppose I should head to the toy store!"

He felt like whatever Kendal was hiding would be worth the time investigating..... But really, at this point, Alex couldn't work up the energy to care. He already had enough on his plate. And even if he didn't, today, or any time this month wasn't the time for more burdens and hardship. After he got done shopping and spending time with Yang, he needed to go and spend more time with Lizzie and Ryan... Maybe take them by to visit Erin and Evelyn... It was about time he met her anyway. "I'm glad to hear it. Let them know Alex said 'Merry Christmas' to em, alright? I'm likely going to be keeping busy this holiday season. So might as well send the message while I can." He took Yang's hand as he said that.

Yang gave a small smile. "There's several shops that sell toys, Kendall. Closest I think is either The Disney Store or Toy Box," Yang offered as her fingers intertwined with Alex's.
Ruby smiled. "It was nice to meet you, Kendall," she offered with a smile.
Weiss quietly observed the conversation.

Kendall chuckled a little. "I actually already know where I'm going and what I'm getting... Thank you, though! And can do!" He waved a little and started walking in the direction that Alex and the girls were about to walk...

...... Alex let out a small sigh. "Honestly, that guy.... Who even knows WHAT he's thinking.... ..... Meh whatever!" A grin replaced the confused frown a moment later as he considered everything that was still left to be done. He gave Yang's hand a tender squeeze. "He's gonna have to work considerably harder then that to confound me and care. It's the holidays and I'm with three of my favorite people for it~."
The next time he was in here he'd have to invite Ryan and Lizzie. Sure he could have done so before but... Those two needed time to get acquainted and rest after everything that occured. Same for him but hey, what better way to unwind?
"Shall we get moving?"

Yang gently tugged Alex close and kissed the guy's cheek. "I wish Blake was here," she offered. "But for now- we have a mission to complete~!"
Weiss nodded as the walked along. "So.... anyone really know anything about Ruby and I's roommate?" She asked.
Ruby rolled her eye. "I was only with her for two nights before that mission..." she admitted.

As the group passed by the Toy Box, if they happened to look inside, they would see Kendall reaching up and grabbing a large, soft, white rabbit plush off one of the top shelves.

Alex looked into the store to see Kendall reaching up for his gift...
Awww~. So he hadn't been imagining things then. Seemed like the two Time Travelers were like two peas in a pod. With a chuckle, he and the girls entered into the store themselves...

A few things had been collected from the store and stored away either in Alex's Void Modus or in Yang's Backpack modus. They had moved on from the Toy Box and onto the Disney Store where numerous Disney stuff awaited seeing. The Thief of Void was actually quite thankful to see that the inside of the Disney Store hadn't changed all that much from the usual disney savoir-fair. Still, bright, still colorful, still plenty of toys, movies and DVD's up for grabs. From action figures, to statuettes, to novelties to stuffed dolls. It all seemed to be here... Including...
Alex picked up what appeared to be a doll baring a resemblance to a black rabbit in blue shorts looking similar in style to Mickey Mouse... It... Made him nostalgic of his old room, where an Oswald the Lucky Rabbit doll just like this one sat idly on his counter... Hah.... Whatever happened to that old thing? ... He would probably never know....
He put the doll back where he found it.
And just like that, Yang and Ruby caught his attention.

The two were playing with lightsabers and Weiss was right there with the pair.
"Unfair! You use a sword regularly!" Ruby whimpered as she was tapped on both arms by Weiss.
"Then how is Yang dual wielding these things?" Weiss retorted as she brought her almost ironically red saber up to block Yang's pair of blue sabers.
"Seen the movies, young padawan," Yang replied as she kept up with Weiss rather well and didn't knock a single display over.

There was a deep and warm chuckle in the back of his throat as he watched those three ladies continue going at it, his beautiful blonde haired girl being almost the most energetic out of all of them. Chuckling even more he snuck over to the display with all of the star wars swag and picked up a few plastic lightsabers from it. They were likely going to drive him up a wall with them, but hey. Considering these three? They would have likely loved em. "Hahahahaha~! Okay you three! Cut that out before you break something now!" He said as he casually started paying for a few movies, sneaking in the pricetags for the Lightsabers in between. "Those things aren't as sturdy as you're own weapons you know~."
Once he was done, he stored his stuff away for future wrapping.
Now... back to the fold. "You girls see anything here that you like? Go on! Don't be shy!"

Yang pouted as she went to put her pair away. Alex did have a point in saying they weren't as sturdy as their usual weapons.
Weiss and Ruby soon followed suit after Ruby had picked up what looked like an Oswald plush. Weiss raised an eyebrow. "Ruby what is that?" She asked.
"Some thing i thought was cute," Ruby offered. "Alex asked if we saw anything we liked and don't be shy."
Weiss blinked and looked at Alex. "You sure on that?" She asked.
